Ed and I just returned home from a wonderful house sit in the countryside of Mallorca. The home what very nice, spacious and comfortable and clean. The pueblos near to the house were very beautiful. Limestone block construction, very small and quaint streets and beautiful churches. Lovely countryside and beautiful sunrises. The cat family were adorable, Cooper and Vicky two mismatched black bookends. Ginger the ginger cat was easy to spoil rotten. We all enjoyed each other. I would recommend this house sit. It was restful, the cats were wonderful and the area beautiful. Gullia and Luca were amazing hosts. Easy to keep in touch with.
I had the best time in Rockaway Park with Hansel and Noodles. The cats are sweet, loving, and a lot of fun. They have very unique and interesting personalities, and while slower to warm up, Noodles will be fighting Hansel for your love and affection before terribly long, The house sit is super simple, feed the cats their specific food morning and evening. Scoop and toss the litter daily. Play with the feather cat toy that they both adore. The rest of the time is yours. The ferry, bus, and trains are very close to the apartment. I found that if I watched the Brooklyn bound train enter the station, I had 20 minutes to pack up and get ready to head over and head out, and that worked really well for me when I went in and explored the city. The ferry into manhattan is lovely and you pass Coney Island, Statue of Liberty, and several bridges heading into Wall Street. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, the laundry in the building was extremely convenient, and I could have saved on my grocery bill and just lived off Boardwalk Bagels across the street. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful, and I enjoyed each and every single day there. The bed is lofted pretty high, so if you couldn't handle the top bunk as a kid, this one probably isn't for you. Patrick is very kind, friendly, and helpful. Communication was great. I had a blast working "from home" with my new favorite feline friends, I highly recommend it.

Amazing experience with DOGTEL! Great communication and very responsive. They explained everything to me right from the start and I felt really comfortable with my dog staying with them for a couple of days. They sent me pictures and videos of my of dog enjoying the fields and running around and playing! They picked up and dropped my dog off from my home and everything ran very smooth. Dogs were picked up from our place. It was really easy. They got to ride in their own van. I received multiple videos from them everyday with the pups on a walk and playing fetch. The area looks beautiful. My pups love to play in the grass. We were happy they also got a vacation while we were on vacation When we got back, the dogs were delivered back to us in their own van. They are very tired after a week of playing and running around. I did not opt for the bath, which meant they were return dirty because of all the dirt. This is not a complaint at all, just felt bad making dogs take a bath the second I got them. Just want others to know too. I will be getting them baths next time. I have already booked for the next time we are on vacation. Staff is friendly, super communicative, knowledgeable. They seem to really care for the pups. The toys and treats I sent came back with them. Everything is extremely affordable for what you're getting, my pets were in very good hands. Thank you so very much.
The employees were very responsive in giving us the information but it is extremely concerning that the address on google is not the same address that the dogs are kept. Apparently they are somewhere in Teotihuacan but the address says Coyoacan?? Furthermore, when we asked if we could come to see the facilities ahead of time to know where our dog will be staying they refused to allow us giving us excuses that honestly made no sense... We understand that they require a transport service to avoid pets being abandoned but it doesn't feel safe to give my dog to a place where I have no idea where they will be. I also think it is very unprofessional that the owners write nasty responses to reviews with similar concerns. I have boarded my pets in many places and never been refused to at least know the address where my baby will be. I wouldn't recommend leaving your dog here because truthfully you have no idea where your dog is and that is a very scary thought for me. We decided not to go forward with the services because the responses from the employee made us feel very uneasy and we aren't willing to gamble with our dog.
Dogtel was very responsive to our requests via WhatsApp and accommodating throughout our reservation. They picked our puppy up at home in a very clean van. Once he arrived at the facilities, Julia took great care of him! We received updates from her 2-3 times a day, along with photos and videos every single night. He seemed to have a lot of fun during his stay and came back very happy and clean!

I was very excited to bring my dog here and in the end they stopped answering me. It seems unprofessional to me, especially after I sent them all my documents. I lost my dog's license, which I understand is super necessary for the daycare, but I had reached an agreement to share with you a health certificate from the veterinarian who sees my dog and who has monitored each of his vaccines and who knows that he has his complete vaccination chart. I left my cat in December 2023, when I arrived at the place, the patio was for the dogs, and upstairs they had two rooms, the first looked very messy and smelled bad, the second room where my cat was going to stay, was very small and had two dirty mattresses that were not being used, a small but tall cage, the room still smelled strange, it didn't look clean and I was left wondering why they had a dog loose in the next room, maybe they didn't have another space for my kitten to come out. As the days went by I asked for a photo daily, one or two times they complied but other times they didn't answer me, until the next day or they took a long time to answer. Currently I don't know if they have already enabled another space for kittens, but without a doubt if they continue to have their facilities like this, I would not leave her again, I was very insecure and the place did not give me confidence.

Awesome grooming facility. The employees were friendly and obviously animal lovers. The space seemed clean and well kept. The prices were only about 10% more than Petco quoted me and the quality of care I'm sure was higher. My sweet Maple left happy, clean and shinier than ever. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed in this place! They put my dog (medium breed and zero aggressive) on preventive traffic light to accept him to boarding (since he was restless and had some normal mounting behaviors for a dog) for a week and conditioned him, suggesting that he attend kindergarten 5 times to adapt further. Until the fifth day after having charged me and taking him to kindergarten, they told me that they would not accept him because the riding behavior continued at times and the staff's attitude was "lazy" to correct it on a daily basis, regardless of that they were sending me videos of my dog living together healthily, without any type of aggression or bad behavior. I read comments that they yell at the dogs and it definitely happens, since on the fourth visit, I had just left my dog and I heard 2 minutes on the street how they yelled at them and I didn't know if it was mine or the entire group. It was going to be the third time that my dog stayed with them and I recommended this place hundreds of times because for me it was top and I had been delighted the previous times. Unfortunately, it stopped being that way! The staff was very friendly, yes, but I would have preferred less kindness and more service - empathy for my travel commitments that were expressed from the beginning.
