Nathan came from sunny california to cold NYC to watch my three cats, Bean, Toast, and Kaneda during the Christmas holiday. And I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the start, his responsiveness and thoughtful updates, complete with the cutest cat update picturews showcased his dedication to their well-being. Nathan's kindness and consideration were evident throughout, making him a standout choice for anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter!! Nathan has a genuine love for cats, which is very evident, putting me at ease. He took great care of Kaneda, my 21-year-old cat requiring medication twice a day. . I wholeheartedly recommend Nathan to fellow pet owners; his love for animals and exemplary care make him a top-notch choice for your furry family members.

It was a pleasure to have Jan stay at my apartment. I have two cats--one that is older and needs meds--and she did a great job. Jan did great with her meds and accommodating her eating times and sensitive stomach. I'd love to have Jan come visit again.

Christine is AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!!! She came over to meet us ahead of time, followed all of our very specific instructions beautifully, and left the house spotless! She quickly connected with our kitties and sent photos every day. Even the very shy one came out for her! We are so very grateful and look forward to having them back soon.

David and Ally were amazing guests. They took great care of our cat and chickens. They went the extra mile to take care of our plants during the recent heat wave. We returned to a more meticulously cleaned place than when we left it (after a $200 cleaner)! Can't recommend any better couple!

This was Jenn’s 1st sit & mine too. I did say this was a 2 person sit but Jenn was determined she would manage - it was definitely a baptism of fire for her. 6 dogs, 2 cats, 40 hens, a blind pony & a donkey were her charges for 3 weeks. Jenn sent regular photos of the dogs & cats. They all seemed very happy with her. Jenn is from a big city and has not grown up with animals so country life was completely alien to her but she settled in well and I’m sure will miss all the space. I don’t think much would phase Jenn on a future sit. I’m sure she’ll handle anything that’s thrown at her 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Martina and Lukas were great. They were super communicative and easy to reach. She sent photos of Moose which gave reassurance that he was happy and healthy. We returned home to a very clean and tidy home and a happy dog. Would definitely have them stay again.

Such a pleasure! Kat came out to meet our pups at our home for a get together and interview. We took the pups for a walk and went over our needs. Kat was connected with our pups and proactive about hygiene care, feeding and walking schedules. She followed through and was professional.  I highly recommend Kat 😊 

We are insanely grateful to Abernego for going above and beyond spoiling our pets. We have two corgis and two cats and the morning of our departure, one of our pups had terrible diarrhea unlike we had ever seen. Then, as we were leaving, he projectile threw up the remaining contents of his tummy. It was terribly difficult to decide to continue to leave for our international trip but we knew our pets were in excellent hands with Abernego. He talked to us right away, assured us he would work with our close friend who used to be a vet tech to decide when and if to take our dog to the vet. He did a lot of cleaning for that pup and lots of extra special food and TLC, and our dog recovered. Aside from those heroics, Abernego really spoiled our pets. He would take the dogs on long walking adventures and drove them to dog parks and to the beach! He sent us reassuring notes and photos with our dogs and cats and was incredibly responsible, responsive and lovely to have. I think we hit the jackpot with him. So grateful and forever indebted to you, Abernego!

Marlen was such a blessing. We had another sitter cancel just a week before our vacation date so I was so relieved that she was able to step in at such short notice. She came to meet our pups a few days in advance so they would recognize her. While we were away, Marlen sent picture updates and made sure the dogs were cared for. So glad to have found someone like her to help us out.

Carol was clean and reliable. We had no major problems

As I said previously, Donavan and Sophie are excellent petsitters/housesitters. This was the second time they sat for me and they were just as fabulous as the first time. I would have them sit every time, if they were available. My pets were perfectly content when I returned and my house was immaculate. What more could I want? They are a lovely, responsible couple who genuinely love animals. I'm so grateful for their care of my fur babies.
