Alan & Lauren

Alan and Lauren took great care of our border collie, Zack. Alan made the time to stop by a week or so before the sit for a site visit which really helped us to organise a smooth transition for the sit. All communications with Alan and Lauren went very smoothly. Zack got lots of attention and care. In addition to taking Zack when they went out for a run, they also took him for long walks at the beach and around the neighbourhood. They are both active, enjoy surfing, and we hope they had a nice time on some of the beaches of west cork. We thought that Zack would miss us terribly when we were gone, but from the photos that Alan and Lauren sent, he looked content and ‘in the zone like we were not missed one iota! The sit was of two and a half weeks in duration and it was clear Zack had been very well looked after. The house was clean and tidy when we returned. We would highly recommend Alan & Lauren.

Julia was an amazing sitter, She took care of my cats over a week long period while i was away. She sent updates and pictures of my cats everyday and made me feel at ease while I was away. I found Julia to be respectful and very understanding of my time and the fact that i was away. She left my house spotless when I returned. It meant a lot to me that Julia was understanding of the fact that I has to travel last minute without much notice which required last minute arrangements, and also of a few inconveniences at my house (including a door knob which had fallen off!) - Julia took it in her stride and was pretty cool about everything. I would highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a pet sitter. I am grateful for she being there when i needed a pet-sittter and hope that she will return again to look after the cats. thanks Julia :)

If I could leave more than 5 stars for Arina and Andrei I would. They took exceptional care of Jelly and we're so good with him. He stopped eating for a bit (stress as I have been away alot recently) and they made special food for him, bought him toys and nursed him so well. They are lovely, lovely people, when I got back from travelling I had a lovely welcome home, the house was clean and tidy and they had some special food left for Jelly too. I have no hesitation in recommending them as pet and house sitter xx

Claire & Jesus were the perfect pet sitters. They arrived on time, asked all the right questions and were genuinely lovely. We received regular updates whilst we were away which we really appreciated. On our return home, all the animals seemed happy, well cared for and well exercised. Our home too was spotless. They were a lovely couple that we have no hesitation recommending. They are always welcome to return and pet sit for us again on another occasion.

Nadine came to us very last minute as we had to travel for a funeral. She was so considerate and obliging. She made her way to our house independently as we had already left to travel. She put up with our house being in some disarray due to building work. Her communication with us was excellent and she cared for our cats and our home as if it were her own. We came back to a spotless house and very happy cats. I would recommend Nadine to anyone looking for a house and pet sitter and would have her back to us in a heartbeat. Anna got more than she bargained for with this house sit and we were very grateful to her for being so responsible and caring. Unfortunately poor Chewie got sick and picked up a really nasty gastroenteritis. There was a LOT of vomiting and diarrhoea and it culminated with an emergency trip to the vet for antibiotics etc. Anna was an absolute pro, she took good care of chewie, was very pro active with keeping us in the loop and managed to get all the medication into her too, not an easy task! We came home to a house that was cleaner than we left it and she'd even found time to make some home- baked chocolate cupcakes for us! Our poor dog is on the mend but she's still not herself, so we are really grateful to Anna for getting her to the vet so quickly and taking such good care of her.

Cian and Anna were lovely — very organized and thoughtful. Espresso enjoyed them both and I came home to a perfectly clean and tidy house as well as a very happy and content dog. They're welcome back any time.

Alexandria was my first TH pet/house sitter.  It has been a wonderful experience.  She was extremely responsive and communicative.  We met in person a couple of times.  I felt very comfortable having her stay in my home.  She sent photos, and texted while I was away.  I would be happy to have her stay here anytime!

Marge and John were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Marge was thoughtful and very generous. Their home is beautiful and so nicely appointed. The area is known for its natural beauty and Recreation. The neighborhood is wonderful. The dogs were definitely the highlight, even after all of that! This breed is adorable. They are so smart, loving and fun to be with. They are complete entertainment in their own right. They have been trained beautifully and are easy to care for.

I had such a great time in La Risca, looking after Almendra and Robin. 
Both dogs are so well behaved and sweet natured, and they balance each other out perfectly. 
Almendra is very sweet and calm, loving her cuddles and walks. Robin is very independent and goes for his strolls, but also loves to accompany you on all the walks and adventures you might take him. 
There are heaps of walking and hiking options in the area, easy to be reached from the house. 
Donna is so welcoming and lovely, we spent some time together before and after the sit, which added to the beautiful experience. She did everything to make me feel at home, offered me her bed, referred me to her mechanic, cooked some awesome chili con carne :)) drinks, chats and laughs, simply a great time!! 
The neighbours are all very friendly and helpful too, I received some help topping up my oil and on my last night I even got to ride a horse 🥰
Leaving this place with a heart full of precious memories - Thank you for everything, Donna, I miss you all already and I really hope our paths cross again in future ❤️

I had a wonderful week spending time with Pandy, Monkey, Sugar and Peanut. Monkey is an older lady and sweet soul who loves to run about the fields but then is quite happy to have downtime the next day or two to catch up on rest and try her luck at getting some extra snacks. Pandy is a young, affectionate and energetic whippet who will outrun any dogs he’s playing with. He’ll then have a long sleep - the first dog I’ve known to sleep longer than people, it was very cute waking him up every morning! I had a lovely time taking the dogs out on long walks (most of which were led by them!) and snuggling up with them on the sofa watching TV with the wood burner on. They are super easygoing and well-behaved dogs. Sugar and Peanut were very easy to take care of and their squeaks were a very cute part of my morning routine. Rosie and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Communication was also great. The house is lovely and situated in a scenic part of the country. I’d highly recommend this sit and would love to stay again :)

Sheza

It was an absolute pleasure sitting for Leia! She’s such a love and so well mannered!! We enjoyed lots of walks, belly rubs and playing fetch. Sheza was a wonderful host, her home is so comfortable and clean. It’s in a great location and has wonderful amenities! I’d love to sit for Sheza and Leia anytime needed!

Hannah has a beautiful home in central Geneva - walking distance to everything and super close to public transport if I wanted to venture further. 

Communication with Hannah was easy and efficient, I understood everything that was expected of me in order to provide good care of her cats. I felt very welcome in her home.

Oscar and Sylvia are so easy to care for. Oscar has so much personality and loves a chat, and Sylvia is such a sweet girl, loved my cuddles with her once she felt comfortable with me.
