Joanna is an excellent pet sitter. Our cat Tibby (who can take a bit of time to adjust to new people) took to her immediately. Joanna was great at keeping in contact. Joanna and her partner Arthur also took care of our rather old and crumbling house very well. They even left us a lovely bunch of flowers as a thank you!

Vicky was great. It was really easy to set up the sit and she got here and had all the pet care down like a pro. She took Marty's cheeky behaviour and our dodgy timekeeping all in stride which made our time away super relaxing. Also left the house spotless! Can't say enough good stuff, would have her sit again. Gregory & Akane are a very nice couple and took great care of our dog Nouka. They stayed with us one night before we left so we could properly introduce Nouka, and she was comfortable with them both right away. We received daily updates on how Nouka was doing. She had a couple of days that were a little tough, waking up and crying in the middle of the night, which may have been due to separation anxiety as she is very attached to us. Gregory and Akane were patient and kind and reassured us that they had everything under control, that she was eating, drinking and going to the bathroom normally, etc. After a couple days she was back to normal, and when it was time for Gregory & Akane to leave, Nouka was very attached to them and sad to see them go. They left our apartment clean and tidy.

Thanks for coming to stay and look after my two dogs. I know there were a couple of challenges whilst here - so thank you for calling me to sort these out.

Ben and Alina were simply the best of guests and we only wish we had met them in person! They took care of our home (and pet) like their own. Ben and Alina are very reliable, organised, tidy, friendly, caring, respectful and generous. We will have them back anytime!

Mikayla did a great job looking after our cocker spaniel puppy, Dougie, who was only 4 months old at the time. Because of Dougie's young age, we knew that this would be a more restrictive sit than usual for Mikayla, so we made sure she had some extra help in place during her stay. Mikayla looked after Dougie very well and he was very happy and relaxed when we got home. Mikayla was calm, reliable, responsible and great at communicating with us throughout. Gemma was great! We would love to have her come back again! She was super flexible when we had some unplanned changes to our schedule.

We recently had the pleasure of having Annette care for our three chickens for a two-week period. From the moment we had our initial video call, I could tell that Annette was genuinely caring and attentive. Communication with Annette was very good throughout the entire process. Within 48 hours of our initial conversation, she had already booked her flight to the UK and provided me with regular updates. One of our chickens has always suffered with ill health since I brought her home, and she had been under the weather prior to our departure, but to my surprise, she appeared healthier upon my return! This was a testament to the exceptional care Annette provided. She went above and beyond by spending extra time with my sickly chicken, even cuddling her for warmth when she thought she might be cold. It's this level of dedication and compassion that sets Annette apart as a pet sitter. She also advised on not to give the chickens food that had gotten wet, and ensured that their health was no compromised. Not only did Annette take excellent care of my chickens, but she also ensured that our home was clean, tidy, and even more welcoming upon our return. I was touched by her thoughtfulness in gifting items to help maximise the use of some awkward spaces in our home. I highly recommend Annette as a pet sitter. I would not hesitate to entrust her with the care of our pets in the future, knowing they will be in the best hands possible. Grace and Jake took great care of our house and, more importantly, our beloved dog while we were on holiday for 2 weeks. They sent regular photos which gave us huge reassurance. Despite being so far from home, we were able to relax and feel comfortable that our dog was being well looked after. I think our dog has more energy than before we left which tells me she was well exercised! I would have no hesitation in recommending Grace and Jake as house/pet sitters.

Amazing pet sitter, highly recommend, as does Merlin :) Franks communication was brilliant, super flexible on start / end dates and time, really self sufficient and took great care of the house and Merlin the dog. Merlin took to Frank straight away, they had great fun, Frank was really good at walking and taking photo's, keeping in touch and easing my worries as a newbie to Housesitting. I'd definitely use Frank again for housesitting, and very very quick to recommend, unless it interfered with my dates ;-p
