We had the hardest time finding a trustworthy and reliable pet sitter. Rebekah at Happy Hearts N Paws came HIGHLY recommended. After long discussions we decided to give it a shot and have Rebekah come meet our fur baby. We warned her that our dog is highly reactive and we had lots of bad experiences with other sitters. She took the task at hand and ran with it. She was absolutely a miracle worker and dog whisperer! Our dog immediately took to her. She has the best communication with us Rand was there to answer any and all concerns. Rebekah went above and beyond when at our home by making sure our home was clean, mail and packages always brought in, and so much more! We can’t thank her enough for taking care of our baby and home all while keeping us in the know and up to date with photos, videos, and great descriptions of the goings on. This experience was the best we could hope for and we are more than happy to recommend her highly!

Happy Hearts N Paws and Nanke were great with caring for both of our dogs over a weekend. One of our dogs was very apprehensive about a stranger entering our home but Nanke worked with her over several days, so that our dog felt very comfortable by the third visit. Rebekah took excellent overnight and daytime care of our two labs - a puppy and a senior dog, both with unique needs. She was warm and loving to our guys, kept them engaged and active while we were away and took wonderful care of our home in our absence. Recommend highly!!

Rebekah is incredible and took amazing care of our cat! She gave us the much needed peace of mind while we were out of the country. Julia is simply the best pet sitter that I ever had. She always sends me pictures of my kitties when she is watching them. Gives them their ashtma medicine and makes sure that they are entertained by playing with them. My cats love her!

We were very hesitant to leave our anxious and nervous, yet very loving Aussie! Because of how I described our dog (Happy), Julia (one of the owners) insisted on taking Happy vs. having someone else in the company do so. Dogtopia of Manassas is fantastic. Our puppy is about a year old and gets beyond excited when she sees us pulling into the parking lot. The staff is incredibly friendly, and seems to really care about taking care of our dog. The webcam service is fantastic to check in on your pup! Its a great way to let your pet get their energy out while you are at work! We look forward to many more visits!

I like the fact that every employee is inviting and loving toward myself and my pup. Everyone is always so excited to see Misty and has funny stories to share about her day. I really enjoy the little notes that are sent home.

Several things: 1. I like that i can watch my dog on nest - during the day - and see him having fun.2. I like the people that work there - they interact with my dog and he likes them (if he didn't, we would be going there).3. It is totally convenient for me - as my work is nearby.4. I feel that the staff cares for the pups there.5. I love it when he is wiped out after playing all day - and I know he's gotten exercise and socialization!

The assistant manager Abby is one of the most impressive aspects of the Manassas Dogtopia experience. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to pet parents and love on our dog and all the dogs at Dogtopia. The drop off and pick up process is seamless, location is convenient, the ability to decide last-minute to drop off our dog for daycare is a lifesaver. We love that the facility is clean and safe.
