Tara beautifully managed quite an unusual situation while pet-sitting for Pang-Zi and Charlotte.... she handled pet-care during a hurricane!!!! And she did a great job. We are so thankful! Tara managed to bundle up herself and our two cats and find a pet-friendly hotel inland from Cedar Key during Hurricane Debby. She handled the whole situation professionally and with excellent communication. If you are looking for a pet-sitter who can handle any event, you won't go wrong with Tara. We are forever grateful!

We felt at peace on vacation knowing Melinda was taking care of Leon and our home! Not only did she anticipate Leon's goofy tendencies having a golden herself, but she made a very concerted effort to stick to the structure and routine to ensure we didn't come home to a different dog. And Leon sure does like to test you haha. She was communicative yet self-sufficient and left our place impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend Melinda to others wanting to feel their home and pets are well taken care of.

If you're reading this review, it's probably because Graciela and Nicholas have applied to stay at your home. If you learn nothing else from this review, please understand that you should choose them, no questions asked. We spoke with Graciela and Nicholas about watching our home, and more importantly our senior dog, Rizzo, a few months before a weekend trip out of town. We were initially impressed by their questions and how easy it was to arrange a Zoom meeting to get to know them. Unfortunately for us, Rizzo started having seizures about two weeks before their stay and was diagnosed with a brain tumor the very week they were going to stay and watch him. The diagnosis complicated Rizzo's care and added several steps to his day, including us learning how to administer anti-seizure medication nasally. We advised Graciela and Nicholas about the new issues and offered to cancel our trip and make other arrangements given our new situation, and we were prepared to pull the plug on our trip. Rather than back out, Graciela and Nicholas went above and beyond to help out, and they've been the best experience we've had on this website. They agreed to a Zoom call before the stay for the specific purpose of learning how to administer the new anti-seizure medications. They sent us lots of updates on Rizzo, which we much appreciated. They left our home cleaner than they found it. Needless to say, we knew we were in great hands the entire time we were out of town, which we much appreciated given the recent news about our dog. We really can't thank them enough for giving us the peace of mind we needed to make our out-of-town trip. So, to sum it up: they were perfect housesitters, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. If you've read this far and are considering choosing them for your housesit, do so without hesitation. Dana and Damon were a pleasure to have on our property. We are an off grid farm of 52 acres. Ducks, chickens, turkeys and cows. With all of the water and power being delivered by solar systems. Needless to say very few people have experience with this. Dana and Damon showed up early so we could go over the routine together. They did very well. Any unusual events that arose they either handled on their own or they would call for guidance. The property and the animals have been well taken care of. I would be pleased to have them return.

Tico was one of our favorites! He was the best dog. Well-trained and great fun! Greg was excellent to work with, friendly, helpful and good communicator. The location was incredible with fabulous hiking trails to take Tico out on. One of our favorite sits ever (and we've done quite a few)!

Cara was the perfect host, with top notch communication, prep for our sit, and empathy. Schmitt and Murray (the pups) are the most beautiful little souls and personalities. I recommend this sit if you want to hang out with dogs in a sweet, quiet neighborhood full of nature and give them tons of love---ideal for working from home or just chilling but not for someone who will want to be gone from the house a lot (these pups need and deserve all your love!).

We had such a lovely time with Tala and staying at Thaddeus and Craig’s beautiful home in Geneva! Would highly recommend to anyone. They were great at communicating with us and provided perfect instructions for Tala and the house. Tala was so well behaved and a delight to spend time with. Overall a fabulous experience.

Whiskey & Rye are amazing! They are so sweet, happy, loving, playful, and love to cuddle! They are some of the smartest and most well behaved pups too! I had so much fun playing with them and taking them on walks. Laila was an incredible host and her home is beautiful. She left clear instructions and it was so nice being able to meet beforehand. Definitely recommend this sit!!! Would love to watch them again if given the chance!

We had a beautiful week in Kingsbridge at Anne and Williams looking after Hazel. We were made very welcome when we arrived, and were given all the information we needed for our stay. Hazel is a wonderful dog, very affectionate and happy. We took her for lots of local walks exploring the countryside around Kingsbridge and she was also easy to take further afield in the car. Kingsbridge is a great little town, full of life and very picturesque. The house has everything you need and is perfectly placed to walk into town or out onto a footpath. We loved it, and we miss Hazel.

Teal

Teal and Anton are the kindest people I have ever met! They are such welcoming hosts and made sure my stay was comfortable and made me feel so welcome and supported while they were away! The home is gorgeous and located in the a charming neighborhood with nature walking paths in almost every direction. Maple loves these walks and is the sweetest little companion during your sit. She is shy of strangers at first but once she realizes your a friend she will be your best bud. 100% would recommend 🤩💗
