Jeff and Amy were absolutely amazing! They were extremely flexible, friendly and down to earth. Most importantly, we saw how much they adored our animals and the wonderful care they gave them by our dogs actions when we returned. Their communication was great before the sit as well as during the sit, sending welcomed pictures from home. We came back to our home looking just as great as we left it and very happy animals. We not only are happy with their time here, but we also feel we made new friends for life. You will not be disappointed chosing them to care for your home and animals.
Lovely small flat in a great location, and two gorgeous kitties. Monika and Sean were very welcoming, and left me all the necessary information I needed to look after the cats. I had a delightful time with them.
Moira and David welcomed us really warmly in their beautiful home and we shared a lovely day before their leaving. The communication was fantastic and made everything easy from the beginning. The house and the garden are cared with effort and niceness so I'd recommend this sit to people who loves watering plants and flowers because it's one of the main tasks. The area is nearby the beach and walking to the center takes you around 30' or maybe a little less. On of the best parts was meeting Charlie and Lola. Seeing their faces first time in the morning made us get up with a smile and it was very gratifying to feel them closer day by day. There's much peace around and we had a lovely time!
Jay has a lovely bungalow in a quiet Wash Park neighborhood, and he is responsive and leaves detailed notes about the home and Skipper, the super-duper cat! Skipper is easy to care for--he has a cat door, and he is very sweet and loves cuddles. Thanks again, Jay, and hope to spend time with Skipper another time!
I overlapped the night before with Beth and Andy so everything would go smoothly before their early departure. They were very welcoming, easy to talk to, and prepared for guests with a binder of both important information and nearby activities. Herschel and Stella were absolutely wonderful during the sit- easy for walks and play. Definitely a lovely sit.
I had a lovely time staying with Milo and Fluffy. The boys are adorable. Milo warmed up faster and loves to play all the time. Fluffy is the alpha cat and has higher standards, but not above playing with the special stick or sitting in a cardboard box :). They were pretty easy going and have amazing feeding discipline. They loved to play with sheets while I was making the bed. The home is cozy and comfortable with stunning views and in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to so many nice places to walk and eat. My favorite was Rosinelli's, a bakery only several minutes away by car. Katie and family were great communicators and fast to respond. Highly recommend!
What a little slice of heaven! Everything about this sit was exceptional - the hosts, the house, and of course, Timber. We visited in Spring, so the trees around the house were just starting to leaf out. It was so peaceful, especially at night when you could hear frogs and crickets start to come to life. Timer was incredibly easy to care for and quiet. He will want to be in the same room as you, but doesn't need to be on top of you. We took him on a couple walks, but it was cool and rainy while we were there, so Timber was content to curl up in front of the fireplace (as were we). JT was an excellent communicator and made us feel very at home in their home. We could not recommend this sit enough and hope to be back soon!
