Just had a super time with 2 lovely Retrievers, Chester and Manny are great company. They were very attentive and loved a walk and a lie in the garden afterwards! Nick and Elayne's very comfortable home is on a lane surrounded by fields which are criss crossed by footpaths and bridlepaths, one leads to a most pleasant cafe by a pond! Yet Horsham town centre is not 10 minutes drive away, a large Tesco even closer. I thoroughly recommend sitting here!
Our sit at Marsha and Bill’s house with Gus was an incredible introduction to Vancouver and was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Gus is full of personality and life acting and looking years younger than his age. Gus is affectionate, playful and all in all a big happy goose. He is a pleasure to be around and we will miss him dearly. Marsha and Bill are wonderful people, incredible communication and are very welcoming. We had perfect communication with Marsha and Bill and the location of their house is second to none with beautiful views of the mountains. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!!
This was our first house-sitting assignment and we could not have hoped for better hosts. Mark was very responsive and decisive, which made it easy for us to plan and organise our trip. He also had put a lot of thought into the handover, which gave us confidence in settling in. Ongoing communication was also easy. The house is a delight and in a great location. This was a lovely sit! Jewellee and John were gracious hosts and made me feel instantly welcome, as if I were a member of their family. Their beautiful home is located in Woodbridge, VA, which is a perfect base for visiting DC, Richmond, and everything in between. The welcome guide and their communication via text were both thorough, and I was never concerned about what was expected. Their fur children- Jojo, Jack, and Jinxy- are adorable and self-sufficient. They were happy with food, clean litter, and some occasional playtime and affection. They have the run of the house, but spent large blocks of time sleeping in their parents’ bedroom. I enjoyed this experience. For any sitters wanting to visit northern Virginia, Jewellee and John have my highest recommendation!
Where to begin! We simply adored Zoe and Marley, and we find ourselves missing them frequently! Their home is absolutely breathtaking and you couldn't ask for a better location. Giogi and Amy's home is a gem. Nestled right on the lake, we had the most epic views. It was one of our favorite things about the home. We felt so comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. We had everything we could need, and then some. The gadgets were really fun to enjoy as well! Giogi and Amy welcomed us with open arms and were so kind. We are thankful for the time we had together. But the shining stars were the little Zoe and Marley. We couldn't get enough snuggles with them, and they were all for it! Zoe loves getting out for her walks around the neighborhood and will keep going if you don't turn around and head back home! She is very disciplined, sweet, gentle, and intuitive. She will come perch on your lap and take a nap in a heartbeat. And Marley, what a little rockstar. He truly is doing so well for his age, and he is very good at communicating his needs. He likes to snuggle up under his blanket, cozy up right next to you, and cuddle all day if you're down for it! He really enjoys just being with you and hanging out. What more could you ask for? We would recommend this sit 100% for anyone who wants to be near the Olympic National Forest and have furry companions waiting for you back home. Thanks so much for having us Giogi and Amy! <3
