Alex is super friendly and communicative and was a joy to have sit for us. She showed a genuine interest in the pets and asked all the right questions to ensure that Remy and Perky were very well looked after whilst we were away. It’s certainly no surprise that Alex has had a number of repeat sits, and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask her back in future.
Johnnie was very sweet. She was easy to talk to and was careful to listen to and understand the details of the sit. She did all the things that were important to me during the sit. She kept my kitty fed and safe. Minnie seemed quite content when I got back home. The house was mostly clean when we got home except the kitchen was a bit of a mess. She watered all my indoor and outdoor plants and made sure the house was locked and the alarm set when she was away. I would love to give Johnnie a 5 star rating but there were a couple of issues that came up that are preventing me from doing so. She was travelling with a partner that was not disclosed in her listing nor was it mentioned in any of our messaging. I found out by accident only a couple of days prior to her arrival. That information needs to be in the profile or at the very least the messaging with the host. The second thing is they appear to have helped themselves to a fair amount of alcohol while they were here. I have never had this happen before and will put it on my guide. I would never give permission for the alcohol.
