Great communication ahead of and during the sit, and wonderful care of my fur baby :) would certainly recommend!

Rob and Brenda are clearly very experienced House Sitters and that came through even before the visit with their organisation. We felt very comfortable leaving our girls with them and, given how relaxed our girls were when we returned, they had clearly enjoyed themselves. Our house was very clean and tidy on our return, we did not even have bed linen or towels to wash. It was lovely to have met Rob and Brenda and we hope they will return sometime in the future to look after our girls again. Thank you.

George & Anna were fantastic pet-sitters and I'd recommend them to anyone needing pet-sitters. From the beginning and throughout they had excellent communication. They were warm and friendly tone when we spoke on video call initially, and they send us regular updates of our cats. This was especially important because one of our cats is quite nervous and we really like to hear how she's doing. They were clean, tidy and organised, and left the house in the exact same state as how they found it - if not tidier! Thanks George and Anna!

Julie got in touch in advanced and had read my welcome pack so knew what was expected. She kindly did a different yoga class to accommodate my timings (thank you again Julie). She was very thoughtful and kind, my fur baby clearly liked her as slept on her lap! Think he has only done that with me and 1 other… Would highly recommend her!

I wish there was a way to give Abigail more starts for pet care! She was an absolute gem with my senior cat who needs meds every day. We were lucky enough to be able to meet Abigail before our 2 1/2 week trip to Greece. We were instantly put at ease—she charmed us with her sweet personality and it was obvious that she would be more than competent at taking care of our home and our cat. And we were right! She kept in touch with us every few days on What's App, sometimes she had a question and sometimes she just wanted to give us an update on Jasper the cat. Towards the end of our trip, we got a message from Abby that Jasper had gotten into a fight and had a swollen place on his face. She took him to the emergency vet in the middle of the night, stayed there for at least a couple of hours, and was in contact with me the whole time. She was very calm and not panicky in the least which led me to feel at ease. She obviously had the situation well in hand. She took care of all of it without complaint and put the vets fees on her credit card (she OK'd all of his treatment with me) and allowed me to pay her pack when I got home from my trip. A gem! And Jasper recovered beautifully. She also took care of our house beautifully, watered our fairly extensive garden and kept everything alive, and charmed the neighbors. I seriously cannot think of one thing I wish she would have done differently. If you have a chance to use Abigail for a house sitter (or especially a pet sitter!) I would definitely recommend that you do so.

A lovely family who looked after our pets with kindness and compassion when they came to stay. Our collie, Skye, was quite poorly but Samantha reassured us that they were happy to continue with the sit and make sure that Skye got plenty of rest and cuddles. We were given regular updates whilst we were away and returned to an absolutely beautiful handwritten letter from Samantha's daughter which gave us a detailed update (and I still have taped to my fridge!) We are so grateful they took such good care of our little ones ☺️

Emma was awesome with my two fur babies, Finley and Dylan! She took such good care of them, making sure they were happy and well-fed while I was away. Emma's super friendly and caring nature really shone through, and my dogs absolutely loved her. I couldn't recommend her enough if you're looking for someone reliable and loving to look after your pets. She's the best, and I’d be thrilled to have her back.

This being our first time using house sitters meant we were very apprehensive but Claire and Chris were wonderful from the word go. Our dogs immediately seemed happy in their company and we felt confident leaving them and our other animals in their care. It was so nice to come back to happy animals and a clean house and even super cooked for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back.

It was a real pleasure to meet Sarah and her friend Denise. They looked after Tega really well and took care to walk her early morning when it was cool. Tega was very relaxed and happy when I returned home. The house was spotless and they had stripped the beds and done the washing before leaving. Thank you :) I would love Sarah and Denise to look after her again in the future.

Kyle came to look after my three year-old black labrador bitch just a few days after I had to put my older Labrador down and I was concerned about her but by all accounts it was a very successful sit and she was very happy with Kyle. Everything was fine when I got back and the friends who saw them out on walks said Cilla looked very happy.

Emma and John have been our first experience of using house/pet sitters. From our first message from them we felt hopeful that they would be a good fit for us. When we then arranged to ‘meet’ online their warmth and kindness shone through. They were easy to communicate with and generous with their advice and guidance. We arranged for them to stay with us the night before we went away so that they could meet Sweep and Grey and familiarise themselves with the house. Sweep immediately took to them and we enjoyed a lovely evening all together before we left early the next morning. We headed off feeling confident that Sweep was comfortable being left with Emma and John - he happily went to their bedroom to wish them good morning as we left! Whilst we were away they kept in regular contact sending us pictures and updates as to how they were all doing and Sweep was clearly having a wonderful time with them. We couldn’t recommend Emma and John highly enough - they made our first experience of house/pet sitting an easy, comfortable and enjoyable experience. We returned home to a happy dog who had clearly enjoyed making new friends and sharing his home with them!
