Angela and Denisse really saved us. We thought we had a housesitter and then received an email from the site saying that there was a problem with our original choice -- two days before we were supposed to go on vacation. We reposted, and happily Angela saw our listing, and we quickly set up a meeting with her and decided to take a chance with her and Denisse. It was a perfect match. We have three rescue animals, a dog and two cats. One of our cats is so fearful, he usually hides in the garage for most if not all of our trips. On day two, he made an appearance with them. We got lots of photos of happy, unstressed animals, which for us is the main reason why we want someone to house sit. She reached out regularly with updates, which was very much appreciated. Nothing was broken, which can happen with normal wear and tear, and also unprecedented. Everything was neat and orderly when we returned, and Angela even reached out when she hadn't heard from us because of traffic delaying us on our way home. I can't recommend them enough for being caring to our animals and considerate of our house. This was such a rushed reservation, but after meeting Angela I had a very good feeling and the photos confirmed they were kind to our animals and respectful. They were truly delightful to have stay, and I would highly recommend them both as housesitters.

Although it was only for one night, Fiona and Colin made me feel very welcome.

The home is a lovely barn conversion and the sitters sleeping accommodation is very comfortable.

Woody and Vinnie were no trouble at all. We enjoyed a walk from the house to the lovely village of Clare then they had a lovely time playing in the huge garden.

They sleep in their crates at night and generally just love being with you, especially Woody.

I would have no hesitation recommending a sit here.

Thank you Fiona & Colin for trusting me with your gorgeous boys.

Doug and Kristen live in a semi rural community that easily lends itself to walking/running. It’s an easy one hour drive into Seattle with all the attractions that it offers. There are also numerous scenic drives and hikes close by that we enjoyed immensely. Bo is an energetic dog who is eager for any outing we proposed. We bonded with him quickly and loved playing and hanging out with him. Tumbler is a shy and cautious cat. It took some time for her to trust us but once we gained her trust, she was a very affectionate cat who spent a lot of time snuggling with us. Doug and Kristen are top drawer people. We very quickly came to like them and appreciated them as people, not just homeowners or owners of the pets whom we were caring for. They communicated quickly with us when we had questions and we hope we have occasion to connect with them in the future.

We really enjoyed our time hanging out with Mochi, Basil, Mango, and Frankie. Rachel has a lovely house with lots of great plants and an easy quiet street for walking the dogs. Instructions were also thorough and clear. Would definitely recommend sitting here if you get the chance!

My girlfriend Annastasia and I recently had the delightful opportunity to house and dog sit for Peter and Kate. Taking care of their charming dogs, Ollie and Eddy, in the serene town of Havant was an experience we’ll always cherish.

Living with Eddy and Ollie was pure fun. Eddy, always up for a cuddle, kept things lively, while Ollie was our chill guy, loving nothing more than a game of fetch in the water. Their unique personalities made every day with them special, creating a pet-sitting experience filled with warmth and laughter.

Havant impressed us with its tranquil charm. The town has a laid-back vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. The streets are lined with quaint shops and cafes, inviting you to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the calm atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel relaxed and at ease, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our time in Havant, caring for Ollie and Eddy, was unforgettable. A huge thanks to Peter and Kate for this wonderful experience. We left with cherished memories and new furry friends.
