So lucky to have found Annie & Martin. Such a lovely couple. You just have a gut feeling about some people and they were just perfect. The daily updates were a pleasure to read and as they were only left with the cat, they did lots of walking, exploring the local countryside. On my return I was greeted by a veritable feast of goodies, that they had either bought in the local farmers market or Annie had made herself. Possum the cat gave me a brief glance and went promptly back to sleep. Obviously hadn't missed me then!!! The house was immaculate, sheets on the line, bed made up and towels washed and returned to a spotless bathroom. Way above the call of duty and very much appreciated. I'm loath to praise them too much, as their calendar is already filling up fast. So hope we can get them back again later in the year.
