We cannot explain how grateful we are to have found such a great couple for this sit! Jose and Denise are amazing and they bonded immediately with our Mickey. We know for sure from the pictures/videos they had such a special time together and we can’t feel more grateful for that! Everything was perfect, the house was immaculate and clean on our arrival, they are very organised and kept everything tidy in the house even our stuff! Jose and Denise are courteous, friendly and such a special peoples to have around! On our arrival we found the dinner already prepared for everyone and we had a wonderful dinner all together! Super sweet ❤️!! We always had a great communication between us and we felt very safe for the entire sitting. We wish you luck for everything in your future guys ! Hope to see you again in future, we really couldn't be more lucky! Thank you very much for everything!!! Us and Mickey already miss you so much xx

Amélie and her sister stayed in our place looking after our lovely cat Ginger for almost 3 weeks. Could not be happier with the experience - Amélie was incredibly responsible and communicative and took fantastic care of Ginger. She was always responsive, and sent a few pics of Ginger while we were away to let us know she was ok, which we really appreciated. She followed through with all of our cat-care instructions and left our place spotless. We highly recommend trusting Amélie with your home and, more importantly, your pet!

Suzanne and her friend Nicha were very reliable and helpful, my cat Rosie was sick and they were willing to take her to the vet while I was gone (she didn’t end up needing to but knowing they would be willing to was really reassuring!) Since Rosie was feeling a little under the weather it was really helpful that they were so communicative

Danielle is a warm and kind person with so many interests. She is extremely efficient and kept me informed of her arrival times, the dogs welfare throughout our holiday and her departure from the sit. She is so calm and nothing seemed to phase her. An added bonus was coming home to a lovely drawing of our older dog that Danielle had done. We so enjoyed meeting her and having her take care of our house and dogs. We would love to have her come and stay again.

Charline & Adrien were a wonderful couple and cared for my cat Chico so well. When I got in, there was an extra set of wees in his litter tray. Even after they'd headed home, they were so prompt at responding and letting me know how he had been and that they'd cleaned his tray before they left. It helped me work out that he'd simply been to the toilet twice because my flight was delayed so I was home later than I thought. It was such a relief to hear from them so promptly and how careful they were with caring for him. Chico was so well and healthy when I got home. They cared for him very well. The house was also SO neat and clean. I was so grateful at how much care they had taken and it was so nice having such a nice space to come home to after having delays and stress travelling. If you are someone who likes a lot of messages, let them know in advance. I didn't hear from them a lot but every time I reached out, they were so prompt and caring with their replies. We were all of busy holidays so I appreciated that they did respond when I checked in. They are very kind and caring people and I would love to use them again if they ever want to come back to London.

Safae is a great sitter! She is lovely - from the very first call, to regular communication in the lead up to the sit, Safae is responsible and easy to deal with. Penny enjoyed spending time with her and was in good form when we got home. Safae shared updates every day which was appriciated and left our home clean. Thank you Safae - you're welcome back again :)

From the moment I first contacted them until I returned home, they proved to be not just reliable sitters, but genuine gems in the world of pet care. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. Erik and Khaty were prompt in their responses, addressing any questions I had (mainly regarding if Micha had eaten, as she can be a bit fussy!!). When I came back from my trip, I was pleasantly surprised to find my home in impeccable condition! They kept me updated with photos and messages about my cat, providing peace of mind that my furry friend was in good hands. Gro and Matthias are such good pet and house sitters that we asked them to come back and look after our boys again. They absolutely outdid themselves - looking after our two cats and our dog - who was wearing the cone of shame ("Up" reference) as he was recovering from surgery. They maintained Hugo's training and allowed us to get away for a break without worrying at all. Recommend them to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy, and reliable petsitters. I cannot rate Margot highly enough as a pet sitter, house sitter and as a person. Margot is so lovely. She arrived in good time for handover on the day we left and was very attentive to the pets, their needs and all the household quirks. While I was away Margot kept me up to date with what the pets were up to and she also seemed to be really enjoying herself just chilling with the pets, taking the dogs for walks and getting lots of cuddles from the cats and dogs. Margot was tidy, peaceful, very kind and obviously formed a great bond with my cats and dogs. In fact, they love her so much they seem a bit confused as to where she has gone to! Margot was at home waiting for us in a lovely tidy apartment when we got home and we had time for some nice conversation before she left. If you are looking for a reliable, clean, lovely, kind, warm and loving pet sitter then you cannot go wrong with Margot. She is so great. We say a big THANK YOU to Margot and hope she comes back to Australia again in the future.

We are very happy with Gauthier and Léa as our pet/house sitters! They are responsible, neat, good in communication and did a 10/10 job looking after our gentle giant Kosmos and little Joda. We returned to a clean home: it was in the same condition as we left it. And our pets were healthy and happy too. We were more worried about our dog, since he’s almost a 50kg teenager, but it turned out there was no need for that. Gauthier and Léa are amazing pet sitters. We can definitely say that our dog was well walked: when we went on our first walk after coming home, Kosmos was calm and joyful (which means he had long enough walks while we were away). Gauthier and Léa are attentive to details and saved our dog from a tick! They sent us updates regularly and always attached cute photos of our boys. We definitely recommend Gauthier and Léa as your next pet/house sitters!

Val and Tim along with their daughter Tess were amazing house sitters. They rose to every challenge that comes along with a large house on a large property full of pets. They provided excellent care to our four cats and four dogs, two fish tanks and a tortoise. They handled issues that arose with a complicated irrigation system as well as pumps used for water to the house. They even took care of all the house plants, our pool, and large garden while we were away. They did all this for 7 weeks in the heat of southern Spain with no air conditioning! They kept in touch, updating us about how our pets were getting along, and clearly spoiled them and seemed to really enjoy their company. We came home to find everyone happy, the home nice and tidy, and even with food and cold beer in the fridge so we didńt have to go to the shop after a long day travelling home. I can not recommend them highly enough for anyone in need of pet and house sitters. I truly hope they will come and sit for us again in the future.

Elise is an amazing housesitter! I love to travel but I also love my cat, so only the best care is good enough for her. And that’s exactly what Elise provided. She even went above and beyond my expectations. From the very beginning, communication with Elise was smooth and easy. She was available, approachable, clear, kind, respectful, … in her communication. While I was away, she kept me updated with wonderful messages and pictures of my cat and the apartment, which allowed me to travel with a peaceful and carefree mind. It was clear that she genuinely cared for Ikea, as she took the time to play with her, cuddle her and spend quality time together. I returned to a very happy cat. Ikea even “told” me that Elise took very good care of her. 😻 Elise did also an outstanding job of keeping my apartment in perfect condition! When I returned, everything was spotless and organized, even better than when I left. Elise has an excellent sense of organisation and a talent for making things better, easier, nicer, more cozy, … The little changes she made, gave my apartment a lovely “upgrade”. 😊 She truly went above and beyond, not only by maintaining my place clean and tidy, but also by leaving thoughtful gifts for me. This was a very nice surprise. 🤩 Elise loves to show her kindness, gratitude and love.
