We found Jen when she relocated back to the east coast, and she is wonderful. She visited our two older cats daily whenever we were traveling. Sadly, she is moving to another area so I will be losing her, but I cannot recommend her highly enough for those in her new territory. She came for a consultation before we went away the first time to get to know our house and cats, and immediately impressed us. She is the definition of professionalism when it comes to animal care - very thorough, clean and communicative. Even though our cats are very shy with strangers, she is excellent with animals and I always felt so comfortable knowing she was the one they would see each day. She is fantastic and we will miss her - her new clients will be very lucky to have found her!

What a gift Jen has been in our life. The love, warmth, caring and fun she has given Rookie is a blessing. To have someone care so much for your most important person (doggie❤️) is something I wouldn’t have dreamed. Karen is an awesome dog walker. My dogs love her, she's always on time, sends pics of their walks and is very responsive. She's very flexible and willing to do extra walks when needed and if she isn't available for a given time she can usually help me find another dog walker who is. I know my babies are safe and cared for with her!

I have been sending my hound to Karen for years. She is so caring with him. He gets so much love when he’s with her because she truly loves animals. Karen doesn’t overbook to ensure your pet gets the attention you would want for your fur baby. Her dog is a sweetheart also. Karen is a trustworthy, attentive and thoughtful pet sitter! We are able to travel at ease because we know our two cats are safe in her hands. She takes her time with them, sends videos and updates, and is gentle and good with our elderly near-blind kitty. We are so lucky to have found Karen to care for our three cats! We were out of the country for a month, during which Karen sent us photos and videos daily, keeping us updated and informed. Our eldest kitty has special needs and requires multiple medications twice a day; Karen handled her beautifully, with genuine care and affection. She graciously took a piece of feedback regarding petting this kitty, and helped our cat feel so much more comfortable. Our two others are extremely shy and usually don't appear around new people, but they became Karen's new best friend! I can't overstate how delightful and shocking that was, and I think it speaks to the professionalism and love that shines through when Karen cares for your pets. Karen is fair, trustworthy, and very communicative; her pricing is also an excellent value. We'll rely on Karen any time we need pet care, and I couldn't possibly recommend her more!

Hoochie Poochie is the BEST dog walking service in NYC! Hands down. We always knew our puppy Simon, was not only in good hands but THE best hands! His playgroup made him so happy, that he wouldn't even want to leave! He met great friends, was always safe with the best dog walkers, and came home ready to sleep & rest (a dog mom's dream!!). We recently moved downtown, and the one thing that almost stopped us was that we had to leave our beloved Hoochie Poochie group. Our dog was basically having a suburban experience in the heart of NYC with time to run, play and walk. We don't have enough good things to say about this service and the wonderful people behind it. We miss you ALL!!

Hoochie Poochie club is AMAZING! Our dog Calli loves the playgroup, and her walker Nick may be her favorite person (besides mom and dad :)). She always has a great time, and I love how they send personalized emails with pictures after walks. It's also incredibly easy to communicate scheduling changes with the team. They are highly responsive (never waited more than 10 min for a response), and if I request at least a week in advance she can always join extra play groups. Their customer service is amazingly attentive, helpful, and logical. Would highly recommend!

Hoochie Poochie was the highlight of both our dog Charlie's day and my day. Charlie is a mini golden doodle with a lot of energy and being able to go out for three hours per day was so good for her. And for my husband and me, knowing that she was in excellent hands. We looked forward to our daily recaps and photos. The team was always kind, reliable, and trustworthy. I also didn't know it was possible for a dog to make real friends, but she did, many of them :) If we still lived in NYC, Charlie would absolutely still be part of the Hoochie Poochie club. I highly recommend them!
