Taking care of Jivjeli and Pico for four days was fun. Jivjeli is a beautiful, smart and very well-trained dog. Walking her in the off-leash area of Three Mile every morning was relaxing as she has excellent recall. We also played chase and tug of war in the backyard daily. I was never fast enough to grab the chew toy! She seldom barks except when really excited and will gladly be a sleeping buddy if you let her. Pico is an affectionate cat that will seek attention on her terms. Multiple daily petting sessions were our routine especially around feeding times. She was vocal daily about wanting to explore outside in the sunshine! Even though she is older, she is still very agile. Marie left thorough instructions on their food routines along with the instructions on household items. If you are lucky enough to do a house sit during the summer months and love plants, watering Marie’s gardens are a Zen experience. The house itself is well laid out and the guest room is very comfortable. I would gladly house sit Jivjeli and Pico again.

I had a great time at Diana and Laura’s place! Pearl and Terra are lovely dogs and easy to look after and their home is very comfortable.

The house spacious, peaceful and comfy & it is in a perfect location for visiting the park and town centre. You can pretty much walk everywhere and Pippin, the funny and friendly Tibetan terrier, is very happy to accompany you. He has a charm all his own and passers by can’t help but comment on his lovelyness. He is a calm and friendly companion and will come when called. Olaf is mostly attentive when hungry but both like to keep you company whilst watching TV. He loves his tummy tickled. The hens don’t always play by the rules but they are really no trouble and they like nothing more than to explore their garden. I learnt the skill of wing clipping which I never thought I’d add to my CV! As for the fish and frog, once they have a sprinkle of food they are done. Ceri, Phillip, Theo & Isaac are a lovely family and because I had to leave early I never got to say a proper ‘goodbye’ which I was sad about. I was on my own for this sit and I loved the time to rest and relax with non human companions. Whilst the town of Mold is inland it’s a short jaunt to the sea or the mountains and Pippin travels well in his cage in the car or in my case, my van.

Sharon and Tim’s home is lovely and is set in beautiful countryside in a wonderful part of South Africa.
You can sit and watch the birds over the vlei, each morning a pair of hadidas come and find their breakfast on the lawn. In the evening an array of birds flock to the garden and watching them is magical.
The view is amazing and like a painting that is constantly changing with incredible sunrises and sunsets.
I had a wonderful time taking care of their fur babies, Marli, Rumba and Tiger-Tango. They are the most adorable and affectionate pets and love their cuddles and attention, I absolutely fell in love with them. Marli is probably the most well behaved dog I have ever met, despite her age she is like a puppy and loves playing and gets so excited for her daily walks.
I do hope that I am given the opportunity to return as I would love to sit again for them.
Thank you so much Sharon and Tim for being such wonderful hosts and for allowing me the opportunity to sit for you, I hope to see you again in the future.

I’d have to say this was a dream house sit. Not only was Kimberly and Jeffs house / location breathtaking, but their 2 pups (Kaimana and Kalani) stole my heart and were such a pleasure to take care of. Ill miss my morning walks along the coast with them and playing in the water on the black sand beach with them that’s down the street from their place. And I’ll miss the peaceful seclusion of the area which was such a blessing coming from noisy New York City. Also Kimberly and Jeff were so welcoming and generous hosts. They made sure I was right at home, and were beyond generous with everything involving the transportation / logistics of coming and going from the sit. I really hope to get a chance come back soon, but I suggest if you have the opportunity to sit for them don’t pass it up!

Andy and Hanne are super welcoming, kind and flexible people. I would not hesitate to recommend any sitter to apply to sit their pet/house.

I particularly enjoyed their beautiful garden, bath with candles, and their gorgeous shower booth!

Holt is truly a gem you don’t want to miss if you’re on Norfolk, now it is on my favourites’ list. Certainly I would like to go there again and again!

Their house is so spacious and comfortable! Whoever is fortune enough to stay with them, or without but at their place with their munchkins would surely enjoy their perfect and huge back garden.

Their back garden is completely dog friendly and dog-proofed, ideal for playing frisbee, football, tug of wars, and combinations of these with Sebastian!! I miss him!!

Sebastian the dog was/is fantastic. He is a phenomenally smart hound, with incredible friendliness, energetic and fun! He is, at the same time, placid and prudent. Very nice combination of traits - indeed - in my eye.

He embodies what kind of care and affection he’s been receiving everyday from his parents (yes! his human parents) and Plambo the cat is an easy going and self sufficient cat! It felt so sweet when he would come past by my feet asking for a stroke. So nice!

Let me know whenever you want my help, if I’m in the country or coming your way!
