Kalen and Rob were so generous and accommodating! They welcomed me with a lovely meal the first night and showed me some maps of the area, so I was clear on all that I could do and visit in Sleepy Hollow. The Sleepy Hollow cemetery, the Rockefeller Estate, the farmer’s market, and Tarrytown, as well as so many beautiful parks, all in walking distance! Sparky is a sweetheart. He’s an older gentleman now, but I can see why his name is Sparky. He’s usually a little slower on walks, but now and again, he gets an extra jolt of energy..it’s cute! He is a fantastic companion and enjoyed just hanging around with me at home cooking or working. I am so glad that I came across Kalen snd Rob, really terrific people…and Sparky, too. I would 100% recommend this sit!
This was a lovely house sit! I'm grateful to Michel and Lenka for making me feel so welcome and at home. The house and area of Birmensdorf is really nice and I enjoyed being there so much as well as going out exploring for a couple of day trips. The train station is close by so that was very easy to do. The rabbits, Blackie and Lily and very cute and were easy and fun to take care of. I was shown everything I needed to know and enjoyed looking after them! This is an extremely good house sit and I highly recommend it. There was nothing at all that wasn't good about it, the hosts are very kind and I had all the information I needed to make me feel at ease. I would happily return and recommend it to others. What a treat to start my Portuguese journey with! Bill’s place was just what the Dr ordered. The house is big, with an amazing swimming pool, a huge garden and a veggie patch that I got to pick from. It’s also very quiet. One needs a car to get around. Supermarkets are a 15 min drive away. Nix is such a lovely and sweet puppy but so naughty like every puppy. She had me in stitches. Bill was happy to have Nix socialise with another dog so it was lovely to sit with my pooch too on this trip. By the end of the trip they were playing non stop and I didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to other stays at this place!
the weeks in Megan's house were quick and relaxing thanks to the warm and comfortable environment. August is a very intelligent and hungry cat, unfortunately I didn't get to know his dog, but I was with a great company dog. Frankston is a nice little area to spend time. And Ms. Megan is a beautiful person, full of energy and very welcoming. Thank you Megan See you soon
I had an excellent time in Aveiro. Communication with Courtney was very good, she gave precise instructions and was always attentive to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. What to say about Chocho... She is the sweetest cat I've ever met, I know it sounds like a cliché, but it's true. She quickly got used to my company and all the time she was looking for contact, to be in my lap, to sleep together and even to give me kisses! 100% recommended
We had a wonderful time at the Anna’s home in Cambridge looking after their delightful pets. Bean is the beautiful boss of the home but is happy to have you stay and welcomes gentle attention and a chat. Ralph is an absolute delight, easy going and great company with eyes that would melt anyone’s heart. He’s good on and off the lead and comes back with ease. Communication with the friendly Anna’s was really helpful and the manual provided outlined everything we needed to know about the pets and the house, with great ideas for walks in the area. Cambridge is of course a beautiful city surrounded by many quintessential English villages and marvellous dog friendly cafes and pubs. Being flat it’s great for cycling and bikes are available to use during your stay. Thank you to you both for a fabulous time - we would love to return to see you, beautiful Bean and gorgeous Ralph in the future. We’d highly recommend this sit to others too.
