Alyssa did an exeptional job taking care of our animals!
Communication was excellent: Alyssa updated us daily and evening on our animals and included pictures as well, therefore, this enabled us to relax and enjoy our trip. Alyssa left our house exceptionally clean and tidy.
One of our best housesitters ever!
We would welcome Alyssa back anytime.

Alex and Margaryta communicated really well and were very welcoming. They let us stay an extra night at the beginning of the sit which we really appreciated. This gave us more time to understand the needs of the animals. They checked in regularly and gave us plenty of tips throughout the stay to help us to care for the animals.
We cared for 2 pigs, 3 dogs and 2 rabbits.
The rabbits were easy to care for, they just needed to be fed twice a day and put upstairs so they can run around.
All the dogs are very affectionate and love human attention and company. Musashi and Gigi were really easy to care for and well behaved. Pepito is more challenging, he is much more needy than the other two dogs and can bark incessantly if he isn’t able to sleep in your bed with you overnight. We also had some toileting inside issues with him. All dogs are really easy to walk - on leash and off leash.
Francois, the male pig is lovely. He has a really nice personality and is easy to care for. Amelie is more challenging. She was aggressive towards us over the time that we were there. We tried to appease her mood by feeding her extra snacks but to not much avail. The pigs live inside, however the weather was nice whilst we were there so they spent a lot of time outside.

Staying at Fran and Steve's beautiful home in Portland, ME was an absolute delight. Katie, their affectionate cat, became our silent but constant companion, making our stay feel warm and cozy. Her punctual meal times added a charming routine to our days, and caring for her was a joy.

Fran and Steve are exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From welcoming us with a delicious home-cooked meal to providing thorough instructions and being readily available despite the distance, their hospitality was outstanding. Their well-appointed kitchen and detailed house manual made settling in effortless.

The location offered the best of both worlds - serene nature trails and waterfalls nearby, yet just a 10-12 minute drive from downtown Portland's vibrant scene. Additionally, groceries and cafes were conveniently only one or two minutes away by car.

Our winter retreat in Portland was truly memorable, thanks to Fran, Steve, and Katie. We would eagerly return for another stay if given the chance. Five stars all around!

Fleur
We were happy to step in and help Fleur and David during their holiday in Thailand, where their family were gathering for a long anticipated celebration.
Unfortunately they couldn’t take Judy with them, as even service dogs are not welcomed everywhere in Thailand. They needed someone to care for Judy at the resort they had been staying in, while they joined their family.
We had a lovely couple of days at the Lantala Resort. Judy totally stole our hearts. She is such a sweet and easy going dog. She loves the car and happily went out with us, visiting friends and eating out. We wish we could have been with her for longer.
If we ever get to the U.S.A again, we would love to sit for Judy in her Californian home.

Very nice Daniel and Stefanie.
Raikou and bunny are two very calm and well behaved dogs.
The house is in a very quiet area very close to restaurants and supermarkets.
If we come back to Madrid we would repeat the experience.

This was truly such a lovely house sit in every way. From the moment we first talked, Serena was warm, helpful and welcoming. She gave clear concise instructions and communication was great prior to and throughout the sit. Cato is just the sweetest, most loving little dog you could hope to find. We absolutely loved him and his affectionate company. He is very easy to look after and his trusting, calm manner was a delight. The house and gardens are just beautiful and we so enjoyed the opportunity of walks with Cato in the forest nearby and footpaths around and about. It is a very quiet, scenic area and it felt restorative to have a few days of peace and tranquillity looking after such a wonderful little character and lovely family home. Couldn't rate Serena and this house sit highly enough! We would be absolutely thrilled to come back again in the future! Many thanks Serena for the opportunity to house sit for you and Cato - was so hard to leave him! x

I very much enjoyed my time here. Jazzi & Daisy are adorable, lovable sweethearts. Bob & Beth are really great all-around folks. And the home is in a nice, safe location near Boulder. I feel lucky to have had this experience.
