Noah is a delight to look after - playful and mischievous! Delphine is so lovely and a very welcoming host, she made me feel at home. The house is less than 5 minutes walk from the nearest DLR and very well located for Central London. The house is stylish and has all the amenities you may need.
I can’t recommend Yary and Mike enough, they are both so loving, welcoming, and made me feel so welcomed. They really went above and beyond to make me feel like a special guest and part of the family. The love they have for Kiki, Simon and Loki is truly admirable. They took the time to explain the routines, and kept amazing communication. The place is so beautiful and full of comfort it makes you want to stay in the house the rest of the day. Loki, Simon and Kiki love playing and cuddles, they are very well behaved and I had a hard time saying goodbye because of how wonderful they were. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Tetbury! Shadow and Milo were great dogs - Shadow is a sweet, laid back dog that loves to play and is happy to snuggle up against your leg and get a pet; Milo has endless energy and runs circles around Shadow and then crashes on your lap for pets, too. They were great dogs to walk in the pastures, which we did every day -- and they loved running around the garden and paddocks. We took them several times with us to visit surrounding towns and they were easy to travel with in the car. James and Louise were very welcoming. Their home was a comfy, Cotswolds Cottage with plenty of space and the guest bedroom was perfect with a pretty view to the garden. The village of Tetbury has wonderful shops and restaurants and they are lots of nearby villages to explore. All in all, great sit!
This was a lovely sit in a quiet part of Wheat Ridge. They have a gorgeous backyard with herbs and veggies and eggs from the chickens. There is a bike/walking path right along Clear Creek just down the street from their house. Brett was really easy to communicate with. I was able to reach her with any updates/questions. I felt welcomed by both Brett and David which made it easy to settle in. The kitties were super sweet. Abbey keeps to herself for the most part but still loves pets occasionally. Charlie and Fin are very snuggly and chatty and open for pets on the regular. I would happily sit for them again.
Francis is a delight and was welcoming and communicative the whole time. Mish is a real character, was completely won over by him. He was a delight to sit - followed instructions and just wanted to be involved in your life. Could not recommend either of them more.
We LOVED our sit for Ruth and the ninja kitties! She has a nice, comfortable house in shoutheast London, we made into central London in about 40-45 minutes with good bus and train connections. But there was plenty to do in the SE London area, and some interesting/fun pubs walking distance from her house (Blythe Hill Tavern has live music and impromptu sessions). The kitties were a hoot to play with--Ruth had just installed a cat flap and it was hilarious watching and helping them learn how to use it, but after a couple of days they were old pros (almost!) Anyway, we'd GLADLY sit for Ruth again and highly recommend her for sitting!

Julia is super! We left our dog with her to look after him for the day and he had a great time. Julia took him on a big walk and sent us lots of pictures of him enjoying himself. We highly recommend "Dog Walking Lisbon"! We needed a place for our dog Nylah to stay and wanted to avoid a kennel. It was the first time we leave Nylah and we were quite nervous. Incredible petsitter! My cat Xico is moody, doesn’t like new people, and is almost 16 years old so you can’t imagine that is not easy to take care of. Nanda was an absolute dream with our puppy, Wiley. She was so thorough on messages before scheduling her sitting services and she really cared about Wiley and making things just so for him. We left Wiley with Nanda for 2 nights when he was very young and she made it so easy for us - she sent us regular updates (pictures, videos and messages) and she was obviously making his stay really enjoyable and comfortable. The best petsitters ever! We left our 3 year old puppy with them for 4 days while traveling to Madeira and they treated him as their own and gave him so much love and care. Simply spectacular, we often write comments to be nice, but based on the experience I had this week (8) days, I can't just be nice. We were introduced by my daughter-in-law (Ana Cosmeli) to Lúcia, who I had the pleasure of meeting at her wedding. The support that my princesses had (Meggy, Eva and Yara) was simply brutal, we always had daily news 3.4 times a day with videos of our girls, thank in particular Teresa and Esperança for their friendliness and dedication as only those who love animals have the patience you showed. Excellent service with constant updates via video and photos. Sam had company, affection, and was very well looked after by Lúcia and Ângelo. The space is good, completely suitable for a cat, with good dimensions and several scratching posts. Litter box hygiene was done as requested, as was brushing his fur, and they took care to ask several questions about Sam's habits in order to know how to best care for him. Honestly, it exceeded expectations, which were high! I will use the service again, and I recommend it without hesitation. Congratulations on the work :)
Lúcia, Ângelo and the EntreEajuda family became family for the cuca too. Their understanding and knowledge of animals makes them the ideal choice of petsitters, and they went above and beyond what was expected to ensure our pet's comfort. They consistently communicate the condition of the animals to the owners, comply with the specific requests that the owners make regarding the animals' habits, and are ready to suggest behavioral improvements that we can train, after getting to know the pet more thoroughly. We went on a trip over the weekend and Jake stayed with Grandma Paula. The experience couldn't have been better. He was very well treated, welcomed, and they gave all the attention to my big dog (and to me, who was anxious). More than a service, it was a second home and a second family. My Nina was respected, she was well treated and cared for, more than that for us as tutors we also felt that our opinions were taken into account and understood. Nina had a real vacation, it wasn't just "taking care". I left my two dogs, Milka and Lindt, with Lúcia and Ângelo, and it was the best choice we could have made! We came to them on the recommendation of a friend, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. Before closing, we did a pre-visit to see the space where the girls would stay, which was a big difference and gave us a lot of confidence. During their stay, in addition to taking great care of the girls, they also trained them with dedication and patience. They also kept us informed the entire time, sending photos so we could keep a close eye on how they were doing. Their love for animals is evident. I had an absolutely incredible experience with EntreEajuda Petsitting! From the first meeting, where we met over tea and cookies, you could already see how dedicated and professional they are. I left my dog in their care for 10 days and throughout that period I received constant photos, videos and updates. Our two dogs have been attending daycare here ever since they were puppies, and they absolutely love it. Their excitement is unreal every time they hear the daycare van or see the school's entrance, they can barely contain themselves until they're inside. It's the only place we trust to leave them when we're on vacation. We're reassured knowing they're treated like family, and we truly appreciate the frequent updates, photos, and videos from them. It's comforting to see that they're having a great time and don't seem to miss us at all. We can't recommend this daycare enough!

I looked at many daycares before deciding on this one. What won was the way I was initially received by the owner, Andreia. Always happy and ready to answer any questions. Pudding is very suspicious of people, but at daycare he quickly became attached to all the girls. Andreia herself, Sofia who bathes him, Teresa and Rita who pick him up and take him home most of the time. He is always happy when he sees them at the door. Well... sometimes he hides under the bed. As they are very active on Instagram, I always check out what he and his friends are doing. Seeing my dog happy makes me happy and at ease because I know he is well taken care of and I know that my big dog loves the daycare environment along with his little friends. I know that at least 2 other dogs that are my neighbors are in the same daycare on my recommendation. We all agree that our dogs love pet sitting. Thank you for being wonderful 😊
My big ones have been going to Bicharada for years. Knowing that they are being treated well, that they socialize and are happy is priceless. The team is wonderful and Andreia is a true dog whisperer, having helped me so many times where others couldn't. They took a shower there and also stayed there to sleep. The result is always the same: well treated, lots of pampering and lots of fun. We couldn't be happier!

The place is not far from Cascais, easily accessible by car. Is in a quiet environment, not disturbed by pass-byers or traffic. It is a large field where the dogs can play together always under the supervision of qualified personnel. The attendants are always very kind, patient and efficient. They regularly post pictures and videos through Instagram, keeping owners updated on what happens throughout the day. There are several packages that can be purchased and there's the possibility of pickup at various meeting points, and of hotel. A great service at a very interesting price. Highly recommended!
Our 2 dogs have only been here once so far but we were happy that they were well cared for and enjoyed their time with the other dogs, they were exhausted when they got home! Look forward to sending them again soon.

I have my big dog at daycare and sometimes at the boarding house and I have to say that they are wonderful. The entire staff is helpful and very loving towards my little puppy. He always comes back all clean after a day at daycare, and when he comes back from his stay he misses the new friends he met. Ease of communication with the staff, always available and helpful. At the daycare, they pick up my big dog and take him home, even when I need to leave the house early, my big dog's monitor has our key. Terrible, They sold us a hotel service with daily trips to the daycare center during the week, something that there is no indication whatsoever happened, we doubt he ever went to the daycare center. They told us that they would send photos and videos as much as we wanted, we made it clear that we wanted them every day, but it took a lot of insistence to send us a photo or video, and every time they sent it it was in the same place. Marco, despite being kind, is extremely disorganized, he was unable to schedule a time to pick up our dog and even comply with our various requests and alerts about our flight, at the last minute they sent us another employee. The day Marco came to meet us, everything seemed fine, and we ended up accepting the service even though we weren't able to see the place in person. Due to the non-confirmation of our dog's pick-up time, we insisted on asking for the address and they never gave it to us, Marco said “I'll send it now” and to this day we still don't know where our dog was. They lack professionalism, they must have a lot of clients and don't want new ones, as we made it clear that it was our dog's first stay and that we were looking for a place where, in addition to going to the hotel during our travels, we could also go to daycare every week. From the first contact they were attentive. We left our dog with them on a family stay and he was looked after very well! A trustworthy place! They always responded to us with photos and videos of the big dog - he always had a happy face :) they are very flexible with their schedules and have good facilities for them to spend energy. When we picked him up we realized that he had grown fond of Marco, and that says it all. I recommend!
I contacted the company to provide a dog walking service. Marco came to meet my big dog, and everything seemed perfect. We set the day for the start of the service and delivery of the key. Marco failed and didn't answer the call. An hour later he called with the utmost carelessness, and when I asked if that error on his part could happen with the requested service, he said he wasn't feeling "good vibes" from me and canceled the service, leaving me stranded at the day it was supposed to start. From the beginning they were great. Marco came to our house to meet our two dogs and talk to find out a little more about them and their customs and behavior. He was super attentive. Nuno always comes to pick them up to take them and take care of our cats when we're not there. Both dogs and cats love them. There is no better place or team to take care of our girls.
Great service and very reliable. I chose to put my two dogs in daycare. They spend the day playing and come back happy and calm. I thought about doing it just for a few days but I'm going to keep going. Good organization, punctual collection and delivery of animals and excellent treatment of dogs. I highly recommend this or other services.
The best experience my Scoobylu had! He is a 2-year-old pinscher, who doesn't go with just anyone and was super comfortable with the couple! I received photos and videos every day and he was super happy when I went to pick him up. Even in my presence he was on Fernanda's lap and stayed the same way he does with me alone! I loved the care and affection with my little one!!!
It couldn't have been better!! We feel that our dog stayed with people she had known all her life. She is a little anxious and the couple couldn't have handled it better. They had great walks and games with her and were always sending news - neither too much information nor too little! Terrible. Dog was left in the garden all day with other dogs and put in a dark shed at night. My dog is a family dog and had no human contact apart from feeding time. The owner was consistently late for times to collect and drop off and kept my dog in a pet carrier in the back of a van for 3 hours in the heat because he wasn't at home when he said he would be when I went to collect my dog and didn't answer the phone when I tried to find out where he was or what was going on. Avoid at all costs. Has zero empathy with the animals in his care or his customers.
Used once and lost my mailbox key, and never admitted it!! Awful experience.

In response to the many responses that the line's petsitting gives to the criticisms it receives, I wanted to clarify that I am a neighbor of the kennel and the truth is that the dogs spend a large part of the day alone and at night they are always alone from 8pm onwards. I would like to take this opportunity to challenge anyone who wants to visit their dog from 10pm onwards to see if anyone is there with them. I also have evidence of how the owner of the kennel leaves them alone and locked in the boxes for much of the day and all night. The Petsitting line does not even have authorization for the activity it performs, which means it is not certified.
I don't recommend it. Unsafe; people who don't even seem qualified and lack of proper supervision. For anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their dogs, this doesn't seem like the right place at all. Dogs are constantly closed and alone; clearly stressed and agitated by the lack of care and attention. As there is no nighttime supervision, if something happens to them during the night, there is no one to help them! The lack of transparency on the part of those who manage the space is very unprofessional and makes me doubt whether this establishment is even legal.
I have been using the services of Pet Sitting da Linha for several years and I can only thank you for the excellent stays you have provided for my Sebastião. I recommend it to family and friends.
For those who TRULY LOVE their pet, this is the ideal space where they are happy, at ease, and interact with each other and with the staff. As for the staff, what can I say, Human Beings are super dedicated and committed to the dogs. My Nina, already a 15 year old senior, loves spending time with the Uncles from Pet Sitting da Linha. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't let Nina be with "just anyone". I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPACE! And now in the new space it's even better and with so much that's still going to happen there! Keep it up because YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH! Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs!
TERRIBLE!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Dogs are alone, not only for a large part of the day, but ALL NIGHT. There is no type of night supervision for those staying in hotels, as no one is on site at night. Even for those who are only in daycare, in addition to spending a large part of the day abandoned and locked in the boxes, in the few moments when they are accompanied, there are also few periods of play. Daycare with transport - Brownie goes crazy with happiness as soon as she sees the PetSitdaLinha van, she has as big a party as when I arrive! 😍 Personalized service, with lots of affection and every care! It's Brownie's 2nd home!🐕 At the end of the day, she comes back happy and tired :) she spent the day having fun, playing and running with her friends! 🐾🐾🐾 thank you to Inês and her fantastic team!
