Jewel was amazing! She was wonderful and loving with all my pets, even my crazy ducks. She communicated well and sent me lots of photos and videos, which I loved! By the end of her stay she even had everyone snuggling with her in her room, and that makes me so happy! As a person and sitter she was 5 star worthy, however I feel like I have to give 4 stars, because of 1 little mishap. I have a dog with a heart condition and he's on numerous medications several times a day. I'm not sure of the circumstances, but one day while I was gone she missed 2 doses of his meds. Luckily my boy was ok, but this was one of the most important task on my to-do list, so to miss 2 doses was really unfortunate to find. Other than this issue, I think Jewel was amazing and did a spectacular job, and I'd welcome her back any time.
