This was my first house sit (before Covid) and I had a fun time looking after Kenny, Pixel, and Emmie. There is a nice conservation area nearby for walking where Kenny could burn off some energy, Pixel was no trouble and a real sweetie, and Emmie always there for food time and a back rub. Barb left clear instructions and we stayed in touch easily while I was there (winter and a snow storm).
Gabrielle was truly a delight to sit for! She was extremely accommodating, generous, & friendly, and I enjoyed getting to know her and her sweet cats, Jodee & Jeter! Her house is absolutely beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood about a 5-10 minute drive away from the historic Red Mill (a must see in Clinton) and downtown Clinton. Jodee & Jeter were so fun & playful, and we enjoyed some good cuddles! The house was very comfy and very clean-- funny enough, even the litter (contained in the laundry room) smelled nice! :) Overall, Gabrielle is a wonderful person, and I cannot recommend sitting for her enough! Thank you so much for being so kind, Gabrielle! Hope to see you and the cats again soon. :)
Lexie and Ted were truly fantastic! I’m really glad to have found them for this small sit. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, they set up a zoom before to show me the workings of the house (which is very comfy), they loved photos of the kitties, and were so kind. The house is adorable with a nice little cattio for the kitties to enjoy the sun. Ripley and Ruby are shy but do want to know what’s happening so you get cute little head pokes around corners. And after a while they warm up. I even got a good “lemur sit” from the hallway. I would highly recommend this house!
This is an enjoyable house sit, a very comfortable house, and Amersham is lovely. Michelle left some food items for me which was very kind, and much appreciated. Very thorough instructions left. Orlando is a magnificent Siberian cat, large and beautiful. He is very independent, but is also happy for a cuddle. He enjoys having all that fur brushed. Thank you for trusting me with Orlando and your home, it was a pleasure.
John, Linda, and Taylor are all wonderful! We had such a great time sitting with Taylor! She is such a sweet heart! The house is beautiful and so enjoyable! If you get to sit for John, Linda, and Taylor don’t pass it up!!
Lovely house sit in Canterbury. Mike and Kasja were very kind in guiding us before our travels in which bus or train to take and even picked us up from the bus terminal to their home. They were very welcoming and the same goes for Griffy who also become our close companion. They gave us a very helpful guide about all the know abouts in the house and left us with through printed guide on all the information. The house is very cozy and nestled in a nice neighborhood and all the basic supplies are close by in the local village. The village is located in a short walk and took Griffy to go sightseeing and enjoyed the old Medieval English village as well as some shopping. Kajsa and Mike were very reliable when it came to any questions via messages when they where gone. Griffy is a very relaxed, easy going, and well- behaved dog. He also loves doing some of his tricks and is quite the energy ball when he goes to his local park and does some running and as well as fetching. We very much enjoyed caring for Griffy and hope to house sit in the future.
