Cat Sitters in Culcheth

Journey and Dave spent three weeks at our home taking care of our cats and we were so lucky to have them! From the very first interaction they were kind and considerate and put us totally at ease. They arrived the day before we left and we showed them around our house and holiday cottage and did a walkthrough of our routine. Journey took notes and was so attentive. They were accommodating and flexible with all of our requests. Throughout our trip Journey sent updates and lovely pictures and videos of the girls. We have two senior cats with some health issues and often their routine needs to be altered day to day depending on their behaviour. Journey was great at communicating any issues with me and incorporating my suggestions. Both my senior girls were happy and healthy when we returned. Journey and our kitten Smokey seemed to really bond. Journey spent time playing with Smokey to keep her entertained and drain her endless kitten energy. Our houses and garden were in perfect condition when we returned. Dave offered to help in the garden and we gave him free rein. No surprise that we came back to a garden that looked better than when we left! Dave made us an amazing beef stew for our return and it was so lovely not to have to cook dinner. From start to finish both Journey and Dave went above and beyond. There is a real sense of love and care to everything they do. I can’t express how fortunate we felt to be able to visit my family for three weeks knowing that our home and cats were in the best hands. I would absolutely recommend Journey and Dave and would love to have them back to sit for us again!

Amanda and Duncan were great and really looked after Mabel and the house well. They were well organised, kept in touch and so clean and tidy. Mabel seem very content when we arrived home. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Angela was an absolute joy and a true animal lover. We couldn’t have been happier with a house sitter. She took exceptional care of our dog Baxter. We would gladly welcome her back anytime. Baxter already misses her and their adventures together.

Really sweet person, Jazmin took care of our cat as if it was her own. She provided updates on how he was and left the house sparkling clean. I would definetly jost her again!

Ian and Suzanne were lovely and looked after our aged Banksy and Prim beautifully. They arrived bang on time, seemed very competent and we felt totally happy leaving our pets and home in their hands. The house was immaculate on our return and the pets well and happy. Thank you Ian and Suzanne, please come again!

Heather came on short notice and looked after both my dogs and my house, kept in touch the whole way through the stay with regular updates 5*

Andrew and Annette did an amazing job of looking after our home and caring for our pets. They provided regular updates which were much appreciated by us while we were on holiday. We came home to a clean and tidy house and happy doggies. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew and Annette!

We are so happy to have had Frances and Ray looking after our home a second time! They are wonderful people and we consider them dear friends. Our animals absolutely adore them and I suspect that the dogs were almost disappointed when we came back - they consider Frances and Ray as family now and they were so sad to see them leave. We got videos, photos and updates every day and our dogs and cats looked so happy and relaxed. When we got back after a day of travel, we had dinner waiting for us and a beautiful flower and card - we were so touched. We had a lovely evening together and a lot to talk about. The house was left amazingly clean, and it was actually in better shape than when we left! Thank you so much Frances and Ray, keep in touch and we hope to see you again soon!

Neale and Penny are a wonderfully relaxed couple to whom both animals took straightaway; the dog was so happy in their company that she took advantage of their good nature and was allowed to sleep on their bed. The house is clean and tidy and all the indoor plants are alive including the temperamental cyclamen. Excellent Housesitters!

Daisy and Harvey were great sitters and our dogs loved them! Organising the sit with Daisy was easy and she was very flexible to our schedule. When she arrived, it was clear that she's an animal lover and our dogs were very taken with her. During the sit we received frequent updates and pictures, even though it was only Friday-Sunday. Our huskies were well looked after, with multiple walks in the rain and mud (typical English winter weather!). Being huskies they can be stubborn and strong, but Daisy handled them really well. Daisy and Harvey were keen to follow our routines and learn about our dogs quirks, which was reassuring. When we returned they were again flexible to our timings, and they left the house clean and tidy. Daisy and Harvey are a lovely couple and we were very fortunate to have them sit for us. We'd definitely have them sit for us again!

Abbie was a delight to have as a housesitter. Communicated really well beforehand and when she arrived. I enjoyed the update photos and the pets (obvs) most importantly were well looked after. She left the house nice and clean when she left.

Lisa, John and Grace were great sitters. The communication beforehand was excellent, we were reassured before they arrived that all would be well. Timing was spot on, they were well organised and sent us lots of photos of Bert and Banjo throughout their stay. It was obvious that they had researched the area and were prepared to take our two to lots of different dog-friendly places. The dogs were very calm on our return and the house was spotless!
