It was so nice to pet sit Luna and Echo in such a beautiful home, while I was back visiting my hometown of Santa Cruz. Laura and Karyn set up a nice room for me with a comfortable bed. Their home is clean and charming! It’s located in a quiet but central neighborhood. Echo is such a sweet kitty who liked to cuddle up with me, especially at night. Luna (the lab) is also a sweetheart -she loves her toys and was always up for playing. She easily adapted to my dog (who is older and very easy going), which seemed to make her happy to relax. Luna also stayed home without any issues when I needed to go out for a few hours. I’d be happy to pet sit here again.
Beautiful little apartment right new Japantown! Honestly great walking distance from lots of necessary shopping and fun too. Chia is super easy to care for and very sweet. Miki was easy to contact if I needed anything, and all communication was great. 10/10 would recommend!
We really enjoyed our house sit at Holly's comfortable home just a short walk from the beach. Communication proved excellent with Holly throughout our stay and she was very helpful, leaving us with clear instructions. Blue, was just adorable, a very affectionate and loving Vizla who was a joy to look after. We would highly recommend sitting for Holly and taking care of Blue in this lovely coastal location
Shea has a lovely home, and she made sure that I had everything I needed to settle in. The pets are easy to manage, super sweet, and great to snuggle with. Shea was available by text throughout the stay to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this sit!
I LOVE LUCY! It’s not just a classic TV show, but we really love Lucy! She is such a sweetheart with her warm loving eyes and how she just wants to be with you. Her little gestures are so incredibly cute! Her tail is always wagging and monkeys are flying (she plays with stuffed monkeys). And Hardy, is hardly 18 years old! With his soft meows and cuddles, it is easy to think he is only a teenager. He loves to sit in front of the fireplace or on a warm blanket, but his favorite spot is on your lap, which is just fine with us! Liz and Dave invited us to arrive prior to the sit to get acclimated and were very thorough in the walkthrough of their home and care of Lucy and Hardy. We became fast friends as we shared stories and learned of their past and planned adventures. Their home provided all the comforts and Liz and Dave made us feel very welcome. Liz and Dave’s lovely home is perched up so nice that Pikes Peak is your everyday breathtaking view! We enjoyed many mornings watching the sun come up and shed light on the numerous hiking trails leading from their home. Lucy would walk us through as she is the expert on these trails. We can’t say enough about Liz and Dave and their furry friends Lucy and Hardy! Jump at the chance to meet them. Highly recommend!
Mel & Lynda are some of the best people I have ever met and so are their pets. It was super tough to leave Jasper and Gandalf (especially my bud Jasper who I spent as much time hiking and snuggling with as possible) while exploring their amazing neighborhood and beautiful town. The cabin is in one of the best locations you could ask for and super cozy, the neighbors are all super friendly and helpful and more than just a place to stay and sit I made friends for life, as well as a place I hope to come back and visit often. Couldn't recommend more highly!
