On this occasion, I only had Bertie the Chihuahua to look after; he might only be a little doggie but he has the heart and character of a Great Dane! We enjoyed a variety of walks in sunshine and in rain, on the beach, woodlands, parks and the local streets but Bertie approached every one of them with amazing enthusiasm, he was a delight to spend time with. Margaret is very organised and provided me with thorough, clear instructions on Bertie's care so the sit went very smoothly. Her home is spotless, warm and comfortable and Margaret made sure I had everything I need to enjoy the stay. I would recommend this sit and would happily care for little Bertie again .
Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! Leia is a light-hearted, playful and welcoming creature. She’s super noisy and will want to explore everything, so, you definitely gonna be okay with her inspecting every inch of your daily tasks. But don’t worry, she’s easy and lots of fun to handle. She loves to play-fight but is extremely gentle with her claws and teeth. That impressed me for such a young spirit. She would never scratch or bite you harmfully. And if you want to have the best playtime with her, bring a laser pointer or a mirror! She goes crazy with light/shadow play. So much fun, haha. Taking care of her is super easy, as Sohail had everything set up neatly and all I had to do was to feed her and take care of the water fountain. The flat is spacious and bright. Very comfortable and I found everything I needed. Having the forest and animal garden right behind the building is superbe. I loved it. Communication with Sohail was easy and kind. I had a great time and am very thankful for your trust and generosity, Sohail!
Eleanor was very friendly and accommodating, we had a great time staying at their house in Hayling. Cheeky and Flip Flop were very friendly and easy to look after!
This was an excellent sit. Laura and Kurt were welcoming and easy to communicate with throughout the sit. Their home is beautiful and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy time at home and it’s in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Best of all was Sweet Lanie who we immediately fell in love with and her with us. She was so fun to watch as she entertained herself with her toys or just running back and forth in the backyard. She is snuggly, super friendly and excellent on a leash and low maintenance. Palo Duro Canyon is a nice park to visit as well as the Quarter horse Museum. We would sit for them again if the opportunity presents itself. Don’t miss this opportunity if offered to you.

Sammy has just had his first holiday at Maddie's and I can't thank Shelley and her crew enough for making him feel at home from home. He has previously stayed in kennels but he is 8 now and we felt he deserved some comfort while we went on holiday. The pre-stay visits were great for making sure Shelley and the other dogs got to know Sammy, and that he would be comfortable there. And by the time we dropped him off for his holiday, he was chomping at the bit to see his friends again. I didn't once worry that Sammy wasn't ok whilst we were away, as we received daily "pupdates" showing us how he was getting on and what he was up to. We could see from the photos and videos that he was happy and felt safe. The care and attention he received was as good if not better than at home. Before his stay Sammy hadn't really socialised with other dogs and we weren't sure how he would be, but he soon got stuck in at playtime and was leading the walks. I would highly recommend Maddie's and will definitely be booking Sammy in next time we go away.
Before I contacted Maddies home from home I did a lot of research as I had been rushed into hospital in January and had to leave my poor dog at boarding without even seeing it, I was worried the whole time in hospital about my dear little girl and couldn’t wait to collect her and I was determined to find a home from home boarding. I researched several but Maddies came out on top so I contacted Shelley and we meet up for a sniff test with my little girl and the rest of her dogs. Wow how thorough and professional her whole business is. I was very impressed and we arranged a sleepover, I was very anxious to be leaving my girl again but Shelley sent me regular pup dates which put my mind at ease. I was once again taken into hospital so I contacted Shelley to see if she could look after my little girl at short notice and she was there for me again. My stay in hospital was so much better knowing she was being cared for and regular pup dates made my stay in hospital bearable. My little girl loved her stay at Maddies and always had lots to occupy her and lots of walks. I can’t recommend and thank Shelley enough for looking after my little girl it really is home from home.
This was Elsy’s first 2 week stay at Maddie’s and she was so looked after ! Lots of daily updates with videos and photographs. The walks all looked amazing. Shelley was very professional, caring and so loving to Elsy. Really really pleased I found such a brilliant home boarding stay for Elsy to go. Teddy is cared for 100%+ whilst I go away on holiday. It's a real home from home boarding. It's peace of mind knowing he is in safe hands. Shelley makes the separation easier for me and Teddy settles. Lots of attention given to the dogs in her care. Walkies, hugs, playtime and groomed. I enjoy the photos and videos sent daily. I collected Teddy after 12 days. He's fit, healthy and no kennel cough. So pleased I was recommended Maddies home boarding & day care. I have never been disappointed. Thank you Maddie & Shelley.
Ninja has been expertly looked after by Shelley for the past three years with a mix of boarding and day care. I now have two dogs that both go regularly and they don't even look back to me when they see Shelley. It really is a home from home with personalised and loving care. Highly recommend!
Shelley and Maddie’s house is doggie heaven. Robbie felt right at home and he was clearly happy to be there. As a nervous Doggy-Mum, Shelley really put me at ease and I felt comfortable leaving him with her. Highly recommended.
Working full time we were a bit stuck when my Mum had an accident and we had to look after her dog, Chester, for a few month's. We couldn't have chosen better with Maddie's. It is certainly a home from home, but even more than that - the dogs get great enrichment, exercise and socialisation everyday. I would not hesitate to recommend Maddie's to anyone looking for doggy care or boarding for their beloved furmily member.

We've been using Kim's pet sitting service for around a year now. She came highly recommended, and her support has been amazing. She regularly sends pics of our cats while we're away, and the cats are always in good form when we return - they seem to have enjoyed the break from us! I love that the cats can stay at home when we're away, and I trust Kim to do the right thing for them at all times. She's really well organised with regards to diary, billing and so on, and her prices are very reasonable. Definitely a happy customer!

Kim was absolutely amazing, when we took our guinea pigs to her she had their set up ready and we chatted for a while about all her other current and past pets. Felt completely comfortable leaving them with her, she sent us pictures of them in the garden eating grass and in their cage. Would definitely use again!
Kayleigh is amazing ! She stayed at our home and looked after our elderly dog and cat . She sent regular updates and when our dog needed vet treatment she was amazing . Not only does and genuinely care for animals and their welfare she also leaves your home the way you would like to find it . I can't praise her enough !
Kayleigh at Jasper Tails looked after our 3 year old miniature dachshund , Ozzy, for 10 days when we went on holiday in January. Ozzy had such a great time and fit in with the other dogs so well. Kayleigh is fantastic with my dog, he gone from not wanting to walk with anyone but me to waiting at the door for Kayleigh to arrive and he can't get out the door quick enough for his walks. She has worked so hard getting him to this point. If I could give her 10/10 I would! She's very professional and nothing is to much for her!

Dropped my two Yorkies (Billie and Maggie) off with Nick on the Friday. He was very accommodating, welcoming, and reassured us that they would be fine. We went to pick them up again on Sunday, and they were so happy, waggy tailed. He loved them and wanted to keep them lol. He enjoyed having them and said it was a pleasure to look after them. I recommend Hayfield 100% and wouldn't hesitate in Nick looking after our girls again :-)
My 2 dogs had never stayed at kennels before and my cocker spaniel was also very wary of strangers. Nick spent a lot of time before their stay making sure that both dogs were happy and comfortable being with new people and with being at Hayfields. The dogs had a great stay and I would definitely recommend Nick and his team. Our dogs will definitely be staying at Hayfields again.
Fantastic dog kennels, would even go as far to say it's better than some hotels we've stayed at! Nick was a pleasure to deal with, always available and answered our queries within a few minutes. Our big dogs have had a lovely stay and came back happy and nicely worn out which is no mean feat! They'll be staying here again in the future for sure.

Grace and Iris obviously enjoyed their stay at Hayfields! A home from home for them with plenty of attention and space. Nick and his small team obviously love dogs. Cannot recommend highly enough. Grace and Iris can't wait until we book another holiday so that they can enjoy their own staycation.
I cannot recommend Hayfields enough. Nick and his team and very friendly and caring towards my two pooches. My dogs are always excited to stay at Hayfields and that is saying something as my two never really like leaving my side. The first time I arrived to look around Nick focused on talking and interacting with my dogs more than myself. He said first meeting is always important as this effects the dog's reaction to their stay and the first impressions of people are as important to dogs as they are with people. It is refreshing to find a place that see's a dog's stay through the eyes of a dog :)
This is a fabulous place to leave your dog. Our black lab loves it here, he has a comfortable bed, loads of room and runs round the attached paddocks at full tilt. This isn't the cheapest option by any means, but the owner Nick is passionate about dogs and their well-being and this is reflected throughout the kennels. Recommended without reserve.

These kennel's are superb- everything your dog could wish for when you are away. We have a Flatcoat Retriever and she knows and loves the owners who take really good care of her when left. The kennels are new, clean, modern, heated and every dog can have their own run. Just great! Colin
Fantastic place with lovely staff, who really get to know and care about the dogs. My dog goes two days a week and gets so excited when we tell her she’s going to “Doggy Day Care”, and it’s great for me knowing she’s enjoying herself while I’m at work. I have also used their holiday boarding service, which was also excellent. Both me and the dog were really happy she was staying with people she knows really well and that know her really well.
Our dog Colin the rescue now comes weekly, he loves it and I cant thank Derrick and Sophie enough. They are understanding and accepting that every dog is different. As any dog parent you want to make sure you are sending them off to a caring place, I can honestly I say 5* doesn't do it justice. I am very happy I found this place. x
Putting Chip into daycare was the best thing we ever did!! He loves his two play sessions a week! As soon as we say his going his up and ready to get in the car, I would not trust anybody else other than the team at daycare with my boy!! They are so caring and loving with him !! We have had a few months of ill health in the family and they have had him in for extra sessions at a drop of a hat which has given us great pieces of mind his receiving the best of care! I would and have recommended anybody that a dog to book there dog in even if you do not need care to cover working just as a play session for your dog!! Thank you for looking after our boy x

Sophie is amazing with my Wish Springer Spaniel. My fur baby doesn't like being apart from me but she goes in with her ears up and tail wagging - and not just the first time! She is welcomed like one of the family and while we are away we get regular pup-dates on how she is.
