Lauren was fabulous with our pups and sent us communication and pictures regularly during her stay. She was super chill when she arrived the first day to no gas to any appliances! Things were handled immediately but she remained calm and updated us when things were fixed. We returned to our house clean and orderly and most importantly our puppies were happy, healthy and well taken care of. We would certainly have Lauren sit for us again!

Angelique & Cedric

Angelique, Cedric and their kids are a really good family to house sit for you. They communicated well prior to the sit and also during the sit. They arrived well on time and we were able to make introductions properly. The house was well kept and they even had the house cleaned by a help before leaving. Bruno was really comfortable with them and he was well taken care of. They were kind enough to wait till I got back home for a hand over. I would highly recommend them for your next sit. They spent a good 2 weeks and we were glad that we chose them to take care of Bruno.

I felt totally confident and at ease while Catherine was caring for my cat and home. She is super responsible, a good communicator and a caring pet sitter, and she left my place clean and tidy. I would happily use her services again or recommend her for anyone else!

Samantha and Jeff arrived on time and came ready to learn whatever they needed to do to take care of our sweet Benji and our home. Their children were very polite and interactive and ready to help as well. Throughout their stay, they were great at communicating with me, sent pictures, and let me know when Ben wasn't sleeping well so we could troubleshoot it together. Ben got lots of attention and belly rubs, and we are very thankful for the great care that they gave him! We would welcome Samantha and her family back any time!

Torey managed our three dogs very well on a last-minute sit! He was tidy, responsive, and took good care of the dogs. He’s welcome to sit again for us any time!

Aisha was a fantastic sitter. She was very detail oriented, caring, and tidy. She sent us daily updates and you could tell the cats were happy with her. Finally, she left the place in a great condition. We would host her again!

I spoke with Andrea before the sit and got the impression that she was a capable working professional, a pet lover and a seasoned traveler. While we were away she shared some photos of our cat Ra which kept us comfortable about being away. When we returned, the house was as clean as we left it. What more is there to ask for? Win-win.

Abbie was an amazing pet sitter. My dog Bruno was super happy. She kept me updated daily with photos and news about him. She was able to come and meet him prior to the stay which I greatly appreciated and was a very nice person. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I met Deb through zeewoi 4 years ago. She now sits with cooper and naku annually. Deb is an awesome Communicator and truly loves and dotes on our furries. I’m so grateful to have her as a resource. She is one of a very few that I trust with cooper (he’s a vizsla-and those that know the breed appreciate what I’m saying. When I return from a trip, the house is spotless. Not only do I trust Deb to care for the furries and the house, over the years she’s become a good friend. I enjoy Deb on all levels. If you’re able to align your needs with debs calendar, you’ll be lucky to have her stay in your house.

Dani has housesat and watched my two dogs on a few occasions now and I hope she comes again! She is exceptional! She is neat and organized and took great care of the house. And even more importantly, she took awesome car of my dogs (one who needs seizure medication). The dogs love her and I really enjoyed meeting her. I highly recommend her for any stay!

Sitting for Cindy was an absolute pleasure, one of my favorite  sits.  A truly wonderful host.  Her home is lovely, comfortable and clean!  The neighborhood is safe, quiet and close enough to go exploring.  Her pets are so sweet and so much fun.  We played in the yard, hung out on the back porch and cuddled on the couch every chance I could get.  I miss them already.  Thanks so much for letting me care for the babies.

This was my first sit with Trusted Housesitters, and it was an absolute pleasure meeting Elli and taking care of Cookie. Elli took the time to have a cup of tea with me and show me around her lovely flat, and she left useful books with information on local walks. 
Cookie is really easy to care for and has a sweet nature. He comes in and out through the cat flap throughout the day, and of course he likes to curl up and take a nap.
Balerno is a great base for exploring Edinburgh, with a bus stop just down the road and the park and ride not far away too. I also went for a lovely walk at Harlaw and Threipmuir Reservoirs, which Elli recommended. 
Elli was super friendly and answered any questions quickly, and she made me feel at home straight away. 
I would definitely recommend this sit!
