From the very beginning of the process, Sara was great. She always responded quickly prior to the sit. She is just easy to work with. Punctual, reliable and you wouldn't have known she was here. She left the place in wonderful shape. She was very attentive to Sadie. Sadie needs exercise but it was hot so outdoor walks weren't a good idea. Sara would throw her toys up and down the hall to wear her out. Sadie stuck to Sara like glue as she loves to be with people. Sara is pleasant and responsible and accommodating. Would highly recommend her. Thanks Sara!
Buko is a dream. He is gentle and loving, very mellow, adorably playful at times, and communicates his needs clearly. He makes the most adorable sounds when he wants to go for a walk. 🥹 The house is beautiful and confortable. Katie makes you feel so at home and is a great communicator. The neighbor is safe and beautiful. Its very close to the beautiful parks around lake Ponchartrain and the city park that contains art museums, a sculpture garden, tons of beautiful green space and walking pads and an easily accessed location of the famous café Du mond. I will definitely go back if invited.
Coco was a pleasure to take care of, she is a happy girl when you rub her belly on demand, give her treats and let her decide which way she wants to go when you go out for a walk. She is the sweetest girl and easy to care for. The apartment is so comfortable to hang out in, has a great view and public transportation is close by if you want to explore Berlin a little bit. Coco’s humans are very easy to communicate with and they give you really good information to help you get on well. I very much enjoyed my time hanging out with Coco in Berlin and would happily do it again.
There should be an entirely new rating scale for this wonderful sit! Highest possible recommendation. We feel incredibly lucky to know Don and Lulu and now feel we have a whole new branch on our family tree! Incredibly welcoming, to an almost embarrassing degree. We arrived early and had a lovely series of meals, got a wonderful introduction to the home, and to Margaux, Sophie and Bertie. Lulu produced extraordinary meals, Don gave us a grand tour of the area, and we were able to join them both for Margaux’s walks and a full day + of everyone’s routine. The home is incomparable. Beautifully decorated with elegant touches from their many cosmopolitan locales; I honestly can’t think of a thing we needed that wasn’t there. The pictures are beautiful, but don’t do it justice. Comfy bed, spacious rn suite, a chef’s kitchen….Nestled in vineyards, surrounded by forests…in a lovely village with lovely people. And, just minutes from the train station and large grocers, etc. We hit every village market day we could…each was unique and special. Margaux, Sophie and Bertie just stole our hearts. Margaux knows her routine and was very happy to help remind us if we got off schedule. She was glad to accompany us everywhere…including a brief trip to the vet, during which she was very, very brave. She is so clever, loving, and just sooo easy. Don and Lulu have trained her beautifully…and she shows it off at every turn. Sophie and Bertie make you earn their love, but are very sweet, and when you do see them briefly, if you’re patient and quiet, you’ll be treated to really loud purrs and the occasional pat. Lovely little kitties. Not a moment’s worry with this trio! Wonderful area with loads of chateaux and vineyards. It’s just the spot for long walks, good books, and lovely new friends. Consider yourself lucky if you’re chosen for this post, but you’ll have to beat us to it, as we already miss them all and can’t wait to return! 🤍🤍🐾🐾🐾
House-sitting for Alex and Erin was a pleasure! Their cozy home provided all the comforts one could ask for, and their expansive backyard was a dream. Kuna, the husky, stole our hearts with her intelligence and impeccable behavior, making walks a joy. The trio of cats, Piggy, Quilo, and the newest addition, Huck, each brought their own charm to the household. Huck's affectionate nature and love for head scratches made every interaction a delight. Erin's communication and assistance were invaluable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. We would gladly house-sit for Alex and Erin again anytime!
