Plamen & Rongmiin

Plamen and Rongmiin got along very well with all three of our dogs. We were very happy to have them take care of our dogs. They were very respectful of the boundaries we asked for, and were kind and attentive to the peculiar needs of each dog. They were also able to deal with medication and veterinary needs. They kept us updated, and sent us photos journaling their walks and whenever the dogs were being adorable. It certainly helped us as we were away for quite some time. We are cautious around new people with Louie as he can be reactive and have trouble with strangers and other dogs. However, they were patient and understanding with Louie and were able to keep him out of trouble. We were so happy to see how well Louie got along with them and how he trusted them. They were also able to care for our rescue Sola, who has trouble with trust and comfort. We found that Plamen and Rongmiin were very gentle with Sola and let her grow into the relationship. They were also able to deal with our eldest Maggy, who is constantly trying to sneak away any food. Because of that, taking care of her requires extra attention not only to her activity, but also making sure that food isn’t left unattended. We appreciated how well Plamen and Rongmiin adapted to each dog’s quirks and qualities, as well as how well they communicated throughout the entire process. We were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest, knowing that our dogs were in good hands and that if need be, Plamen and Rongmiin would also know to ask us questions. They were also very neat and tidy, and they were respectful of our home and responsibilities. Plamen and Rongmiin were excellent sitters and we are glad they were able to watch over our home and dogs! Thank you so much and enjoy the rest of your travels!

Suganthi and Matthew were amazing! I met them a couple of days before I left on my trip to show them around and for them to meet Honey. They were extremely kind and polite. Honey was happy and well taken care of. They made sure to leave the home spotless and even washed the sheets and towels. Couldn’t ask for a better pet sitters!

As this was our first arranged sit we were understandably a bit nervous, however, our confidence grew throughout the process. When choosing Anna, her profile was such that it gave us some confidence that our fur babies would be well looked after whilst we were away. We needn’t have worried, right from the start communication with Anna was excellent and fairly early on we had a video call, which was really helpful, coincidentally Anna had a cat which was very similar to our Lucy, even down to both having a damaged right ear. Arrival arrangements were confirmed but sadly our timings were such that we were unable to meet in person. Sit date arrived, as did Anna and her son, and from the start pictures and videos and message updates were sent, again providing us with total confidence that the cats were not just being looked after, but being spoiled with lots of attention. On our return, again sadly our timings meant that we couldn’t meet in in person, the house was super tidy, and a load of bedding washed, even though we said not to bother. We could tell the cats were happy and had been well looked after and we didn’t get the normal cold shoulder from them like we used to get on our return. Anna also left us a gift which was a lovely gesture. Following this our first sit, I would not only welcome Anna back to our home with open arms but would totally recommend Anna and her son to sit for them and their fur babies. We have found the whole process very straight forward, but the key to it is good communication Final words to Anna, thank you soooo much.

Yol & Marcio

Yol and Marcio were an absolute pleasure to work with during our family's extended holiday. Our dog, Bear had an unexpected health issue that they had to navigate. They took Bear to our vet, administered medicine, and kept us up to date the whole time. They took such great care of her and we could tell that they really bonded with Bear. We came home to a spotless apartment and some treats ready for us after a long journey. I highly recommend Yol and Marcio. We hope that they can come and sit for us again!

Vanessa was very approachable and friendly. She sent us an update each day on what Missy was doing. The house was spotless on our return and Missy was very calm and happy. Vanessa looked after our plants as well as our precious Missy very well in our absence and we highly recommend her as a reliable and competent housesitter.

Iman & Reemus

Reemus is a great guy who sat for our two cats for a ten day period. Iman arrived a week later so unfortunately we didn’t get to meet her. Communication was great throughout with daily updates/photos. We had a slight leak which Reemus acted on quickly with the maintenance team in our building and updated us promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them stay again. Highly recommend!

Alicia and Janet cared for our house and dog Latika for four days and did a great job. They looked after our dog very well and we came back to a spotless tidy house. Very friendly and reliable people, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our couple of days in Nashville looking after Stanley and Smokey and who can forget the whirling dervish that was Kevin the kitten!   The home was centrally located for our needs as we were house hunting while we sat our charges.   Rachael and family were very friendly and helpful checking in a couple of times to see if we had any issues or needed anything and the aromas of their soap business located downstairs was quite lovely!  

Stanley & Smokey perched on the couch in the window most of the day to ensure no one approached the house and Kevin expended more energy than any creature should be allowed, he would then curl up in my lap for a much needed nap for a few hours before starting all over again! (oh the exuberance of youth)!!! 

Anyone would enjoy the location, home amenities and the company of these 3 fur balls!  We were foolish enough to drive away with the spare key, but we promise to have it returned before the next sitters are needed!
