Yesterday we arrived from our trip and it was a great disappointment to find our house as we found it. It seems that there has been no one during all this time that we have been away. The house is disgusting. Totally unacceptable. We left the house so clean and tidy and its so sad arrive to your place and find it like we did. The most relevant and worrying thing is the state in which one of our animals is. One of the cats is obviously sick and the girl has not transmitted it to us. She has been sending us photos and videos but I don't know how well she appreciated the bad state he is in. He has many hairless claps and is much thinner than when we left, it is more than evident that something is wrong with the cat. One day, in a video call, I told her that it seemed strange to me that he had those hairless claps and that he was so thin, but she played it down. We are going to go to the vet to see what he has but it seems irresponsible and very sad to come home and find my cat as he is. Returning to the state of the house. It really is disgusting. There has not been any type of maintenance or care in the areas where she has been staying. All full of dirt and dust. The things in the kitchen are also not in their place. It is evident that marisa has not passed the broom or a rag in almost 3 months. We're going to have to pay for a cleaner because I can't be here with our little son because the house is so dirty. We know that it is a country house and we did not ask that it be perfect when we arrived as we left it when we left, but seriously arriving at your home and finding it in these conditions has made us very sad. The dog eating area is filthy too and the dog's water dish is moldy. What is dirtiest are the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. The carpet in the bedroom is disgusting. The bedroom has air conditioning and we turn it on a lot because it's very hot here and even putting it on for 8 hours a day the cost of electricity doesn't go up as much since electricity here is quite cheap. In two months this girl has consumed more than double what the whole family consumes. She was warned and asked to please be careful and with the electricity bill that we have to pay it is evident that she has not been careful. There are plants that she was specifically told to take care of her that she has also died. She has died a cactus!! I asked her to please keep an eye on these particular plants and they have died. We are very disappointed and angry with this situation. I have photos of the whole house of how she has left it so you can see the state of dirt and neglect of it. I also have photos of our cat so you can see how evidently he is sick. Maybe tomorrow we will know what he has when we go to the vet and file a report. Finally, she told us when we had already left that she was not going to be there when we arrived because her flight was cheaper to leave just the night before but through her social networks we have seen that she has left our town the day after we arrived, so we thought who did not want to come across us so as not to have to clean and leave the house as he has left it. Its a shame we have paid what we payed for a house and pet sitting and find out with all this.
Roo is wonderful and Mackenzie made sure I had everything I needed to care for the home and bunny. I had a wonderful time and would love to hang out with Roo again.
Melinda and Rick were welcoming, generous, and made me feel right at home from the start. Their entire fur family is wonderful - very different personalities and very entertaining! Ginger and Lou were a bit shy at first but warmed up quickly. They are sweet and loving - I enjoyed them all! Melinda's home is spacious and comfortable, with a great screened-in back porch and a big yard. The location is near the gorgeous Hilton Head beaches, as well as the charming historic Old Town of Bluffton. A really beautiful and relaxing area. It was a true pleasure sitting for them.
Orwin & Jaimie explained everything before the sit and send me detailed notes/videos about Pumpkin and the house. They were also available on the phone throughout the sit in case I had any questions. Pumpkin was lovely, it was a pleasure to take care of her and spend time together. The house is nice and comfortable. I'd really recommend this pet-sit!
I can't find the right words to describe our house-sitting experience with Naomi & Radar. The best way to describe it would be exceptional, joyful, and wonderful. We loved every second with Radar. He's the sweetest and most well-behaved boy. The only issue was that he gave us too many smiles and too much happiness. Naomi is the definition of a people person. From the first second, it felt like we had known each other for ages. Altogether, they made us feel like we were home. Thank you for that
It was such a pleasure to look after lovely Pip! She is a very calm, friendly and comforting lady, who made for excellent company. It was hard to leave! Grey was very calm and welcoming, and there was great communication throughout. The house is immaculate and well-kept, and I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. The location is great, with lots of green spaces to explore with Pip nearby. I’d highly recommend this pet sit for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in London - with the loveliest doggy companion! We look forward to taking walks with Pip again sometime :)
A great sit very conveniently located to downhill and Nordic skiing as well as great hiking. Add to that the sweet. well behaved, and highly entertaining Chewy. Raven, and Elvis, this is a sit not to be missed. Kristi and Darrin were so accommodating, welcoming, and communicative, we instantly felt at home. Hope to return again!
