We had a really enjoyable stay at Alan's house looking after the lovely Benji and Mitty. We were made to feel very welcome by Alan and family and enjoyed beautiful walks in the village and surrounding area.
We loved this house sit! Pepper & Simba are brilliant dogs, we took them on some lovely walks in the South Downs & local area (all walks were recommended & pinpointed on the map by Andy & Richard). Simba is extremely cuddly around the house & will be by your side all day, which was adorable. Pepper also enjoys a cuddle & attention but is happy to snooze and lay around the house. The house is beautiful, very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We felt very comfortable spending 2.5 weeks here. Andy & Rich were very helpful in showing us around the house, recommending restaurants, cafes, walks, running routes etc which we really appreciated. Great communication throughout the house sit We would love to come back in the future!
I had a really wonderful time at Richard & Louise’s home in Sevenoaks with Teddy. He is a wonderful, affectionate and energetic pup who loves cuddles and big walks! The home is gorgeous, comfortable and has great character. I felt very welcomed, trusted and appreciated by Richard and Louise! I would recommend this sit and really hope to return in the future. Bo!
This was our first sit with THS and we couldn't be happier. Communication with Danielle was excellent. The home is located in a beautiful area as well and we even saw a family of deer several times. Danielle, Justin & Reid went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during the sit. The pets Murphy, Lasty & Faolan are so loving and adorable and were very easy to look after. We really enjoyed our time and the cuddles with them. Overall fantastic experience and we would gladly sit for Danielle & her family again and we'd be delighted to look after Murphy, Lasty & Faolan anytime.
We had such a lovely time looking after Clive and Zaza. We knew beforehand that Clive was not a big fan of pet sitters, so we were very gentle and let him come to us when he felt ready. As he started to trust us, he got more relaxed each day, and when he chose to sit with us we really did feel honoured. Zaza is quite a different character, very confident and from the first moment we arrived, a very friendly girl. She’s happy to sit on your knee and have cuddles, on her terms, or to snooze in a sunny spot indoors. She’s not averse to scoffing Clive’s food or even some human food given the chance! So it was a joy to look after Clive and Zaza, and they were as good as gold, no trouble at all. Caroline and Ken are super-organised and thoughtful cat owners, we had a really useful video call before we agreed the sit, and communications were very clear and thorough. Their home is beautiful and they made us feel very welcome. The area is so interesting, it’s just a 20 minute walk to the sea at Alnmouth, Northumberland’s beaches are just wonderful. Thank you Caroline and Ken for your hospitality, and we’d love to look after Clive and Zaza again. Please go away again soon!
Laura's home is situated in a very nice neighborhood very close to the MSU Campus. During our stay, the city was replacing a lot of the sidewalks around the house, so we often drove Sally to the Campus for our walks - which we all enjoyed thoroughly. Laura's Welcome Guide included everything we needed to know regarding the home and Sally's care. Sally was a real sweetheart. Besides being beautiful, she has a great personality and loves to play. She does like to bark, but Laura gave us lots of great tips to deal with that as well. We highly recommend this sit to everyone.
