Amanda and Rich are such an amazing, kind and understanding couple. Unfortunately our trip got canceled last minute, but we still invited them to stay with us, if they wanted too. And we are glad they did! We did decide to do a one night getaway to give them some alone time. Gabbie was so happy with them...she went on nice walks, had great snuggles and enjoyed spending time in her backyard with them. Charlie and I didn't worry one moment while we were gone. When we returned, Gabbie would run upstairs every morning to find her new friends. That lets us know she was well loved while we were gone. The evening they left, they had already washed the sheets/towels, re-made the bed, cleaned the bathroom and left everything perfect. We are very grateful Amanda and Rich decided to still do this sit despite us not going on travel. We met wonderful people who are now our friends. Now if we can just get them to move to Charleston :) In sum: Secure Amanda and Rich for your next sit. Your pet will be loved!

Petrina stayed with our kitties over an extended weekend and she was great. She was extremely communicative and sent cute photos daily. She took great care of the cats and the house - everything was tidy and the cats were happy when we returned. We would recommend her!

Kelly is phenomenal!! She was amazing in every aspect. She was great at communicating, took excellent care of our pup and left our house spotless (something we don't expect and were incredibly grateful to come home to). I'm sad she lives far away and can't come back again and again and again.

Kalley sat for us for a week while we traveled. Our pets seemed well cared for when we returned. Thanks, Kalley!

Nicole was very self sufficient and seemed to really care for my cats when I was away. The place was left spotless and she sent a few pictures throughout her stay. Would definitely have Nicole stay again!!

I couldn’t be happier with Michelle’s sit - she was amazing! She came early for an orientation. Michelle had clearly carefully read the welcome guide as she was already up to speed on everything. When I returned home, Wilbur was happy and chill - a sure sign he loved his sitter. She updated me with photos and news about how Wilbur was doing. The home was spotless upon my return. I’d love to have Michelle sit for me anytime!!

Emily was absolutely amazing! She took great care of your animals and home! We would welcome her back anytime!

Jasmine and her husband Jacob were the best house/pet sitters that we have had. They were responsible, caring, and showed initiative. Caring for multiple large dogs and a salt water coral reef aquarium is not easy. They were quick to learn the nuances of our home and needs. The dogs loved them. They were reliable. This last week was the first trip in a long time that we had no worries/stress. We came home to a house that was cleaner than when we left it. We highly recommend this couple without reservation.

David was great! He was thorough and everything was clean when we returnend. He even stripped the bed and folded the blankets. He's owned a home so I didn't need to go into much detail for the run-through. Our cat Steve went right up to him and nuzzled when he walked in the door, and looked good and seemed happy when we returned. David has a medical background so Steve's meds were no problem. He kept us informed as much as we wanted. He's had pets of his own that have aged out, so I was comfortable discussing what could happen at Steve's advanced age, and what he could to do. We feel good about leaving Steve and our home in his care and have asked him to come back in September for a longer trip.

The only unfortunate thing about the whole experience is I did not get to meet Craig in-person. He arrived after I had already left on vacation (so my husband showed him around) and left before I get up on the day he was returning home. We came home to a spotless home, the dogs wondering why we were home and where Craig was, Billy the goat had water and seemed content, the horses were brushed and had water, and their stalls were mucked! Craig stayed in communication the entire time we were away - with comments, great stories, questions and concerns. He took his housesitting gig with all seriousness and really loved on our animals. The dogs got to go on walks and hikes! I would recommend Craig to others in search of a great house sitter - he goes above and beyond! This was another great experience with TrusedHousesitters!

Anne watched my two cats and did an excellent job! She left the house super clean, was a great communicator, and even earned the love of my less-friendly cat! I would definitely have her back and recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their fur babies!

Amy and Nate were fantastic house and pet sitters! While we were away from home, they communicated with us almost daily about our two cats and what they were doing. They sent us cute pictures of our cats. I know our cats loved them too as they sent us pictures of both cats curled up in our guest bedroom where Amy and Nate stayed. The day they left, they took off all the bedding and left it in our laundry room. Although I don't believe that house cleaning was expected at all, our house was spotless. They have our highest rating as wonderful, caring people.
