Nicholas is awesome! After reading many reviews I decided to contact and we were able to schedule a meet and greet before I went out of town which assured me my dog would be in good hands. While I was away Nicholas updated me many times through out each day with pictures and all. This meant a lot to me, he took great care of my dog and I could tell she had a good time. I will definitely be booking another stay next time I plan on going out of town

Nick walked my pup over the thanksgiving holiday, and he did a phenomenal job working around my schedule to meet my pup and her sitter while I was away. I felt confident with leaving my puppy during the day to be walked with Nick. He took her on mini adventures around our neighborhood and sent so many pictures. She even got to explore places nearby that we’d never ventured to before! I was updated when Nick was on his way or running behind schedule, which I appreciated. Nick took great care of my pup on walks and ensuring she was left with one of her snacks before he left. I knew my dog was having an amazing time from the multiple pictures I got each day! I plan to continue to use Nick for walks and when in need of a check-in or sitting while I am away. My mind was at ease the entire time that my dog was safe and having a blast with Nick!

Nicholas was amazing with our 2 year old cane corso rottie mix Bjorn ❤️ We messaged a few days ahead and they were very responsive and happy to help. Bjorn is a very anxious dog, and struggles from separation anxiety, so we were looking for someone who could watch him at our place where he knows hes safe. Nicholas came by to meet him and took the time to learn how he is with people and other dogs, what his food schedule is like, his training commands, and everything I could think of to take the best care of him while my partner and I were gone for 8 hours. He sent updates with pictures to let us know how he was doing, and was respectful of our space. Overall, an amazing experience, and a huge relief that we could find someone who would give him the love and attention he needs. They are really nice and genuine people that love dogs, and we'll absolutely be calling them again if we ever need someone to watch our anxious boy!

Jenna is absolutely amazing! It's very hard for me to trust a sitter with my pup, but she has been so perfect for and able to tame my sweet yet crazed miniature dachshund, Lingweenie. She has always been quick to respond to texts, very reliable when I drop him off and pick him up, sends tons of really great pictures of him and is great with keeping me updated on his stays! She is always taking him on fun adventures and is the only one who is able to give him back tired out! I will continue using her services as long as she is around and can't recommend her enough. I cannot say enough amazing things about Nick and Jenna. I will be the first one to admit I have huge anxiety around leaving my baby with a sitter and I don’t just choose anyone. Nick and Jenna were phenomenal at following my instructions for Meatball and they were amazing at sending lots of pictures and videos. It was so reassuring seeing Meatball look genuinely happy and at ease in all of the pictures and videos. If you need a pet sitter they’re definitely the one you should go with!!

We are so incredibly grateful to Nick and Jenna for taking care of our dog for 2.5 weeks while we were gone. This was the first time we left him with strangers and I can’t express how lucky we are that we found this awesome duo!! Thank you both for constant pictures and updates about our boy. Jenna is an amazing sitter , she took care of Max and while I was gone I felt very good by looking all the pictures and how updated Jenna kept me . She replies quick to any questions you have , she will take max on walks very often and will spoil him so much 🥰 all the time ! She has been the only one who has being able to make max go in so many walks 😆 (he’s a sleepy /lazy dog ) She will definitely be your best option. Took such great care of my older dog. She even went to the aquarium! I received multiple daily updates with photos and came home to happy pets. I will definitely by using them when I need to travel next or have dog care needs pop up.

Maddux has lost his eye thanks to months of hell after grooming at Urban Paws. I will never know what happened that day since I was lied to and never told, and since the ER visit that you paid for I haven’t heard back from my email regarding his subsequent pain visits and medications. He was a completely eye healthy dog before this day in June, and the toll it has taken on him, our friends and me — especially to now be ghosted — is a pain I can’t describe. And now my 15 year old baby is having surgery and losing his beautiful eye. After surgery, the biopsy showed that his lens was out of place due to trauma, according to his surgeon. If I can save one dog from entering your doors, then hopefully it won’t be in vain.

My pup “T Bear” and I have used Urban Paws day camp almost daily over the past nine months. We have also used the boarding plan. The management and staff are consistently engaged, flexible, and super trustworthy. I really can’t say enough good things about them. Urban Paws is a home-run recommendation.

Best place to take your puppy for daycare and boarding! New to Dallas and everyone told me to go here, and I could not be happier. My puppy has been going since July, and he loves it. He jumps out of the car ready to go every morning. Amazing place with great people, prices, and convenience!

I don’t know where to start! My fur baby & I love this place! I go here for his grooming, daycare and boarding whenever I’m out of town! The staff are terrific and so genuine. They love kawz and spoil him. I would randomly pop in during his first month to see how he’s adapting around other dogs and let’s just say I was able to function knowing he’s being loved and having fun. He’s always so excited to come here & tired from a full day of fun when he gets home (which is perfect for me after working 12 hours). He’s gotten so many compliments on his grooms whenever we go out. I couldn’t have chosen a better dog family! They genuinely show equal care for every single dog!

When I arrived they told me I had to wait for one hour or come back because they were delayed with another dog. I don't mind waiting but they never reached back to me prior to my appointment, and I specifically asked permission for this time at my work. I recommend you to follow back with people before they made the effort to be on time as its supposed to be if you have an appointment.

Urban Paws is my Labrador’s, Buddy, second home! He started going to Urban Paws when he was 6 months old and he is now 3 years old. He thinks it is his own personal Disney Land! The owner, office manager, and staff are all amazing! You can see that they care about each individual dog. They provide a fantastic environment for dogs to play, socialize and receive the individual care they need. Having a reliable and caring dog daycare brings me a peace of mind, knowing my dog is in good hands. We absolutely love Urban Paws!

My dog has been going to Urban Paws for years and absolutely loves it! The staff is spectacular, and it is apparent they care about each and every animal that walks through the door! I couldn't recommend this place enough!

We absolutely LOVE DogCity. My dog (Beatrice) has been going weekly for the past two years and always has the best time. The team is extremely dependable, communicative, and happy. They deeply care about the dogs and really understand the temperaments and personalities of each one. My dog can be a little misunderstood.. so their fondness of her means the world to me. The grooming is also fabulous, Heather always does such a great job and not only keeps me in the loop throughout the whole process, but also always offers to let me bring her back if I want any changes. I am a bit of a helicopter dog mom, but I have no worries about the team at DogCity! I always feel great about drop off and when I pick her up she is happy and tired. DogCity really is a top notch operation.

I’ve used many dog boarding places, this one is the best. My dog had a minor incident and I was notified immediately. No other place has done that. Very impressed. She also never played with tennis balls for 8 years, after coming back she loves them! That’s how I know she actually had FUN here and it wasn’t just a place to sleep and wait for me to come back.

Dog City is a great place to take your pet. I’ve been taking my dog Theodore there for grooming, and they make the pick-up and drop-off process so streamlined and turn-key at a reasonable price. Heather is always providing great care to animals and always has a smile on her face, and I can tell she really enjoys working with animals. Been going to Dog City for a couple months now and will continue to do so!

This is a great place with great, friendly staff. Heather, the groomer, is AWESOME. We've moved here recently and have been trying to find a groomer who will match Duke's prior cut. She followed a picture precisely and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the grooming (pics attached with their cute bandana). She is very kind with the dogs, and you can tell they love her. We are very happy with the effort, warmth, and atmosphere of this place which makes it a little easier to leave our precious pup for grooming. 5 stars!!

Had my golden doodle groomed today by Heather and she did an amazing job on him. Great attention to detail and she was very nice and caring. Would 100% go back to Heather at Dog City Dallas. 5 stars!!!!!

I totally feel like my dogs were mistreated over the past weekend. They attend daycare everyday and wag hotels nearly every other week. I was told that they could not attend this facility anymore due to jumping and biting people. My dogs are almost 2 years old and has NEVER bitten anyone nor gotten aggressive so i know for a fact they were being meddled with. There were several dogs jumping on the fences and barking at other dogs upon arrival. So i definitely feel as if we were discriminated. 0/5 stars.

Dog city is absolutely amazing. From the staff that they have hired to the facility overall I would give them a 10 out of 10. I have been bringing my dog to dog city since August of last year. And I’ve had zero complaints nor concerns with dog city. Heather is my go to groomer. She does a phenomenal job.

I brought my dog here for the second time today. The first visit was a positive experience; however, this time, it was different. When I picked up my dog, everything seemed normal during the check-out process, and they mentioned she had done well. Later, I noticed a significant portion of her skin had been removed, as depicted in the attached picture. No one informed me of this incident or provided an explanation. This lack of communication is unacceptable. While I understand accidents can occur, this was a substantial incident, and the groomer should have been aware, given the evident bleeding. I won't be returning to this place with my dog.

I threw my dogs birthday party at Dog City. Nora and her team went above and beyond! It was easy to communicate with her and they set up the area so cute for my dog and her friends. I highly recommend them for any one wanting to throw their dog a party!

I would highly recommend Dog City for grooming. I’ve been going to Heather Killebrew for awhile now and she always does an amazing job. I have a Mini Australian Shepard who needs a specific cut or else it can ruin their coat, and Heather nails it every time. She’s very caring, thoughtful and considerate to my dog, and always makes great recommendations. I’ve never had a bad cut with her and the overall experience has been great.

This place was a Godsend! I have a very active and temperamental husky mix and they were for sure up for the challenge! My babygirl is a "hoodlum" and they protected and took such great care of her. My big boy is a gentle giant, so 1 knew he would do well! Angela, Laura and the entire staff at Smart Dog Dallas did an amazing job! I hope Lola didn't scare them too much, because this place is now my go to!! Thank you all for doing such an great job!!

We have been coming to Smart Dog since May 2024 and it's been such a blessing. Everyone there is so kind and always so happy to see you and your dog. My puppy Otis is always excited to jump out of the car to run inside and at pick-up he always has a dopey smile and ready for a long nap. Sometimes you even get a fun story about your dog's day which is always nice. I'm so grateful for everyone at Smart Dog. Thank you for taking care of my puppy so well and for allowing me to work from home in peace.

I’m in tears. This is absolutely unacceptable. I recently booked my dog for a 2 week stay while I was away for a work trip. I pre-packaged all of his food into little baggies and told the staff at the front desk when I dropped him off that he needed one baggie for breakfast and one for dinner. This was different than what I had filled out on his online profile when I originally registered him. I explained that he was on a preventative antibiotic prescribed by his vet that I had split up and placed in his food, and this is why he needed to be fed twice a day instead of once. I was assured that this was no problem at all and that his feeding schedule would be updated. When I came to pick him up today, I was handed back HALF of the food I had packed for his stay (see photo). He clearly had only been fed a half-portion of his food for his entire stay, meaning he missed half of his antibiotic regimen as well. My dog also appeared like he had lost a NOTICEABLE amount of weight — I’m talking 1-2 pounds of weight-loss for a 30 pound dog over a 2 week period. Prior to this stay, I was already having issues with none of the staff knowing how to operate their office management computer system. I booked 3 prior stays with them and the bill was never ready when I came to pick my dog up. I would have to call 3, 4, even 5 times to pay my outstanding balance because none of the staff knew how to generate an invoice in the computer system. Once when I called, they didn’t even have record that my dog had stayed with them that week. It’s very stressful as a client to have an outstanding bill and have to call over and over repeatedly trying to take care of your balance. This business is not being managed well, and the consequence of that is that my poor dog was underfed and missed his antibiotics for 2 weeks. I hope management sees this and is inspired by this negative review to make some serious changes before something more serious happens. Update: I appreciated the owner’s response and the fact that she made it right by crediting my account for my stay so I am updating my review. Things happen and ultimately my dog is okay. I appreciate the accountability!

We were so glad to find Smart Dog Dallas. Our puppy Daisy really needed to have a chance to play with lots of other dogs and get herself tired out . Mission accomplished! She comes home happy but exhausted. I have found every staff person I have dealt with to be very friendly and they all know the dogs well and welcome them warmly. I also find their website (online booking) to be very convenient. And we have used their "limo service" on occasion and that is a wonderful feature. We are fans!

Amazing experience with Smart Dog Grooming - Val took such sweet care of my pup who we have tried numerous groomers and have not been satisfied! Definitely recommend trying them out for your next groom!

We have been going to Smart Dog for daycare for several months and my dog absolutely loves it! As soon as we pull up to the building he immediately starts scratching at the car window excitedly trying to get out to go play! It makes us so happy knowing he gets to play with friends in a safe environment. We utilized the Smart Dog Spa for the first time today for grooming and are so happy with the results! He looks and smells great and his coat is so soft and shiny. We will definitely be using them again. The staff at both the daycare and spa are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am a crazy over protective dog mom and I feel so at peace with him there. Highly recommend!

This place was a LIFE SAVER for my pooch! I called them to see if they could give my dog a haircut and bath the same day. The groomer made my dog look EXACTLY how I imagined her to look. 😍🙌🏽👏🏽 I’m so thankful to their team for being kind and helpful. Lyric (my pooch) from Pampered Pooch Events will be back!

Had both our big dog and our small dog cared for by the Smart Dog Salon team. The big girl was detangled and soft as silk and smelled amazing for weeks after the groom. Our little guy gets royal treatment every visit and the staff goes above and beyond in communication, friendliness and service. They always remember me and the pups every time we call. My dogs really enjoyed themselves at Smart Dog Dallas. My babies had to do a 'trial' so I could board them there when I go out of town. One of my dogs is really shy but she ended up having a blast. Both of them were worn out when I picked them up! AMAZING! THEY WORE OUT MY 5 MONTH OLD PUPPY!! I am confident about any future stays my pups will make here. I know they will be in loving hands! Plus Smart Dog Dallas posts tons of pictures on their Facebook so I can see how my dogs are doing. We will be back!

There are so many groomers in the DFW area. I can finally say that this location is the BEST I have experienced. From the moment I called this place, they were so knowledgeable to know what haircut my dog needed. It was so easy and made the whole experience smooth. I have been taking my pup here for about 3 years as I travel a lot for work and visiting family overseas. He has gained so much confidence since coming here and loves his time with his friends at Dawg Life. This is the first boarding and day care facility I can leave him and be confident he is having a good time, being cared for and safe. My oldest boy is 14 and definitely set in his ways…Dawg Life didn’t mind his attitude, instead they treated him with patience and understanding and I appreciate them so Very much for this because in the past I’ve been turned away from other groomers because they didn’t want to “deal” with him but Dawg Life accepted the challenge and have already said that they will welcome him back with open arms which is such a relief (because I’m definitely not a groomer) hahahaha. We’ve been taking our 3 dogs (small, large, XXL) to Dawg Life for 3 years and its been amazing. They cater to all of our needs whether boarding, training, Veterinarian services, grooming all in one location. Ownership and staff have always been friendly and willing to go the extra mile for our Dogs experience. They really do care about the service they provide and provide excellent advice on all things Dog related. Prices are some of the best ive seen in DFW and most importantly our Dogs LOVE it there. We have large Presa Canario breeds that have been practically raised there.

My French Bulldog Titus has been going Dawg like since he was about 12 weeks and he’s almost 2 years old now. He started at level one obedience training and then we came back for more. He’s always been boarded at Dawg life when I have to travel for work and he loves it there. They treat him like family. I would HIGHLY recommend Dawg Life for all your dogs needs. Oh and the vet services on the weekends are always clutch if you don’t want to pay the outrageous clinic bills.

I’ve been taking my pup here for grooming with Brittany for about a year. She does the best job and is always willing to work with me on the grooming styles and is so sweet to my pup! Highly recommend to any and everyone.

So far this place has really impressed me. I just started taking my 15 week old Giant Schnauzer puppy there for doggie daycare after looking at multiple daycares in the area. Prior to taking him to Dawg Life, I felt uneasy about the lack of structure/communication I experienced with other facilities. From the first day I dropped him off here, I could tell he was in good hands. I really appreciate the structure they seem to have and how communicative they’ve been with me. Everything is also very reasonably priced especially for Dallas. On top of that, Rupert got his very first haircut and Brittany absolutely nailed it. I was so nervous for his first cut since he is a schnauzer and it’s a very specific pattern. He looked better than any picture I had looked up on the internet beforehand. Even though Deep Ellum is out of the way for me, I will easily make the trip each week

This service is fantastic! Their app is easy to use and communication to customers is great. Our cat did not do well in boarding, and at one point, almost died. Vippets has been taking care of our dogs for two years now. They are reliable and always provide feedback about how the dogs are doing. We’ve used their daily service as well as overnight service. The sitters really care about the dogs and attend to details such as checking water dishes. I feel totally comfortable leaving my dogs in their care.

We recently moved to a new part of the metroplex, and as a result had to find a new pet sitter. I was very thorough in interviewing potential companies/individuals to work with. We were preparing to embark on a short 4-day trip but it would be the first time we had ever left our dogs behind and I was very nervous about finding a sitter/company that was a good fit for us. From day 1, VIP impressed me with their level of communication and organization. Their online client portal is easy to navigate and great for checking your schedule, pets info, etc. Nancy, their Director of Client Relations, is incredibly detail oriented, great at follow up, and actually does what she says she will do (a rarity in this day and age!). Our assigned sitter, Amber, took amazingly good care of our pups. Her communication was stellar and I felt the entire time that it wasn't "just a sitter" there watching our pups, it felt like a family member was taking care of them. I truly felt like she treated them like her own and couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're searching for a pet sitter I HIGHLY recommend VIP. You will not be disappointed.

Our German Shepherd, Motley, is usually anxious but he loves Dallas Dog Palace! The facility is very clean and we always feel very welcome and assured by the staff and owner. They send daily report cards with pictures of the dogs having a great time. Dallas Dog Palace is the only place we trust to send our dog for both daycare and boarding!

I have been taking my dog Breeze to Dallas Dog Palace for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about them. Breeze looooves going to daycare and playing with his furry friends. He always comes home happy and tired. The people working there are amazing and caring. They treat our pets like their own and that's all we can ask for. They also send us a doggy report card of his daycare days, which is so cute and thoughtful. We get plenty of pictures when Breeze is boarding, so we can see how much fun he is having. They are very attentive and professional. They notify us of any changes in his health or behavior and always follow our instructions. We have nothing but great things to say about Dallas Dog Palace, Jennifer, Dillan, and the rest of the team!

Dallas Dog Palace is AMAZING! My babies have stayed there for Daycare and for Boarding and have loved every minute! They are so excited when we arrive, we have to run to the door. One of my dogs had a traumatic experience with another dog as a puppy and is very shy with other dogs. They have been so patient with her and they have worked with her. She is finally making some furry friends! Dallas Dog Palace is run with a true heart for dogs. I am so thankful to have people and a place that I trust with my babies.

You’ll see a lot of amazing reviews and I can tell you they are completely accurate :) We’ve been bringing our now 2 year old lab, Ollie, to Dallas Dog Palace for Doggie Day Care for over a year and have also boarded him here as well. Jennifer and her team are amazing. The facility is clean, well staffed with a manageable dog to person ratio to where I always know Ollie is safe and having the best day ever. It’s fun to see pictures in his report card, his behavior throughout the day and also the friends he played with- too cute. As the ultimate DINKWAD couple obsessed with their pup, we cannot recommend Dallas Dog Palace enough!

I can't say enough good things about The Dallas Dog Palace. They took in my two dogs for 9 days and treated them like their own. The space at The Dallas Dog Palace is so clean and spacious. The outside yard is huge and my dogs loved the obstacle course, ball run, and toys. It's not common to find a place with a yard so big and full of fun things to do. The boarding rooms were big enough that my two dogs were able to board together comfortably. If you want your dog to be respected, loved on and treated like family, this is the place for you!

We have been taking our dog Bo to DDP for about a year now (since he was 5 months old)! They are the best. They brought him out of his shell and truly give him the best experience every time whether it be daycare, boarding, etc. Bo has memorized the route from our house to DDP and will now wag/whine until he gets there - he loves it so much and comes home tired every time. We could not recommend Dallas Dog Palace enough!

I love this place, and so does my pup. They seem to care about the dogs genuinely, and I love the photos they send (I look forward to them.) The place looks spotless, and I love that there is so much outdoor space. He has a blast every time he goes and comes back ready for bed.

I love to bring Dolly to Dallas Dog Palace! She has so much fun playing with her friends and I know that she is being taken care of whether she is there for daycare or boarding! Jennifer and her team do an amazing job!

I can’t say enough about how awesome Dallas Dog Palace has been! I’ve taken my pup to other boarding/daycare facilities in the past, but Dallas Dog Palace really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your dog’s stay. They will send you a report card for your pup every day, but will also contact you separately, if needed, to provide more specialized updates and info. I left my dog Cooper while away on a 2 week trip and felt so at-ease while I was gone. He had a blast, and was really well taken care of. Since then I’ve had to drop him off for shorter stays and he has enjoyed himself every time. This will definitely be my go-to for both boarding and daycare, and I highly recommend.

Our lab loves coming here, to the point,of dragging us inside when we arrive. We primarily come for boarding. She always comes home,happy and exhausted. The staff is friendly, and the facility is neat and clean. Large play areas. Easy access. They take reservations, which are necessary for holidays - they’re popular enough they can fill up.

I always bring my pup here. She loves it! Her tail wags before she gets out of the car. Always a friendly staff and she comes back clean. Been a customer for years. And I love getting pictures of her while I’m away. Thanks for taking care of my girl!

My dog likes going there. But the office staff are questionable. The most recent is in jail for fraud. You might want to be careful with your information. Also the groomer isn't very good at all my dog came out practically shaved an it was uneven just a really bad cut. Some good things the place is very clean I will say that they do a great job. The handlers are good with the dogs and friendly. I would give no stars if I could but because the handlers are great with my guy I'll give a couple stars but I won't chance someone stealing my identity and my money possibly no way.

I adopted my dog about 9 months ago. In that time, my schedule has changed drastically; therefore, I needed supervision/care for her on a regular basis. Instead of leaving her at home alone, where she would be bored, unstimulated, anxious and unsocialized - I take her to Downtown Dog for daycare as well as boarding. This is my puppy’s home away from home. The staff treats her like family and she absolutely loves it here. She looks forward to seeing the employees and dogs everyday. I don’t know what I would do without this wonderful facility. Thank you Downtown Dog!

Great doggie daycare and the staff is very accommodating to your needs. It's affordable but here's a tip just get monthly plan if you know you'll need them! Highly recommend this place. Ps owners should totally donate two of those lovely hand chairs to me 😉~NickH~ …

I’ve taken my dog here a handful of times and she loves! It’s convenient that they do grooming too! We will be back.

Love this place! I've never used a doggie day care before so I was hesitant at first but their staff and facilities are great! I showed up randomly and they gave me a full tour. My pup is always so happy to visit. They also have no issues with bully breeds like my guy!

My dog was boarding there for 9 days. I never received word that anything had happened to her. When I got home, I realized she had a dime size wound on her stomach that was inflamed, scabs on her ears, scabs around her jaws and neck, and covered in mud. She proceeded to have diarrhea the next morning that had blood in it. She won’t let me pick her up without baring her teeth and crying. I do not recommend this place at all. It has been 11 days since then. They told me they would refund me, I have not received a refund. They refuse the take accountability or even let owners know when anything happens to your dog.

Been going here for years, they seem to have an issue with help, especially in the afternoon. I have to insist that the staff clean my dog when I pick him up. They don't seem to do that very well. It used to be better but I think some of the staff is gone. Price is reasonable for daycare and boarding. I really love this place and hope they are able to get some reliable help. Use to get him bathed every week but now they have raised the prices so I will have to bath him myself.

Dog Bone has been an absolute lifesaver for me and my dog, Cash! Every time I come home, Cash is happy, well-exercised, and relaxed, which speaks volumes about the care and attention he receives. Would 100% recommend to anyone. I have been using Scott and his team since May and they have always been reliable. They haven’t missed a walk nor have they been late - always on time! I use them about 4-5 times a week while at work and they are very trustworthy and loving if your pup. And the journal entries every day are a plus!

We have 2 large Great Pyrenees. When we decided to move downtown Dallas, I thought it would never work. Thank you to Dog Bone, THEY made it work for us! Scott and his team are incredible to work with!! My wife and I both work and needed help during the day. Dog Bone knows downtown well and all the shady spots especially during the summer. They are totally professional, have excellent communication skills and terrific people. We used the Service for 1 1/2 years and they are the BEST

We could not imagine trusting another dog walking service with our sweet Vizsla, Copper. Scott and Richard go above and beyond with Copper's 40-minute walks. Just last month, we sent our dog to a board & train program, and Scott and Richard took time to understand his new commands to ensure alignment with behavior expectations on their visits. Copper is always happy and excited to spend time with them, and I love reading about their day with "Terrific Copper!"

We love these people! They are so caring and really enjoy what they do. They go above and beyond to play with our dogs and make sure they’re well taken care of while we’re away. We couldn’t ask for better people for our pups and it’s comforting to have people genuinely care about their well being and happiness. We recommend this service to anyone!

Dog Bone is such a great company! Not only do they “do” what they say they are going to, but they also take such loving care of our pups. I love that I get pics of my dogs 3x a day when I travel as well as updates about how they are doing & I can track them on walks live. Additionally, the owner, Scott, genuinely cares and has cultivated a wonderful staff who also care. They know our dogs personalities & give them so much affection. Also, when my dog was sick, Scott not only cleaned it up, but also contacted me personally to tell me what was going on. I will trust no one else with my pups!!

We can't say enough good things about the Dog Bone team! We adopted two quirky rescue pups during the pandemic and were very nervous about finding a care team who understood our dogs' need for consistent faces, slow introductions, and distance from other pups. Scott put us at ease from our initial call with him, and the team's willingness to do multiple meet-and-greets to get to know our pups' personalities helped us feel more confident leaving our furry friends (not to mention the walkers' amazing photo updates on the Dog Bone app). We are beyond grateful for these folks and can't recommend them enough!

We have used Dog Bone for overnight care for our pets for nearly two years. Scott and his team are impeccably professional. We're typical dog parents and, potentially, are overly concerned about our pets. The Dog Bone team gave us comfort leaving home when we had to travel. Scott stopped by to take care of our two dogs while we were gone for the weekend. He is very professional and came by before our trip to meet the pups and learn their schedules. One of our dogs has epilepsy and the other had a hot spot, Scott knew how to deal with both. He sent us pictures and report cards after each visit, which we loved because we miss our dogs so much when we’re away! It’s obvious that Scott is passionate about he does and loves dogs. Next time we’ll consider boarding our dogs at Scott’s place. I highly recommend hiring Scott to take care of your dogs!

I cannot recommend this business enough. They are the most caring, loving dog sitters I have ever had! They send the best updates - little paragraphs about what my dogs did during the 20m visit. They send multiple pictures too! So easy to book through the app and each sitter is AMAZING. I see them playing the yard, petting and giving love to my pups. VERY reasonably priced and worth every single penny. Hire Dog Bone!!!

My pup absolutely loves it here she knows when we turn on medical district she is going to see her friends. I have used daycare, boarding, grooming, and training here. Every service offered is extraordinary. I can sleep peacefully when I do board her here knowing she is being treated with love and care. Every employee is super friendly and you can tell they love animals. Highly recommend this place!

We love Paw Lofts!! Finding staff we trusted and a facility that felt safe was really important to us, and it’s clear that Paw Lofts prioritizes that too. You can tell that the staff all genuinely care about the dogs and take the time to get to know the dogs and their owners— it always makes me smile when they are just excited to see our dog as she is to see them! We’ve done a few day-and-train sessions with Debbie too and she’s been wonderful. Not to mention our dog LOVES coming here and comes home so tired and happy lol.

When we adopted our dog we were very worried about daycare and how he would do with people and other dogs. Paw Lofts offered day long training, daycare, and boarding and we’re so great with him! He started as a terrified, barking mess and today he is extremely well behaved, socialized, loves going in, and confident. I credit their amazing training staff for his success and wouldn’t leave him with anyone else. We absolutely love Paw Lofts and can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Paw Lofts over the past decade. I've trusted Paw Lofts with all my dogs over the past 10 years, including my current dog, Handsome, a 4-year-old pit bull. I’ve probably boarded my dogs with them around 500 times. They are flexible and accommodating, and each stay has been fantastic. Recently, Paw Lofts demonstrated their exceptional care when Handsome fell ill with a mysterious condition that turned out to be a mass in his nose. We were out of town when his symptoms appeared, but the staff at Paw Lofts were attentive enough to notice Handsome showing respiratory symptoms and promptly informed me, requesting permission to take him to the ER while keeping me updated throughout the process. Later, when his symptoms persisted, they arranged for him to see a highly regarded vet who finally diagnosed him. Without Paw Lofts' attentive staff, we might not have caught the issue in time. Despite being out of town during this ordeal, we knew Handsome was in capable hands, allowing us to enjoy our trip with peace of mind. Paw Lofts have treated my dog as if he were their own, which means the world to me. They are a compassionate and dedicated team that treats pets with the utmost care and professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very nice staff! It was the first time leaving my Mr. Miles since I got him. They we're very thorough of getting all medical records before I got there to check in. Upon check in they took notes about his feeding. Although they furnish a bed I brought his toys and his bed and they were happy to take it in for him. He had also a training session while he was there during his stay. I would definitely use them again!

Highly recommended Paw Lofts! After doing lots research and trying different daycares Paw Lofts has been such a blessing to us and hands down the best choice. They are kennel free and offer boarding and spa services! Super conveniently located for anyone who works in the medical district! Your dog will always come back clean, all items are tagged for boarding and their communication is excellent. My puppy is so truly loved there and it warms my heart! As a healthcare employee who works long hours I know my dog is safe and happy, they work with my schedule and have great hours compared to other places! HIGHLY RECOMMEND paw lofts!!

Love paw lofts! My dog goes to day care weekly and they do all his grooming. They take such good care of my pup since he was old enough to go. Training for puppies highly recommend! They also do seasonal themed photo shoots.
