We had such a great time with Willow! We love this fluffy, sweet, playful, ADORABLE kitty! She loves to play with her toys and chasing her kibble (thanks for the tip, Tesslyn!). She also enjoys being pet, chin scratches, and even snuggles on occasion. It was an absolute pleasure to look after Willow and she gave us no trouble at all. I think anyone would adore this sweet kitty and have a blast playing with her! She is a joy to be around and literally everything she does is super cute! 😻 Tesslyn was very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and had great communication with us throughout the sit. She gave us fantastic detailed notes, which we really appreciated! Tesslyn's apartment is beautiful! Very clean yet cozy, comfy bed, great wifi, has a balcony and a stunning view of Lake Union. Tesslyn's place had everything we needed and we were very happy and comfortable there. We would be thrilled take care of Willow again, and we can confidently recommend this sit to others. Thanks again for everything, Tesslyn, and we hope to sit for you again someday!
Everything about this housesit was just wonderful! First, Cairo and Luxor are two of the cutest, sweetest and cuddliest kittens out there. They’re super well trained, easy to take care of, and SO easy to fall in love with. It was extremely hard to say goodbye to them and I already miss them terribly. Second, the apartment/location! The view from their apartment is breathtaking - I could not get over it, even after being there almost a month. It’s hard to even describe how gorgeous it is. The apartment itself was extremely clean, organized, and I had everything I needed to be comfortable during my stay. They even have a gym in the building, huge surprise bonus for me! Third, the Plank family is absolutely wonderful. Communication with them from the beginning was straightforward and warm, and they were always available to answer any questions I had before and during the sit. They even recorded videos of themselves explaining everything in the building that I could refer back to, so smart! They made me feel completely at home from the minute I arrived - meeting me at the train station, inviting me to join them for dinner, and even leaving me some food to get started which I really appreciated! I feel so lucky to have had the pleasure of meeting them, and to take care of their adorable fur-babies, whom it’s obvious they care so deeply for. I’d recommend housesitting for the Plank family in a heartbeat, and would not hesitate to return and housesit for them again in the future. Thanks so much for everything guys <3
We loved this pet sit. Dick and Betsy are great people and wonderful hosts. They left us with detailed instructions regarding their 3 adorable dogs which made us feel comfortable and confident about their care and needs. All 3 were easy going, gentle, easy to care for and fun/entertaining to hang out with. When it wasn't nap time, the dogs liked being a part of whatever was going on, especially in the kitchen just in case it was dinner time. :) They also all enjoyed sitting together with us in the evenings to watch TV, even Humphrey who was a little shy at first. Their home is spacious and lovely inside and out, Robin enjoyed sitting outside watching the hummingbirds and woodpeckers. They live in a quiet neighborhood that was great for walks and looking at the beautiful landscape of the area. They had lots of info available about nearby attractions and sightseeing spots. Looking back at the pictures while writing this review brought back great memories of our time shared with them. We will definitely be on the lookout for any opportunity to come and see them all again.
Thank you Jennifer for entrusting me with your house and your animals. This was my first house/pet sit and I really loved it! You live in a cozy and quiet home with a beautiful view on the lake and over to France. Your two dogs were already waiting for me behind the door and were as exited as I was when we met. They both are really sweet and uncomplicated and want a lot of cuddles. Especially Smootch is very jealous if you concentrate on one of her "housemates" ;-) Unfortunately Bahari couldn't come for a walk any more. So Smootch had my whole attention. Minou is totally independent and I was very glad she brought no dead mice or birds into the apartment!! Thank you for having chosen me, for the comprehensive guide and for your support during my stay.
My experience at Lisa and Adam's home was wonderful. Fortunately I was able to get there a day ahead of time so Lisa could go over things with me. They even included me for dinner. I had a lovely ensuite bedroom with everything I needed. The pets (one dog, three cats, and three ducks were easy to care for and a pleasure to wake up to each morning. The home itself was amazing and I'm delighted they shared it with me.
Kaylee and the fish were fun to spend time with! The house is lovely and in a beautiful neighborhood. Sunset walks were the best!
