Klara and Trevor were absolute dream-sitters for our cat, Dexy, whilst we were on our two-week Thailand honeymoon. They are both very engaging, trustworthy and helpful. From the day they arrived, we knew Dexy was in good hands. Klara and Trevor asked lots of questions when they arrived as we talked them through the house, which was reassuring, and they followed our instructions to a tee! They kept us updated regularly with pictures and videos whilst we were away; this was our first time having somebody sit for us and it was really lovely knowing Klara and Trevor had everything under control. They kept us informed of everything and checked with us if in doubt (eg. Was it OK to turn the heating on for a bit longer each day - December was VERY cold so of course they could, but we really appreciated them checking with us!) Klara and Trevor gave us a good 'handover' at the end of the sit, too, and they left the house so clean and smelling amazing! They also bought us small 'welcome back from honeymoon' gifts which was so sweet and thoughtful. For me, the things that stood out about Klara and Trevor were their warmth, transparency and kindness. Dexy couldn't have been in better hands - thank you both so much!
This was the first time we used Zeewoi. This was the first time we left Murray. (our covid adoptee) We couldn’t have had a better match! Maureen communicated beautifully before the sit. A zoom call and several emails back and forth(mostly because we were a bit neurotic about leaving our sweet boy) She came 1 ½ days before we left for 3 weeks to meet Murray and see the lay of the land. What a breath of fresh air. We got on a plane, knowing that Murray was in the best hands. Maureen communicated with us daily while we traveled- a photo and an update on things at the homestead. We couldn’t give her enough stars or compliments. Murray was so sad to see Maureen leave. She did all the things- walked him many times during the day, played ball with him and mostly loved and spoiled him. Thank you Maureen from the bottom of our hearts. There is a reunion in our future. We have a new family member!
