Joe and Becky were great! They were easy to communicate with, took great care of our pets, and left the place sparkling clean! Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed my sit for Jono and his kitties. He was very kind and helpful, quick to answer my questions. I highly recommend this pet sit to anyone lucky enough to be selected to care for his kitties😸
Definitely recommend dogsitting for Sean and his family. They’re a really sweet and thoughtful family who wants you to feel at home. I loved exploring West Seattle and all the neighborhoods have to offer. Captain their dog is a sweetheart and so are their chickens. Really glad I had this experience 🫶🏽
Had an enjoyable stay. Freddie and Gatsby were easy to look after, a little shy at first but warmed up to us after a few days. House was beautifully presented and an easy walk to Wollaton Park.
I loved staying at Celia‘s cute apartment, so close to lake Zürich! Communication with Celia was easy and her place has everything you’d need. Laira and Leon are both very! well behaved, loving and sooooo sweet!!! We had the best time together - swimming, playing fetch a million times (Leon) or simply rolling around in the grass (Laira). As Laira is getting older she can’t walk for a long time and needs patience and sometimes help being carried up a few stairs. But that’s not in the way of having a splendid time at the lake together, where she’d just chill in the grass or stand in the water all day. It wasn’t until the very last day that I realized she’d also enjoy getting the ball out of the water by herself while I was holding Leon, so she’d had a chance in her pace ;) I miss them dearly and hope to be back one day!
Before we applied to dog sit, I recall seeing that Vanessa & Steve had many 5 star ratings and now we know why. We agree with all their other reviewers as our entire experience was STELLAR from start to finish. To begin, Barney & Twitch are the sweetest and most loving dogs. We joined their “pack” and we were honored that they accepted us so quickly. They were both so well behaved (A+). We kept both dogs on their exact routine and they loved it. We walked them on schedule, brushed their hair and teeth and played ball (Barney especially loved to play on the patio a couple of times a day), and the best part was receiving & giving many cuddles from both of them. My favorite time was coming downstairs in the morning and being enthusiastically greeted by them both. The hardest part was leaving them both because we became so attached even in our short visit. I just have to mention, Barney looks a lot like Lassie (if you know, you know) and I felt like my childhood dream came true to hang out with a Lassie look-alike because I loved that story. They will forever remain in our fond memories. Second, the “hand off” Vanessa & Steve planned for us was perfect. From the moment we arrived, they gave us a tour and made sure to make us comfortable and explained how everything worked. Their home is brand new so it is stunning. Their hospitality was evident as they greeted us with a delicious homemade meal and we got to walk the dogs with Steve in the evening so we knew the routine. We felt at home and appreciated their kitchen as we were invited to use their Air Fryer (which I’m now sold on for cooking). I also appreciated their great notes and companion guide. They even left us a dog “vocab list” so we could stay consistent with the dog's known vocabulary. We kept them updated daily, and they were always ready to answer our questions and reply promptly. As for the area - we LOVED the neighborhood (the store is nearby) and it felt safe. I worked the majority of the day online and the Wi-fi always worked perfectly. To close, we hit it off with Vanessa & Steve because they are so warm and kind. We feel we have met lifetime friends and hope they will visit us someday in Hawaii. We hope to watch their adorable boys someday in the future. If you dog sit for them you will not regret it. Thanks again for giving us a chance - we learned so much from you both!
Noelle has a simply gorgeous home in a great spot in North Austin. We had an amazing 2 weeks in the summer here enjoying some fine living indeed with the pool. We thoroughly enjoying the endlessly entertaining Dolly and Tater Tot, two Corgis whom just love to play with you, each other, and Wolf and Shelby too. We heartily recommend. We stayed as a couple, but no reason a single sitter wouldnt enjoy either. If you are looking for an Austin stay, it doesnt get much better than this and you are in a great spot to explore the city. If you dont have your own transport, the number 10 bus runs just down the street every 10 mins or so and takes you downtown and south of the rver.
