Noelle was a great communicator and best of all dog sitter. She took amazing care of our two pups and checked in each day with a bunch of photos of them with her adorable corgi, Magners. Noelle went out of her way to take the dogs in a hike and on many long walks. We would gladly have her and Magners back any time!

We spent 3 weeks in the Peak District with Dixie and Pidge, which was absolutely lovely. Caroline and James have a beautiful house. We were very, very comfortable, and lucky enough to watch Autumn rolling in. The garden and views changed every day almost. Dixie and Pidge are the sweetest dogs, well-behaved and good fun. There are so many places to take the dogs, fabulous scenery everywhere! There is also a decent walk straight from the house. We enjoyed exploring and spent a bit too much time in the Chatsworth Farm Shop, but I recommend their Homity Pies, sausage rolls and many, many other goodies. We will miss the dogs and hope to see them again in the future. This is a wonderful house sit, thanks Caroline and James.

We had a great time, my mom and I, at Alice's place. Tina is a very sweet and kind cat, she is shy and she needs some time before warming up. She is quite independent and likes quiet people and calm. She slept with me once she felt she could trust me, and ate in my hand. So sweet. Alice's home was clean, quiet and cozy, the location is great if you want to visit La Rochelle, which is a great city. Alice made us feel welcomed and our communication was efficient and fast, even though she was far away and working. Grazie mille Alice, ci siamo divertiti e ci manchera Tina !
Kristin' s house was clean and smoke free. I immediately felt comfortable in her home. She was only a text away when I had questions. Chicken and Zweena are sweet cats and easy to care for. I highly recommend Kristin, Chicken, and Zweena for your next house/pet sit.
What an absolute pleasure it was to sit for Lisa and Gareth. They are kind and generous hosts, well prepared for our arrival and from beginning to end we had a fabulous relaxing time. Their home is modern and extremely comfortable and garden has beautiful panoramic views of the open countryside. An added bonus was enjoying the local walks with the dogs, right from the doorstep and plenty of interesting places to visit. Most importantly Bentley and Jake were brilliant. Bentley is only six months, full of beans but soon calmed down and was cute and cuddly. Jake is also a total sweetheart and an affectionate easy-going dog. They enjoyed their walks and kept close to us and indeed they were impossible to leave without heavy hearts. We would highly recommend this sit and very much hope we can return in the future.

Whenever we need someone to look after our menagerie of a cocker spaniel, two cats, two chickens, an aviary of love birds and two fish tanks, my wife and I have always used Mindahome for finding us suitable house-sitters, usually with a happy outcome. However, Shona of Happy Critters proved to be an especially happy choice. We must admit to being a little apprehensive when Shona told us that she would be accompanied by her four-year-old son Maui. However, Maui was admirably well behaved, taking on the role of entertainments manager for our dog and two cats. And Shona was absolutely outstanding keeping us fully informed via email, often twice daily and complete with dozens of beautiful photographs, of seemingly every pet activity during the week that we were away. So we now have a complete new library of pet photos in addition to those that we took on our vacation. Shona (and Maui) therefore come very highly recommended by us, and we could not be more grateful for all the care that they took looking after our home and our large menagerie. To say that I am an obsessed cat mother is an understatement. My cats are basically stage 5 clingers thanks to the way I have raised them & leaving them was really hard to do. My partner & I have not taken holiday the four years since we've had our babies. Happy Critters was the only service available that I completely felt like I could relax a little knowing the type of care the boys would be given. Which is the care I would provide if I was home, only not me. So my review below comes sincerely from my heart. Happy Critters provides an impeccable service. My cats routine was not changed & If anything more play time was added to keep the boys stimulated & minds active. The updates were so comforting & true to both of the boys nature, "you can't make that up!" The first thing I checked in the morning & at the end of the days whilst away was the Pet App additional service provided by Happy Critters, it is user friendly & provids such good information & updates to see how both my boys were. It really matters to me & I can't rate this enough. I am so happy with the service we were provided & can't thank you enough Shona. Rah & Kofi miss you. I feel confident to take more holidays now. My border collie Poppy has been with Happy for about 4 years; she is part of the Doggy Adventures and Beach days. Poppy loves these groups, and is always so excited to see Happy and the other pups. Recently Poppy injured herself, and had close to 3 months off from her Adventures. We were nervous when she rejoined the pack (due to the severity of her injury), but Happy and her team looked after Poppy like she was their own. I couldn't ask for better service!
Happy Critters is absolutely amazing! My two dogs absolutely love going out on adventures with their pack pals. You can see the love she has for animals and my dogs get so excited when they see her, I feel at ease knowing they are in safe hands. The app is also super convenient for planning/scheduling services and for getting reports & updates on your pet, I love receiving photos/videos of my dogs and being able to see just how much fun they are having on their adventures. I had Happy Critters look after my 4 cats while away.When I first met Happy i was at ease straight away and so where my cats. One of my cats was on lots of medication for megacolon disease and was on a special diet, this was no issue for Happy. I received constant updates, videos and photos of the cats how much food was eaten etc. They loved play time with Happy. They were very well looked after and the care shown was above and beyond what i couldnof asked for. Her professionalism and care was amazing and highly recommend this pet sitting service. I will always use Happy Critters.
Happy took amazing care of our dogs at late notice, on a public holiday no less! We have one dog with very difficult behaviours and couldn't have felt more secure and relaxed leaving her in Happy's hands. We got plenty of updates and photos so we could relax and enjoy our time away, and when we got home the dogs were really chilled out - you could tell they had a great time. Would recommend to anyone!
Kelly the owner is lovely. I think it suits more of an outdoor dog environment. Or an independent animal. My Louis has been too spoilt. He wasn’t coping with all the barking & yelping. Even though I provided his own food & treats he has had the worst diarrhoea since he came back home. All people & pets are different. Try it out for yourself. It’s very cost effective
I have been taking our dogs to Head to Tail Complex for approximately 8 years and in that time I have found management and staff to be very friendly and accommodating to our needs, we have had our dogs stay for long periods(8 weeks) and returned to find our dogs to be happy and healthy.What more could you ask for? The dogs love staying there.(tails wag every time we arrive at the complex).I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Head to Tail Complex to anyone requiring accommodation for their pets.
For many years Head to Tail has been like a second home to our two dogs. Tails wag when we tell them they are going to see "Kel". Very fortunate to be able to go away knowing they are been cared for by the wonderful staff at Head to Tail.
Very Disappointing and Upsetting Experience at Head To Tail kennels. I and my family had a Traumatic experience at Head to Tail that I feel compelled to share. My dog is an extremely gentle, social and well behaved GSD and goes to doggy day care twice a week and both him and the staff there (amazing and extremely loving people) love the place and he enjoys playing with many dogs (photos and footages available). Firstly, When my dog went to sniff and know her (as he does), she pushed him away by her leg (almost kneed him) and said: GET AWAY FROM MY FACE! Kellie (the owner) was unwelcoming and not wanting to accept that my dog is on a special diet and treats I packed due to stomach problems, and just said no I dont need that. Even the night-time calming treats (Complete Calm Pellets) that he is used to for life. This person only answers the calls or messages at extremely limited hours per week!!!! (Like 2 hours on some days and double that on some days and fully absent and closed and gone on Saturdays!!!!). If you stress or die to know how your beloved dog is,,,, you won’t get a response even if you beg!!!! Then I gave her his tablet for night time and I was treated horibile again with her body language and facial expression, she chucked most of my packed items to the side, took my dogs lead and walked him to a kennel, took the lead off and closed it and said: Bye! No news is good news. The kennel itself appeared like a jail and was topped off when she said they get two hours out of there kennels in the morning and afternoon. My dog was very unsettled as was my son and I. We sat outside for over and hour when my son wouldn’t stop crying and blaming me to dump his dog brother to that unfriendly place. We went back home to Shell Cove and we were so upset about the whole situation, so we made the decision not to leave him there and messaged Kellie multiple times, called her, drove back to Dapto, waited for hours under the rain and no answers!!! I finally received a message back late at night telling me she was not going to disturbed other dogs and I could pick him up 7am sharp or pick him up on Sunday between 3.30 - 5:30 (2 days later). When I went to picked him up he was stressed, anxious, tired and just wanted out. She would not let him out or unlock the Chain until her eftpos finally worked and I paid (felt like my dog was a hostage) and then she charged me $100 when it was only supposed to be $40 per night. And when I asked why?, she said I AM NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE HERE! The zero empathy and care was absolutely disgusting and she should not be working with our precious family members. I advise other pet owners to explore different options. It’s essential to find a place where dogs receive proper attention and care.
We have been coming here with our dogs for years and it has always been excellent. We have had our dogs Kenny and tilly groomed here from the day they were born over 10 years. Sad to see she will no longer be grooming.
Oct 2024 Adding to my review as I can't review after each stay. Albie stayed with Kelli and team in 2023 and again for 4 weeks then 2 weeks in April May / Sept / Oct of 2024. He had a great time and looked wonderful and happy when I picked him up. He's on anxiety medication after an incident with a crazy human in 2023 and I did worry about the logistics of this (it's hard to get him to take the meds) and the fact that he's become fearful of some strangers - though still great with other dogs. The team has taken it in their stride and even manage to groom him before pick up despite the fact he hates to be groomed now.Thanks to everyone. I'll book the dates for 2025 shortly. A bit late with this review but Albie the Groodle stayed here for 50 plus days while we were OS in October 2022. He spent most of his time hanging with Kellie's resident retrievers and headed for them rather than me when we picked him up. He was lean and fit, beautifully groomed and happy. He's booked in again for an extended stay in September 2023 and I have peace of mind he'll be well looked after and safe and happy with Kellie and her team.
I have been using this service for appox 12yrs and Never Once have I not been happy with the girls and the care given to my little dog. Just great service great girls
We board our cat here regularly and have always been impressed with the way Kelly and her team look after him. Has had several quite long stays when we’re overseas. A second home with lots of love and care.

Not happy at all with kennels very small cage for cat and dog, when we picked them up the dog absolutely stunk had poo stuck to bum lost weight bed had poo in it had to throw it out she had big drink when we got her to the car she tried to drink out of our water bottle she has been having 4-5 feeds a day since picking her up. We had to bath her that night ,so being back with us for 3days she's now looking a lot better. Another thing their customer service stunk rude and abrupt. Would never recommend them ever to anyone we will never board an animal there again
Laura and the team at field Dayz doggy daycare are absolutely amazing! My pocket bulldog Lucy was nervous around new people and some dogs. We had a trial day with Lucy and Laura and her team made Lucy feel so comfortable! Lucy has been going to doggy daycare care since and always has the best time! She always comes back home exhausted and content. Lucy is doing so much better around people and LOVES other dogs, her confidence has grown massively, we couldn’t have achieved this without field Dayz. Lucy most recently stayed a week with files Dayz while I was away and Laura and her team made sure to not only make Lucy feel comfortable but my husband and I too with her Instagram roll call daily and checking in with us. Our dog absolutely loves staying with Laura when we go on holidays! We had tried other places before but our puppy always came home stressed. When our dog comes home from field dayz he is always so happy and relaxed! Laura is so great with him always greeting him so well and making him feel so comfortable to go with her.
My dogs love Laura and the team at Field Dayz, they have an absolute ball and come home tired- which is not easy to do with three kelpies!! Highly recommend if you pup enjoys the company of a friendly pack
My 2 Dogs Love Laura & the Team from Fields dayz Doggy daycare. The daycare Bus picks them up in the morning & drop them off in the afternoon. There is 4 acres of secured yard for the dogz to cut loose & run & play. Well supervised. I've also booked my dogz in for overnight care & they had a blast. Thankyou Laura for going over and above with my fur family
We send our social butterfly, Miss Venus, a young smart energetic German Shepherd x Siberian Husky every week. The time saved by their convenient taxi service is a life saver. No need for me hang around at home waiting for her pick up or rushing home to meet her on arrival home, I've entrusted my keys to the team, so it's door to door service. I feel at ease knowing the dogs are in a safe fenced outdoor play area, with constant supervision, lots of social doggies to play with, and access to shelter, water, toys and cuddles. Venus gets so excited when the Dog Taxi pulls up to collect her and she is satisfied and relaxed when she arrives back home. Being that Venus is a young active dog, it's nice to get a break each week so I can get our washing done without her interference, ha ha
Ran by an extremely caring and responsible team, I love sending my pup here and always feel safe doing so. She comes home happy and exhausted every week. Highly recommend!
Laura at Field Dayz continually goes above and beyond for our pups! My girl always has an amazing time with Laura as well as playing with other doggies in the paddock. There is plenty of room for the dogs to zoom zoom until their hearts are content, as the day care is situated on acreage. Not to mention ample shade and bath tubs full of water for the hot summer days as well as an endless supply of toys and pats! Laura works tirelessly to ensure our pets are well taken care of and it shows in the relationships and rapport she has built with the dogs. It is a constant uphill battle to get my dog to actually leave the daycare premises once the day is done but she always returns hungry for more with her pawsome pals 🐾 Well done to Laura for doing such outstanding work!
Bella was there from day one, she loves her play days and because it is so big she can run with the other dogs but also finds her quiet spots to chew on a stick :-) . We love the fact she is picked up and looked after very well, she comes home and falls asleep nearly straight away.
We took our deaf Dalmatian puppy Ruby in for a daycare day and quickly followed up by a weekend of boarding. The location is absolutely perfect. Lots of open room for the pups to run and explore but enough shade and options for when the weather isn't perfect. Further to this you can tell a lot of work and love goes into the daycare every day. The experience was seamless, stress free and nothing but positive. We will be taking Ruby back without a doubt. Thanks so much to Laura at Field Dayz Doggy Daycare

We have used VIP Dog Club for boarding periodically for about 1 year. We have found Claudia, Arthur and the team exceptional in the care and service they provide (to us and the pups!). Our 1.5 year old Cavoodle races in whenever we arrive and just seems to love the place. I have trialled a few other "similar" local providers and VIP is hands down the BEST. I really appreciated their openess and transparency in touring the facility in the beginning. Lots of play spaces inside and out, grooming on site. An amazing facility already that they always seem to be working on and improving. So glad we found VIP Dog Club and can not recommend them enough!
VIP is one of, if not the best small dog, daycare and Holiday Stay facility in the Illawarra. Claudia, Arthur and their team are exceptional. You could not fault the care, service, prices, availability (365 days), and the facility is spectacular. I am very fussy, and if VIP DOG Club can impress me, you will be blown away. Look no further, this is this place for your pups!
Absolutely LOVE these guys. (Our second attempt to find somewhere for our pup) The staff are amazing, the place is just like a (fun) second home and they put in so much time and effort to make it so. Can’t speak highly enough of the team. They offer transport and boarding also as well as a range of other onsite services like grooming and training.
Claudia and the VIP Dog Club are amazing! We entrusted our dog with them for a few weeks while we went on holiday and our pom had the best time (we could tell from the daily photos/updates VIP sent us). Highly recommend!

We have known Claudia and Arthur for approximately 8 years. They looked after our old ruby cavalier as if he was their own.They also minded Shianne and Molly for us since they were puppies. They also did a great thing for us by giving Molly a home with them when we were sadly made to give he up. Molly absolutely loves them and so does Shianne. We are elderly pensioners and often need to have Shianne minded.sometimes I think Shianne loves them more than us. We can't possibly say enough good about them both

Absolutely love love LOVE this doggy daycare for our Ernie and I know he loves it just as much. I’ve used both the daycare and boarding options and I cannot fault the process. The online portal is so easy to use and makes it easy to keep track. I also really liked the assessment process to ensure that Ernie would get along with the other dogs at the club. Knowing that other dogs have taken the same steps is very reassuring. You never really know how dogs can be with others! My mind is completely at ease knowing that he is being taken care of by people who love dogs, and that he is having the time of his life. Will be using VIP dog club indefinitely 😊
Green paw cottage & Natalie were absolutely brilliant - I couldn't fault a single thing! My puppy was kennelled there for a bit over a week whilst I was in hospital. Not only does she go above & beyond in terms of care (dogs are not caged at night like many kennels!). She actively monitored and took care of of each individual dog (including daily updates & photos/videos of my fur baby daily ! Which was the highlight of my day!)... I would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes their pooch to get 5 star treatment at an affordable price!. Thank you so much Natalie!

Highly recommend. The owner is kind and caring for the dogs and pays close individual attention to the dogs, one of our dogs visits regularly and the other is far too socially anxious, so enjoys the time alone at home while the younger sibling socialises at day care. The owner provides really helpful and constructive feedback about the puppies in our family and we are really happy knowing we are doing the best thing for each of our dogs seperately and also for the other dogs at day-care.

I highly recommend Green Paw Cottage. Our fur baby has been going there for nearly two years for day care while we are at work and regularly stays while we are on holidays. Natalie goes over and above to ensure all the dogs are extremely well cared for while they are in her care. Our girl loves to go there she gets so excited when we pull up she can’t wait to get inside and play with all the other dogs.
My Vincent has been going every week since he was 4 months old. He absolutely loves it there and Nat. Nat takes care of the doggies like they were her own and has birthday parties for their special days. It is so comforting knowing I can go away on holidays and that my baby is taken care of and never caged. I don't know what I would have done without Nat and this fabulous daycare and dog boarding service.

Green Paw Cottage is so wonderful. Natalie loves all the dogs like they are her own. My cocker spaniel Luna absolutely loves it there. She has the best time running around with all her friends and playing games. After spending the day there she sleeps the entire next day she is so tired haha! Highly recommended

Would highly recommend using this puppy day care and holiday service. The team are highly professional, incredibly responsive to ad hoc and late notice requests and will give you honest feedback on suitability of your puppy with regular puppy guests on days of the week. My little Effy has been going since she got her vaccinations as a puppy and it was GREAT for socialising her, toilet training her by following the other pack members (although of course we still had to do training at home) and also ensuring she didn't develop separation anxiety from myself because she is a COVID baby. I have absolutely no worries or concerns about Effy's time at day care because her day care mum sends updates, photos and always kindly ushers effy into day care (because every day at daycare is like sending a human bub to kindy, nervous to go, but once she is there she is obsessed). Effy loves her second family at the daycare, she has been attending on an ad hoc basis for over a year now :)
Looks clean quiet and safe I feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care, very organized, considerate and understanding of the need to each Individual cat.
This is at companion vets Dapto haven't used the cat hotel but the Vet clipped our Bonnie's nails and did a awesome job

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would! Elizabeth is incredible. Her genuine love for animals is so evident, and it was such a relief knowing my pups were in the best hands. She cared for my two mischievous puppies with so much love, patience, and care. These little rascals managed to chew through quite a few things during their stay, but Elizabeth handled it all with grace and kindness. She went the extra mile to reassure me of their well-being while I was away and never made me feel bad about their naughty antics. To top it all off, she offered to look after them again—despite their chaotic energy! If you're looking for someone to treat your pets like family, Elizabeth is the one. My 2 fur babies love it at Aunty Lizzy's. They can't wait to get there. Aunty Lizzy treats them just like she treats her own. They get to play and go the park and have so much fun. I get photos of the fun they are having and also their rest times. Aunty Lizzy takes the time to get to know what each of my girls needs and likes and what makes them feel safe and happy. Aunty Lizzy takes the wellbeing of the pooches in her care very seriously. They are welcomed into her home and I know my girls are happy and safe. Thank you Aunty Lizzy!! Ali W
