Our very first sit with THS and it couldn’t have gone any better. From the start, Annabel quickly reacted to all queries prior to the sit and her communication throughout was excellent and timely. She made us extremely welcome in her lovely home and we lacked for nothing throughout our stay. Her instructions were clear and comprehensive. And as for the animals, they were a complete joy and a credit to Annabel! We have totally fallen in love with Barkley and Meg, who are the most responsive, well behaved, loving, huggable dogs you could ever wish to meet. We took them everywhere with us, to wonderful beaches and excellent local walks, and we were very proud of them. Tilda, the cat, loves to go walkies with the dogs around Annabel’s amazing grounds, and the hens are so cute and supplied us with gorgeous fresh eggs for breakfast! We would have no hesitation in recommending Annabel, her fur and feathered family and her beautiful home and surroundings - but you might have to get past us first!
This housesit was a dream. Cynthia and Dan are wonderful hosts and humans, offering a warm welcome and detailed instructions for taking care of their 2 delightful CORGIS (was my first time with these much-loved creatures and now I get all the buzz!) and Elwood, one of the Coolest Cats you will ever meet. Their property, home and Treehouse (!) are gorgeous- like having your own retreat in the woods of Bainbridge Island, but close to local restaurants, markets, parks, trails and water vistas. The week flew by, and I would sit for them again any time. Do not hesitate to apply here if you think you will be a good fit!
Liz and Eric sent all the instructions I needed to take care of their pets and the house. I stayed at their place for 10 days and it was an enjoyable sit with Ami & TK. Each of them has his very own personality. TK is probably the most laidback pig I ever met; he likes cuddling and sleeps a lot. Ami seemed a little bit nervous the first day, but in the end, he just needed some extra love and tenderness :) Both of them are well-disciplined (they know their routine, ask for the door when they need to go outside or in the litterbox) and I was able to spend time playing with them outside (on the warmer days). The house is comfortable and filled with good vibes. It was a pleasure to live here for a few days. I'd be happy to sit again!

High energy snifter Skye Reacts well to the basic commands so it is easy and very fun to walk with her. When at home, she is always down for a wholesale of cuddles and taking naps next to you on the sofa. Aleksandra gave clear and comprehensive instructions for the days I stayed at her home. Her apartment is tidy and clean and well located near a tramway station and a bunch of supermarkets and parks.
Dennis was an absolute dream, super friendly and extremely obedient, I trusted him very quickly and we became great friends! Sara and Chris were great with communication, instructions and support. The house is amazing - beautiful and practical with everything you’d need and more for a comfortable stay. With a safe driveway for cars and enclosed to keep Dennis safe. The area is accessible by car, with Shrewsbury only a 10 minute drive away. I’m looking forward to looking after Dennis in the future!
