Silvia and her husband were very welcoming upon arrival. They provided us with all the resources we would need for a successful house sit. Their home was very clean and comfortable. There was also a community amenity center that we were able to use. As for the pets, they were great and easy to take care of. We enjoyed their company and all the cuddles they gave us.
I had a wonderful time sitting for Sian and Simon and can highly recommend it to other sitters. The location is great for exploring this part of Cornwall, with amazing countryside walks and spectacular beaches. Nellie and Nancy are a joy to look after and just love the beach! I'll hopefully be back one day for another sit :)
We absolutely loved staying in Sam and Suzanne’s home! Right when we got there we were greeted by homes that rival the painted ladies with their bright colors and gorgeous look! Sam and Suzanne were amazing hosts and were flexible with the dates to better fit our travel needs. We had the pleasure of getting dinner with them and they were super friendly, inviting, and had great communication before, during, and after our housesit. Their boys, Hop-purr and Schwag-gurr made our jobs easy once we got past some initial shyness. We were able to take the bus everywhere we wanted to go and felt extremely safe in their neighborhood! Luna captivated us with her irresistible charm – the most adorable cat I've ever encountered. Our time was filled with delightful moments of play, cuddles, and relaxation at the charming rooftop catio. Anita's communication was exceptionally seamless, offering detailed instructions and invaluable assistance. The flat itself was a true gem – boasting a remarkable blend of brightness and style that enhanced our overall experience.
We had a wonderful time taking care of Remmy and Sebastian. Lisa’s home is comfortable, and we all loved the rooftop deck. The dogs are always happy to be out on the deck and had great sunset views. The big dogs do like to sleep on the bed, but it is a king-size bed with room for all. The neighborhood is flat, so taking the dogs for walks was quite enjoyable. You are close to all the basics you need: coffee shops, Trader Joe’s, Safeway,… It is also a great place to explore Sacramento from. We are happy to have had a chance to meet the fur babies and Lisa. I had a quick, but wonderful experience sitting with Skye, a gorgeous 9-month-old golden retriever. Parvathy and Hari's hospitality was warm and welcoming, and they did everything to ensure I had a great stay, including providing a work-from-home setup that allowed me to work seamlessly. My communication with Parvathy and Hari was efficient and always a pleasure. They left detailed, easy-to-follow instructions on Skye’s daily routine and were responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. We coordinated the handoff before their departure, which is always a good idea and allowed me to acclimate quickly. Skye has all the hallmarks of a golden retriever. She is intelligent, super friendly, and popular in the neighborhood, with many admirers. She enjoys her walks, socializing, and finding and bringing home sticks. She isn’t motivated by food but eats well. She sleeps well, especially if you allow her to sleep at the foot of your bed. Parvathy and Hari’s home is located in a lovely and well-kept development in central NJ. It was clean and tidy, situated 30 minutes from many beaches and less than an hour from NYC.
