Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

I have been bringing my dog and cat to this facility for years, sometimes even twice a year. However, today, for the first time, I am disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer. I made an honest mistake with the drop-off and pick-up times. Instead of accommodating a half-hour difference, I was charged an additional £25 for both drop-off and pick-up days. To add to my disappointment , I was also charged another £25 because I picked them up after 10 am. I felt hurt by this. It seems that customer service no longer matters, and it's all about the money. Unfortunately, I will not be bringing my pets back to this facility.
Our dogs have been coming to Petties Paws for years. The staff are lovely and really take care of our dogs. They are always happy to go there. Can’t recommend them enough.

The staff were friendly, accomodating, and nice; unfortunately when I walked into the dog kennels, I immediately wanted to take my dog and walk back out. The floor was wet and the kennels were cold. We were surrounded by the noise of barking dogs and they had just placed a chewed up plastic bed in my dog's kennel. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and hoped they had just mopped as we did see several of the staff taking the dogs on a walk about the farm. However, when we came back to pick our dog up she was wet, cold, and muddy. She was happy to see us and jumped in the car. Needless to say, we will not be coming back.
I was very happy with the care that my cat, Rosie, received. Her accommodation was roomy enough for her to play with her toys and she had secure access to the outside. I have already booked another stay for her in the summer. 4.8 rating is good
Have looked after my two dogs in numerous occasions - often at short notice. The owner/manager has always been very pleasant, and the Kennels are kept very clean. My dogs have always come home well fed, happy, and not smelling of Kennels. I would definitely recommend 👍 …
A friends dog was in there for two weeks and they pretty much didn’t feed him with the amount of weight he lost when my friend came to collect him. Also the fact that he had to provide his dogs own food was absurd especially with the prices they charge. Money grabbing so and so’s.

I just travelled over from America and had to go into quarantine. I had a pet moving service bring my Cockerpoo over and deliver to Pettie Paws. They kept me un to date on how he was doing, provided food for him, and when i picked him up, he was very happy.
Lily our little rescue dog was very nervous about her first trip to the kennels, but when we got back for her after 4 days she was obviously very contented and happy, well fed and clean so we will have no hesitation to take her to stay with you again, thanks for looking after her so well Sheila Brown
Julie looked after our dog when we were away for a week on holiday and she did a great job. Dash was made to feel very welcome, immediately befriended Julie and had lots of fun. Julie updated us regularly and shared some photos so we could see what the dogs were up to. I will definitely use Maddie’s Retreat in the future and would highly recommend for a professional and homely stay for your pup!!
Just came back from a week away on a family holiday having never left my dog with anyone other than friends before. It was lovely to see how well settled and looked after he has been at Maddie’s Retreat. I got plenty of updates throughout his stay with pictures showing all the fun he was having. I would not hesitate on recommending Maddie’s Retreat and will certainly use their services again.
We recently used Maddie Retreat for our dog Evie. She had a great time being walked with lots of new doggy friends & being looked after in a lovely home environment. Maddie's Retreat really is a home from home for our dog. He absolutely loves going to stay with Julie and gets really excited when we mention her name. Julie and her family treat the dogs in there care as if they were their own and they want for nothing. I would highly recommend them.
My little Yorkie loves to go to Julie’s and I feel reassured when she goes there that she will be looked after really well and surrounded by other little dogs. Julie has extensive knowledge of animals and is very committed to her job and looking after other peoples pets making sure they feel at home. She’s very patient with my dog and very careful and aware of safety issues. Highly recommended.
After I lost one of my little dogs and didn't want to put my other one into kennels Julie stepped up for me and took my little dog into her home. She did a check first to make sure she fitted in and after a successful visit i felt comfortable leaving my little dog with her. When I came back from my weekend away it was quite apparent she'd settled in well and was comfortable there. What amazing doggy boarding. Julie and her team took fantastic care of Dougal whilst we were on holiday. Paddling pools for him in the hot weather and plenty of walks. He was sad to leave after having made so many new doggy friends. The dogs really do just play together and relax together under Julie’s supervision. I was sent regular updates on Dougal which was very reassuring. He was even groomed several times. Fantastic care from someone who clearly adores dogs.
Alfie has just started to go to Maddie’s retreat and he loves it! He has fun with the other dogs and is very well looked after ! I feel so reassured that he is having a great time! I will definitely be using Maddie’s retreat and Julie on a regular basis including boarding !
Picked my Lab Chief up. at lunch time today , as we had all been to a family wedding and there was literally no one to have Chief for the night , he has not been here before obviously l looked round prior and my sisters dog goes there sometimes , the young lady Jasmine showed us round she was really sweet and answered my questions , other staff l met today on collecting him were very friendly and welcoming , they brought him out to me he was bouncy and happy 😊 l had spoken on the phone also to check how he had been they told me he had been fine ! Infact he was acting like he had been there before he was so comfortable .He had his own blanket to put on his bed and his own pillow also fluffy rabbit toy he likes and his own grain free food etc . Very happy with the care Chief was given and will be using these kennels again when l need to leave him knowing he’s in safe , caring hands Thank you Bilton Pet Hotel . I am always impressed by how well organised this kennels is. My dog returns clean, non- smelly(!) and happy. Staff are accommodating and flexible. I cannot recommend highly enough. It’s such a relief to find somewhere I can confidently leave my dog when we are away. Thank you!
Have used Bilton Kennels for years and never had an issue. Staff are always super friendly, very accommodating for last minute day care when needed and fairly priced. Our dog loves coming here, as soon as she realises where she is, we don’t get a 2nd look!
We left our dog with the Bilton Hilton for the first time for a two week stay and he came back happy and healthy and clean after a nice bath on collection day. This was a great relief when he had seemed anxious after stays in other kennels. We appreciated the free trial day which was offered two weeks before our trip. Friendly and caring staff and very reasonable prices. We have booked him in again.
Always reliable, we know our cats will be well looked after here. They never come home stressed or dirty which is more than can be said for others we have tried in the area. Staff always offer a friendly welcome and pay attention to the individual requirements of each animal - e.g. our lads are used to having a treat each evening which the staff were happy to continue for us to keep them comfortable. On our last visit policies had recently been revised to increase recording of pet care which is publicly visible in the accommodation - the idea being for consistency and transparency. My thought was that it was good to see ongoing efforts to improve an already excellent service. Prices are competitive and very fair for peace of mind. Update: sadly, in line with a change in regulations, cats can no longer be accommodated here. I do thank the staff for giving us peace of mind over the years and wish them well for the future.
3 stars is probably a bit harsh due to the fact I did not get passed reception. I also guess I just caught them on a bad day possibly. I went over from the camp site we were staying on hoping to book my dog in for day boarding as advertised on the website and also I was told by people on the camp site lots of people booked there dogs in for the great Yorkshire Show. I was hoping to book the camp site and one day boarding in 2023. The girl I spoke to looked busy and was a bit brash when walked in to the reception. She asked how she could help and as soon as I said a query I could hear her voice change as if I was preventing her from getting on. I said I wanted to enquire about day boarding. She quickly replied we are full. I said no not for now for next year. She then said yes we are full. Then she said we don’t do day boarding anymore. I then felt a bit frustrated because the web site said they did and so did the camp site. So I said your wed site says you do. She said well that changed week on week. I was going to say but this is for 2023 again but felt I would not get anywhere so gave up. I never even got the chance to say I would walk him first and he would just go to sleep for the rest of the day and wait for me. When I walked back over to the site I was going to book for the 2023 but that had thrown me. I mentioned it in the office and they were confused as they said plenty of people do day boarding. It’s a real shame as having a boarding hotel next to a campsite must be a licence to print money at times. I don’t have a clue what the hotel is like but first impressions were confusing. A quick change to the website would make a huge difference if they have stopped day boarding. Would save anyone there having to stop what they were doing to talk to an unwanted enquiry. Shame.
I called Imogen at Bilton Pet Hotel from overseas in the midst of a very difficult international move. Due to border restrictions and a variety of complications, our senior dog reached our destination almost two months ahead of our arrival! Imogen and her team worked with me to receive Jackson from the airline and they took excellent care of him while he awaited our arrival. Jackson takes multiple prescription medications, and Imogen made sure that he received them all consistently. She even went above and beyond to have him seen by a vet to resupply his prescription medications when he arrived without enough to see him through the duration of his stay. Imogen always responds promptly when I reach out, which made all the difference to set me at ease about the care of our cherished pet in the midst of our crazy move. We are now happily reunited with our dog, and we couldn't be more grateful to Imogen and Bilton Pet Hotel for delivering him back to us safe and sound.

This was our first time using Bilton pet hotel. They had been recommended by a friend as the Bilton Hilton. We were very impressed with the staff who were very friendly. The premises were clean, smart and welcoming. The daily routine for the pets is smazing. Cuddle time! Piped music into the rooms. The fees are fantstic also. Our cat Garfield was a rescue Cat and we were a bit hesitant leaving him for the first time but when we collected him he was absolutely fine. We highly recommend Bilton pet hotel.

Joanne is very down to earth and skillful. My spaniel really seems to enjoy her grooming sessions, and always looks beautifully neat afterwards! The price is very reasonable andshes always flexible with timings/dates. Do be prepared for the road up to the farm, it's rather bumpy and might be difficult for a less confident driver.
First time taking Reggie, quick response back to me when I made an enquiry. Good directions given. Reggie is looking beautifully shiny after a thorough clean. He has quite a long coat so I was pleased to that Joanne had shampoo'd all the way through to the skin leaving no scurf. Thank you. Will definitely be bringing Reggie back on regular visits.

Jo is brilliant with my black pug Pedro who for 11 years has been a nightmare for having his nails cut but since going to Jo he has settled and lets her do them wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brilliant facility. Our toy poodle was in the quieter kennels next to their home. When I collected him he was being cuddled by the owner. This will definitely be our regular kennels
Amazing Kennels. So very happy with the whole process. We left our dog for 11 days with them, a dog that came from kennels as well, a rescue, and she came back just like her old self. And the Facebook page is comedy gold, so pure and wholesome. We cannot recommend enough

I regularly have to take my deaf dog to Parlour Barn Kennels, sometimes just for a couple of nights otherwise it can be for a week or two at a time. He absolutely loves coming here. Once he knows we are approaching he becomes really excited. I know he is really well looked after and loved by Doreen, who takes great care of him. He also gets to socialise and run with other dogs, which doesn't happen often because with him being deaf I cannot let him off his lead in parks. I am going to collect him soon after two weeks away and I know he will be pleased to see me, but probably more disappointed to be leaving Doreen and Peter. Highest praise from a dog and his owner.
I've used these kennels a couple of times for my very old dog of 16 years, and a slightly younger one. They both received excellent care and attention, and I felt totally at ease leaving them there. The kennel charges are very reasonable compared to other establishments in the area. I can definitely recommend this establishment.
We have taken our dogs to Parlour Barn for both long stays and the occasional day care since moving to the area 4 years ago. Pete & Doreen look after our two as if they are there own which puts us and the dogs at ease straight away. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
I alway feel that Pete and Doreen do there very best to look after my very highly strung Vizsla. When they were caring for him after an operation they took him to the vet to have his bandages re-done several times. We were impressed by their calm knowledge about dogs. We found palour barn after being disappointed by other kennels. Henry just wouldn't settle in any. Henry has room to exercise and socialise with other dogs at palour barn. Thank you Pete and Doreen for all that you do. Much appreciated.
We always use them for our 2 dogs and 1 cat. Very helpful. Owners really do like the animals they board and not in it just for the money. We have every confidence our pets will be well looked after.
