I felt like Jenny deserved a review regardless, under these strangest of circumstances, despite the COVID-19 pandemic shutting down our travel plans after months of organising and communicating! I found Jenny to be a very clear communicator, very warm and caring - which became extremely evident when just days after having accepted her application, Roxy tore her main knee ligament in a back leg. It became immediately obvious that all the walking and exploring Jenny had planned on this visit to Scotland was going to be curtailed with a disabled dog. We organised a video conversation and when I delivered the news, fully understanding if she wanted to change her mind coming here, she was sooo kind and quickly said that she would work around Roxy's needs and was still very much willing to do the sit. She has had plenty of experience caring for sick/injured dogs. (* A side note on Roxy's progress: we opted for surgery and she is recovering well :). We were both incredibly disappointed when the COVID-19 pandemic shut all travel down just when the trip was scheduled, Jenny really had started feeling like a friend. We had so much communication over the weeks prior that I really would feel perfectly confident in recommending her to anyone. Hopefully when the world returns to some kind of normal, eventually we can reschedule this trip! Thanks for a lovely experience getting to know you, Jenny!
