Maureen is amazing! She is reliable, kind and considerate. She took exceptional care of our two dogs and our home. She was easy to communicate with before the sit and very attentive during her short orientation to Bella and Copper’s daily routine. She was very flexible with arrival and departure times, arriving exactly when scheduled and very kindly offered to stay later if needed in case our flight was delayed . When we returned home, our girls were calm and happy. It was obvious that they and our house had been well cared for. Maureen sent us updates on Bella and Copper during our time away which reassured us that our girls were well taken care of. We highly recommend Maureen as a sitter. She is very reliable and has an obvious affection for animals.

Kristal and Terry were absolutely phenomenal house sitters! We have a busy pet house of a cat, large dog and 20 chickens and they took great care of all of them. Our house was immaculate when we came home - my sister, who traveled with us, asked if the cleaners had come before we got back! They went above and beyond in everything - including chasing coyotes off our property to preparing our home and yard for a possible hurricane! They were very easy to communicate and work with. They offered a peace of mind that was priceless. Do yourself a huge favor and have them take care of your home and fur family while you are away!

I’m so grateful we had the opportunity to host Kyrin as our sitter. This is the longest I’ve ever left my three doodles and the most relaxed I’ve ever been while gone. Kyrin gave continuous updates with pictures and videos and it was so obvious that she cares for my pups SO much. This was a fantastic experience. Sapphire

If I could give Sapphire more than 5 stars, I would. She exceeded our expectations of a housesitter in every way, but in particular with her generosity, flexibility, and professionalism when faced with a big error on our part. Sapphire was an absolute pleasure from the beginning -- easy and fast to communicate with, and flexible with planning arrival and getting settled. In person, she was warm, immediately affectionate with our pup, and a quick study re: all the house things. She provided excellent pet care, walking our dog daily and sending daily photos of a clearly very relaxed and happy girl. All of that would've been enough -- but when we belatedly realized we'd listed the wrong return date, giving Sapphire only a few hours' notice we were arriving a day early, she absolutely rolled with it. Despite the short notice, we returned to an immaculate home cleaner than the one we'd left, with a happy and calm pup awaiting belly rubs. She'd even washed our towels! Unbelievable. After our error, Sapphire would've been well within her rights to be upset and certainly, to forget about cleaning up -- but instead, she was forgiving and understanding. We can only hope to be like her when faced with similar challenges. Overall, she is a great house/petsitter and an extremely lovely human. Wholeheartedly recommend!!

Soraya

This was an all-around wonderful stay. Nick and Soraya were incredibly warm and welcoming from the start, asking if there was anything I needed and ensuring their house felt like home. I was here over the holidays and they even left a gift- a beautiful mug with tea and treats. They were quick to answer any questions, flexible with my arrival dates, and I was also able to use their car, which was helpful for getting around the area and taking Bodhi to the wonderful nearby dog-friendly trails.

The home is located close to the city and also to the mountains. The small town of Louisville is charming, with great restaraunts and a quality bakery. The home itself is very comfortable with lots of natural sunlight, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a wonderful office space. The wifi works flawlessly for working at home. 

Bodhi is such a lovable pup. He loves walks and chasing balls, and also appreciates snuggles. He's high-energy yet low-maintence. The trails across from the house are perfect for easy-access walks, and the off-leash trails nearby are also a short drive away (and beautiful!) We went on some mountain hikes and he did well- Bodhi has impressive listening skills for a one-year old pup. I miss his energy and snuggles already!

If you get a chance to stay at Soraya and Nick's place and spend time with Bodhi, I highly recommend it. I hope to be back.

Met Jamie and Umar very briefly before their trip to India. Doodle is very fussy whereas Dolly takes a little longer to introduce herself. Doodle loves to chase his ball but barks constantly due to his excitement. They both pull on lead so you need to be used to strong dogs. House is on busy road so a short walk to get to the park & woods. Bramhall is a busy centre just a short walk away with everything you need close by. Both dogs are very affectionate & love cuddles. Easy communication throughout. Left house clean & tidy and two very happy dogs for the next sitters who were taking over later that day.
