Di has walked my dogs for nearly a year and they both love her. She’s looked after them while we have been away, feeding and walking them. Nothing is too much trouble and she understands both my dogs and their personalities better than we do sometimes. The first pic is one of their first walks when Charles was only a baby! He loves all his friends xx

Outstanding service, it’s extremely important to know your dog is in safe hands. I have been using Di for my dog walking service now for five years and Di has always been extremely reliable, truthworthy and honest. She is very experienced around dogs and my little fury Harvey 🐾 absolutely loves being with Di and meeting the other dogs for play time. Highly recommended. 🐾 🐾

Di has walked my labrador for around 8 years. She is wonderful with him and he can't wait for his 'Walkies with Auntie Di'! He watches for her through the window. She takes them on great walks. Di absolutely loves dogs and treats your dog like her own, she is such a lovely person and now a friend after all these years. I can't recommend her enough!

Di has looked after my cat when I go away for around six years and I wouldn’t have anyone else. She came highly recommended after I used boarding kennels and my cat Daisy was very unhappy. Daisy took to Di straight away and is always happy and relaxed when I arrive back from my holiday, which is a great sign! There is always regular contact and it gives me peace of mind that I can leave my cat in her own environment whilst I’m away!

So glad that I came across Di, she's very accommodating and treats my Reggie and Coco as if they were her own. They literally sit looking at the door waiting for Di to come and collect them! I would highly recommend *****

Di has been walking my dog Wilbur for two years now and she has become the highlight of his week. Wilbur was a nervous rescue dog. Di has been a huge part of his rehabilitation. Her kindness and understanding of dogs allowed him to get over his fear of getting in the car and he now loves being part of her carefully chosen pack. Di will always put the wellbeing and safety of your dog first. We are so lucky to have found her. Wilbur loves her.

Di has helped us with our German Short Haired Pointer for over 6 years. She's walked him on and off lead when needed & more recently has visited him at home whilst he's been injured. We couldn't manage without her, we really couldn't.

Di has walked our Cocker Spaniel for 10 years now. She provides a wonderful service and Harry absolutely loves his walks and can't wait to get in the car when she arrives to pick him up, he loves to be out with her and his doggy friends. We highly recommend her.

Di has looked after all our dogs for more than 10 years with care , love and compassion . The love that our dogs showed to her meant that we could always be assured of their welfare and care. I cannot praise Di at House and Hound highly enough. She has become family to us.

We frequently use pet care academy and there is no one we trust more. The love they have for our daisy and all other dogs is lovely to see and it’s so reassuring knowing Daisy is in safe hands when we’re away. We frequently receive updates, videos and photos and you can see Daisy is thoroughly enjoying herself. 5 star for sure x

Simply the best. My dog is always very anxious to leave me, but he really enjoys going to doggy daycare at Petcare Academy. He has really settled in there and loves his cuddles from Elvan, Bora and their sons. I know I can rely on them if I ever need someone to look after Kodi. Their advice has been really appreciated too, from dietary needs to health advice, they are always happy to help. I would highly recommend Petcare Academy for all of your dog care needs.

Our working cocker spaniel Bruno has been going to ‘Pet Care Academy’ for over 2 year now. It is the only place we feel happy leaving him. His wagging tail as we arrive to drop him off there shows us how much he enjoys it. It really is a ‘home from home’ and we know Bruno is treated like one of their family. A wonderful family offering a first class service.

Rocket has just returned from his hollibobs and has had the bestest time. He’s been treated by Elvan and Bora as part of their family. Their daily updates whilst we were away gave us the reassurance we needed and we could see he was happy and having great fun. Rocket has loved playing with Leia and is looking forward to his next holiday with Pet Care Academy.

We had a meet and greet with Pet Care Academy, we were made to feel so welcome and at ease and the other dogs there were so calm and so well behaved, so we decided to book a weekend for our cockapoo Rosie to stay over. I was sent updates each day to let me know how Rosie was getting on and she was kept busy all day, she loved playing with the other dogs it was so nice to see them getting along together. We are booked in again for a week next month 😁

Wonderful dog care family. My dog Rocco had socialising issues with other dogs which meant we were struggling to find somewhere to look after him whilst we were away. Pet Care Academy did a meet and and greet session where Rocco spent nearly the entire time barking and growling, but they were so patient with him and eventually he came round. They then did a trial night which went really well and then when the time came for him to stay for a week with them, there was very little concern and everything went really well and we could enjoy our holiday without worrying. They even set up a WhatsApp group and sent us regular updates of his adventures with them. Can't recommend Pet Care Academy enough. Their passion for dogs comes through so strongly and Rocco had a great week with them.

Elvyan and Borra have been the best hosts for our dog. She is always so happy to go there and is so well looked after. Thank you again

Attended Four Paws Groom school for a days grooming lesson with my own dog. Thoroughly enjoyable, informative and educational day. Rebecca was super friendly, explained everything clearly and demonstrated every technique well ensuring I was happy with every step. Great facilities with a warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.

Where do I start! This grooming school is by far the best experience I’ve had! It’s scary starting up a new career after serving in the military for 23 years. The whole team from start to finish gave me the encouragement and the confidence that I needed. Rebecca and Claire offered the best advice and gave me the confidence to grow, even when I thought I didn’t have any! I walked away after the 30 days knowing exactly what I needed to do and how to groom with confidence. Not all hero wear capes and these girls have the patient of saints. They passed on their knowledge and skills and I felt sad leaving but I know that if I have any questions or find myself in a spot that I can reach back to the school and get the right advice. Thank you so much for the support and continue support. I couldn’t have asked for better tutors and support from four paws. Course - IPet Level 3 Diploma in Dog grooming and salon management. I recently had the pleasure of attending four paws groom school, Cheshire, and I can't praise the experience highly enough! The curriculum was incredibly well-structured, providing a perfect balance of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice. I learned so much about different grooming techniques, dog breeds, and the importance of maintaining a dog's coat health. Rebecca and Clare, my tutors, were absolutely fantastic. Their passion for dog grooming and dedication to teaching shone through in every lesson. They were always approachable, ready to answer questions, and provided invaluable feedback that really helped me improve my skills. I had an amazing experience at Four Paws! The team are incredibly friendly, so helpful, and always informative. None of my questions went unanswered or were ever considered a bother. The learning space is very comfortable and uplifting, making it a joy to attend every day. I absolutely loved my course, which included first aid and taught me so many dog grooming techniques and breed standards. The information provided is extremely helpful. I have completed my level 3 diploma at the Northwich branch. Couldn’t recommend four paws enough! The tutors are really friendly, supportive and engaging. The flexibility with training days also allowed me to complete the course around my job. Thank you so much, a fantastic experience overall!

I did the groom you own dog day, it was well worth the money! No need to be nervous about doing this the staff where so so welcoming and friendly. Natalie did my one to one session, it was done in a separate pod just me, Alfie (my cavapoo) her, she was friendly, down to earth, knowledge and supportive, I could not have asked for a better teacher! She have me the confidence to groom my dog, cut his nails etc and he looked great i was so proud of myself, he looked great! If you are thinking about it just do it, its well worth it.

I had an amazing experience completing my Level 3 certificate. They were so flexible with dates, getting me booked onto a course and set up so quickly. The trainers are all soooo lovely and knowledgeable. I loved going in every day and learnt so much. I will definitely be returning for any future training!

I recently completed several courses at Four Paws, including dog walking and pet sitting, canine first aid, dog boarding, and dog grooming. My experience was outstanding from start to finish. All the members of staff were fantastic. Their extensive knowledge and experience were evident, and they made me feel at ease right from the beginning. They were excellent at building up my knowledge and confidence steadily. Even the receptionist (Hun) was incredibly helpful and friendly 😁 A delightful bonus was the constant supply of cake available. Overall, Four Paws provided a comprehensive and supportive training experience that has helped me start my own business. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to advance their skills in the dog world. Thank you everyone at four paws!

I decided this year to go for the Level 3 Diploma Fast Track with Four Paws. Cannot recommend them highly enough. In May this year I had to go to Northwhich to complete first aid course which was superb. Everyone so helpful and Four Paws had self catering accommodation. Great course

My dog has been going to Stellar Dog Care for day care and holiday care, for almost three years now, since he was about 5months old. I can't rate Graham highly enough - he has never let us down and is an all-round dog lover (which is obviously quite important in this line of work!). He has offered me much advice about certain issues over this time and clearly cares for my dog. Right from the off, he was keen to get to know my pet and to meet his needs - he even met with us before we started using the services. He ensures the dogs get enough exercise and attention and is a cut above the people I tried when my dog was a puppy, who quickly lost interest when he was not so tiny anymore. My dog loves going to his "home from home", and we will continue to always use Stellar Dog Care.

Our Pups Porridge and Freya had an amazing time, came back home chilled after plenty of exercise. Good communication with owner and great picture updates, she should be a photographer as a sideline. 😊 I got lots of practical advice about improving lead training. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, highly recommend.

I recently went to view this lovely establishment. What a fantastic set up, very comfortable, spotlessly clean & spacious. Paula is wonderful - very knowledgeable and caring. The dogs get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation and play time. There’s also time to safely rest in comfort. Your dogs are treated as a real part of the family. I can count on one hand the people I would trust to look after my dogs & I couldn’t think of a better person. I’d highly recommend her and would use her services in a heartbeat 😊

Our dog had an amazing stay for two weeks with Paula (he told us). Paula is amazing with the dogs and very knowledgable. Perfect I’d you’re looking for somewhere you can feel confident your dog will be looked after and cared for.

Maggie loves her time at Extra Care and with Paula. She's a very energetic and clever English Springer spaniel, so Paula makes sure that she is busy both physically and mentally. Thank you for treating Maggie like part of your family.

Paula is wonderful with dogs, her place is clean, spacious and still homely. I would highly recommend her for day care or boarding as she really goes the extra mile and knowing that she is fully insured and registered gives us peace of mind.

Absolutely no issues with dog care my puppy loved it here. unfortunately it is the owners that are the problem. we found them blunt and rude and our friends who use the service state the same but wasn’t a problem as there is little interaction with them until we wanted to board our Dog for one night. message was sent requesting this but no reply, we then asked staff on a pick up to be told they do not do boarding less than 3 nights. Fair enough. we used a member of their staff who we knew outside of the business to look after our dog for one night and booked an additional day in day care. fixed all problems, dog was with a familiar face, i could attend work commitments and day care gained another day pay . when picking up our dog we were blindsided with confrontation by both owner Ian and manager Rebecca stating we had caused issues with their insurance and our Dog could no longer attend.We couldn’t get a word in , i found the experience so stressful and i left crying and shaking. we were left absolutely baffled by this as no one called use to advise it would be a problem if so we would have resolved and secondly the manger was aware prior. after a heated discussion in the car park in front of other clients we left things to calm down feeling very sad for our Puppy and sent a message to try to understand why we were being removed from the services and resolve the situation, once again it was ignored . we were unaware placing our dog in responsible care which was best for his wellbeing would cause such an extreme reaction! all they have done is punish our dog who will miss the routine of going !

Wonderful day care facility, our dog absolute loves going! The portal is easy to update and request new dates and the repeating function is a great time saver. Payment can made online which is also much easier!

My shihtzu loves spending time here! Always happy to go in and you can tell the staff absolutely adore the dogs which they care for each day! Staff are always upbeat and have a smile for you even on the gloomiest of days! Parking available but can be busy at peak times.

"I am writing to express my deep discontent with the kennel service. In May, I left my French Bulldog in the kennel while going on vacation. I specifically informed them that my dog was not very sociable with other dogs and to be cautious with her reactions, despite her having stayed in other kennels before without any issues, where I showed her videos in another kennel. I also informed them that I would be traveling outside of England, where my dog was accepted, and I made a reservation for August by paying the deposit in advance. However, on the day I arrived at my destination, I received an urgent call stating that I needed to immediately retrieve my dog because she had allegedly bitten a staff member's finger. No evidence of this incident was presented to me, and I am unsure if something provoked such a reaction from her as it had never happened before. As a result, I had to purchase a return ticket to England, cutting short my vacation. I had to spend additional money on a new ticket, losing the investment I had already made. Furthermore, I was asked to provide the new return ticket via email and was charged for the entire week of boarding, even though my dog had only stayed for three days. They refused to refund the money. Regarding the deposit for the August reservation, I had to wait over two months and send multiple emails requesting its return. I had to visit the kennel in person to demand it. This was an extremely unpleasant situation caused by the kennel's lack of understanding and empathy. I do not recommend this kennel.

Conflicting information on the booking site. When I rang to check availability before booking via their website (which showed spaces available) they said they do not allow visits as they dont need custom and after mentioning the breeds of my dogs (Jack Russel, Patterdale and a crossbreed) they said no. Very rude over the phone. We were unsure reading previous reviews and a lack of reviews over the last 12 months. Wouldn't recommend since this has changed hands. Last owners back in early 2019 were lovely. Such a shame...

Amazing daycare and boarding Eric has been visiting since a pup he absolutely loves it, he is so excited to see the staff when we arrive. I never worry about him as I know he is well looked after. Well done Woodlands xxx

This is an update and a desire to show an updated tine spent review which in my opinion is a reflection of the highest standards of customer service and doggy day care that we could wish for as a family. Sandra, Ian and the team are so driven to ensure that the dogs they care for are happy it’s a joy to behold. Our dog has been attending since Sandra and Ian took over and also attended under the previous owners. The changes that Sandra and Ian have made for the benefit of the dogs, the daily pictures, the engagement they provide and the handpicked team of staff are all second to none, thank you. We know when we drop our dog off that he is as happy with you as he is with all of us at home and that’s what counts .

I can highly recommend woodland view as I have recently left my 2 dogs with them for 29 days and they were absolutely fine and well looked after.I received pictures of them playing and they looked really happy.

The staff are so polite and show real care for the dogs they look after. Best kennels we have ever used and our dogs love it there!

I cannot recommend Sandra and Ian highly enough. My dog has several issues with behaviour and health and has been with them for a week - she has returned to me happy and healthy and I have been able to relax on my holiday,knowing that she is in good hands. 👍 …

Our German shorthaired pointer Reuben has been staying at wags for his holidays for the past couple of years now and we’re so happy. We feel very comfortable leaving him with the wags team, we know he’s happy and receiving the best care whilst he’s there. The team are always so lovely when we’re dropping and collecting him, Reuben is always very happy to go in for his holidays. We’re always delighted when we receive photos and videos of Reuben enjoying his play time, this is such a lovely surprise when we’re away on holiday and we really appreciate the updates (he always looks like he’s having the best time) and we know we don’t need to worry. It’s always easy to book him in, they’re very reliable and the service has been great every time. Reuben even gets a bath before he comes home and his bedding and toys are always freshly washed which is just great! A great kennels! Our two dogs recently stayed here. Our two older dogs are a handful at the best of times but the kennel staff had no issues They understood the dogs individual needs. We received photos updates throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

Exceptional kennels, I was a little anxious about leaving my dog, however he was in for a week and I got over 60 photos of him playing with other dogs. He was even given a groom before we picked him up. Highly recommended.

Having googled lots of kennels and read the reviews, we decided to board our 10month old Jack Russell, Kali with Wags of Cranage. We were going for a weeks family holiday, to Tenerife. On arrival, 2 lovely ladies met us and we introduced them to Kali. I was very anxious about leaving her, but they reassured me ,she would be happy there and would get lots of cuddles. They asked us what food she ate and did she socialize well with other dogs, she certainly does. We handed over her bed and blanket. She was weighed then handed her over to the staff, not before lots of cuddles. They informed me, they would send regular updates, photos and videos of her via WhatsApp. We left and needless to say I cried for most of way home. True to their word, I was sent 3 whatsapps, which really reassured me, she was having fun. When we went to collect her, we pressed the intercom button and the gates opened. The security there, was very good. 2 girls brought, Kali to the gate, so I called her, no response ,as she was happily playing with the staff. Then she seen us and couldn't wait to greet us. The girls said she spent a lot of time with her in the kennel and was a delight to work with. We paid the fee then left. If we ever have to board her again, we wouldn't hesitate in bringing her back.

My dog, Walter, a Weimaraner loves going to the kennels. When we pull into the lane that the kennels is situated on, he starts to get very excited in the back of the car! He goes off with the staff happy without a backward glance and it’s difficult to get him back in the car when I arrive to pick him up. He was recently ill whilst in the kennels and they took care of him perfectly. I thoroughly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing! I've taken my dog here twice now, once for a test weekend and once whilst we were on holiday. The true sign was when we took him for the second time he was wagging his tail super Happ to be there, got a fuss of the staff straight away and they were really nice. We got regular updates and he had a bath before we picked him up! It really puts my mind at ease how much free and play time the dogs get. Not your average kennels more like a 5* hotel!

Our dogs get excited as we get close, and as the inner gate is opened they don't bother looking back. And the chorus of barking from the remaining dogs as they leave says everything. Highly recommended.

This was the first time our puppy Jack stayed overnight here. It was his first time away from us and home. The staff are really friendly. They asked lots of questions about him and made a fuss of him which he likes alot. We were sent some photos of him during the day playing on the field with some other dogs we he also loves. When we picked him up he seemed really happy and they said he is a really friendly dog who had made friends with one of the other dogs staying there. We would differently be back again and are even thinking of sending him for daycare. Thank you for looking after Jack.

Hamish never wants to come home from Wags. He loves all the other dogs. Isla is a rescue and was left in boarding kennels for 5 months and never collected before we adopted her. I was worried about putting her into kennels again but she went in no problem. We can go away and know the dogs are being looked after. Thanks to everyone at Wags.

Excellent Kennels, highly recommended. This was Dylan's 2nd stay with Canine Clubhouse and the first time I had left him for 2 weeks so I was really anxious. We were provided with updates on his progress and received photo's which really put my mind at rest so I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday knowing he was in such good hands. Came across a post online which said they had availability for “Large Kennels” Looking through their social media pages they had pics of many similar size dogs - (St Bernards, Labs, Shepards etc.) However when we enquired, we received this message from the kennel: “I suggest you contact another kennels that may be willing to accept Rottweiler’s” It’s horrible to stereotype. When actually Rocco is the most softest, gentle loving dog you could meet - Fully trained and very obedient.

My 2 Yr old Jack Russell Alfie loves it here. Friendly people with lots of doggy friends. Plenty of walks/plays through the day and a lovely clean heated 2 room kennel to relax and sleep in. I was nervous leaving him for the first time so arranged a two day overnight try out first ready for a four day stay while attending an extended family gathering in London. Alfie made a fuss of the staff and of me when I collected him. Obviously happy and content with his hosts. Highly recommend 👌 🌟

Canine Clubhouse are a well run, secure, professional kennels where we know our little one is very well cared for. Such a great place for her to stay

We viewed several kennels looking for somewhere to board our little Kokoni/cross rescue dog before settling for Canine Clubhouse. After all your dogs are part of the family. The facilities are excellent and very clean. Rob and Emma take good care of the dogs and I would not hesitate to recommend them. There were kennels nearer we could have picked but it was worth the drive to know she was in safe and caring hands. Lia thoroughly enjoyed herself and I am sure sulked for a while when we brought her home as she had no one to play with!

My dogs have stayed here a few times now and CC are the BEST kennels around. I drive 45 minutes to drop my dogs off here but it’s worth the trip. I spent hours researching for somewhere to leave my dogs and in most kennels closer to me the dogs only get 10/15 minutes out of the kennels for the day and are put to bed at 7pm and not checked on until morning. It is so different here. Emma and Rob are always so excited to see my dogs and I love their social media posts. The dogs have a large, private, comfortable indoor space and they don’t look back when I drop them off. They have a whole routine here, plenty of time out the kennels to run round with their friends and I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent facilities with wonderful personal dog care. Each dog or household of dogs have their own clean warm pen with a day and night bed. Exercised several times daily in an enclosed pen or field. Good quality and trustworthy. Happy dog on collection. What more recommendation do you need?

I have had dogs all of my life and it is always a bit of a worry knowing the best accommodation for their care whenever having to leave them. Canine Clubhouse is by far the best place we have ever used and I would not want my 2 Golden Retrievers to stay anywhere else. Emma and Rob look after the dogs as if they are their own and the facilities are fantastic for them. They always come home unstressed and happy. We took our cockerpoo here last year as we were at a family wedding! We can not recommend you guys enough, I was very anxious leaving my dog as this was also the first time however I was made to feel at ease and comfortable straight away which was a relief especially getting an email update to see how happy he was at canine clubhouse the next day! Our dog stayed here for the first time last weekend. She had a great time playing in the fields with the other dogs. Even though she was only staying for two days, it was great to receive an update via email to see how she was settling in. After doing extensive research to find the right kennels for our dog, I am so glad we found Canine Clubhouse and won't be taking her anywhere else if we can avoid it.
