Felicia is WONDERFUL. Also, probably a cat whisperer or wizard. She stayed in my home for 8 days and was a dream pre-, during- and post-trip while caring for my 2 cats. One of them, Jasper, can be crotchety and foul and she charmed him into being a better cat! He's nicer to his sister now. Felicia is thorough, caring, attentive and responsive. During my review of candidates she was one of the only to ask detailed questions about their care (and even followed up when I sent a "funny" note about Jasper's small bulimia issue!) and was more concerned about them than my home or neighborhood (I live in Brooklyn and get a lot of questions about the neighborhood). When we met in person, I felt her calm, light energy and was happy leaving her in charge. Felicia sent notes & pictures every day, sometimes multiple times a day. She responded quickly and easily to a small issue with my bathroom and she left my home in sparkling condition. My plants thrived. I'm fairly certain Jasper & Lele were disappointed when I walked through the door! I HIGHLY recommend Felicia and you'll be in great hands while she is watching over your home. I look forward to working with her again!
