I think my cats really liked Catarina and Remi, evident from the timely updates and photos. I initially had trepidations about my long haired cat Clementine, who is prone to mats in her fur, especially when I am gone for 4 weeks. No problem! She was in fabulous shape when I returned, not a single mat to be seen. I was so happy. House sitting can be harder than one might imagine. And mine is a large house, where many rooms are lived in in the course of a month, with two people and four cats. I think this was the first long sit for Catarina and Remi, and perhaps they aren’t often guests in peoples homes for weeks at a time. I arrived home to weeks of dirty towels to be laundered, and dirty linens still on the bed. Yikes! Towards the end of the sit, they’d requested (at their expense) a housekeeper to clean after they left and before I arrived home. And that was good. As scheduling and last minute plans happen, it was I who arrived first, ahead of the housekeeper. And I was glad they’d seen that they needed help. It’s a chore and you have to stay on top of it. Bathrooms, kitchen, it’s a lot to tend to. I’ve only recently discovered the forums, and I’m sure one can find lots of info on what homeowners expect upon return. My month out of the country was made easier with timely updates and happy and clean cats when I came home. Catarina was very intuitive and gave me a heads up on my senior kitty who’s hair had become quite oily, and I appreciate that. Great cat care.

Nina sent fantastic Lendell updates and left my apartment spotless!

David and Claire took care of our 2 cats and small dog and our garden for 2 weeks. Everything went smoothly and we received regular updates on the animals. They had a special knack with the cats. Our cats have been known to hide for weeks in the presence of strangers but David and Claire had them out and cuddling within a few days! House was nice and clean when we returned home.

Arielle was very sweet & attentive. She had a flight issue & went out of her way to get another flight in to be able to make the sit on time. She sent photos daily & gave me piece of mind while I was away. Thank you Arielle!

Haley met our expectations and beyond. She is a stellar person, very detail oriented, thoughtful, caring. Always on top of communication, wonderful animal care, she was very sweet, warm and loving with our two dogs. Her service dog, Nickel, fit right in with ours. He is quiet and attentive to her, and a great house guest too! We look forward to having her back soon! Thank you Haley!

Heather was so sweet with our dogs! She brought them treats and toys for them to enjoy! She even picked up dog poop, even though we told her that was not a duty she needed to perform!

Kimberly, her son, and her friend stayed at home for one final weekend before their summer ended, and they returned home to the east coast. Communication was straightforward, they arrived on time, cared for Layla like she was their own, and left the home very clean. I would recommend her to others!

Niya and her partner were very friendly and took great care of our home and pets. Niya was prompt with communication and very self reliant. We would welcome her to sit again in the future!

Dominick is very conscientious, communicative and particularly caring towards our dog. Since this was the second time that he house/pet sat for us, our instructions only needed some fine tuning. Dominick took excellent care of our elderly dog, and he was very sensitive about when and how much to walk him since our dog is very affected by the weather and high humidity. Also, he put extra care into some dietary changes for our dog. Dominick communicated with us by sending some photos and videos of the dog, and updating us with any relevant reports. We highly recommend Dominick for any pet sitting opportunities, and will definitely ask him back when he is available to sit for us!

Renata was responsive, and seemed to follow all our instructions. She sent lots of pictures, and left our place very clean and tidy! We are super happy to have met her.

It was a blessing to have Anne Marie and Eugene help us with a split sit. Anne Marie regularly gave us updates and photos. They left the house in great condition for the next sitter and it was a huge help. I will not hesitate to invite them to sit again.

Fantastic. Above & beyond. Highly recommend. Linsey and Nick are wonderful house and pet sitters. As others have commented, our already clean house looked cleaner when we returned home. Our cat Junior, who is a bit prickly (he’s a cat!), started warming up to them. He was well taken care of. We enjoyed the Junior photos they sent. I messed up the dates of our return home, and they had another zeewoi commitment. We let them know they could leave a day early, but they worked out a plan. Nick bicycled to Chattanooga from Knoxville , which is about 100 miles, and Linsey stayed here with Junior. Wow. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty. You’d be lucky to have Nick and Linsey stay with your pets. We hope they can come back to our place when we travel again. Thank you!
