Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

Superwoof has been absolutely amazing. Our Great Dane, Franky, is a sensitive and gentle soul with pretty bad separation anxiety, but he absolutely LOVES going to Superwoof. The team send regular pictures and updates and are always super accommodating. Honestly, a lifesaver organisation
Visiting from the United States we needed to get our pup into daycare to be fully present with our family. SUPERWOOF was quick to respond, get her assessed, and even sold Hills Science Diet on-site which was really helpful since we were running low. We loved the pictures they send us updating us on our pup and how her day was going. We visited 3 times in the time that we were there and each time we turned into the parking area our pup was yelping with excitement! You think your dogs are happy at home? You are wrong, you will see your dog smile when they spend time at Super Woof! We had our two fur kids visit the hotel for 17 nights and they didn't want to leave. The staff are fantastic and the space is so much fun, your dog will sleep for 2 days when returning home. Mary Puppins has been the best addition to ours and our pups lives. They are so attentive, compassionate and just all around great people. They’re so knowledgeable with the needs of the dogs they take care of, they send photo updates throughout the day and will answer any question or concern you have quickly and with care. Very happy with Mary Puppins. Honestly impressed with the amount of effort put in to keeping my pup entertained, they’re always out on adventures! Our super high energy doggo comes home pretty tired after spending the day at MP and just chills. My Mini Wire Dachshunds, Ted and Robin, just love daycare at Mary Puppins. They literally jump out of my arms in the mornings when I drop them off and they come home with a big smile on their faces. I have never had any doubt that this is the best place for my dogs as the owner is such a dog lover and has a lot of knowledge about dogs and so have all her staff members. My dogs are treated like royalty and love staying overnight as well if I have to leave town. I highly recommend Mary Puppins. It really is THE BEST doggy daycare and pet hotel in Cape Town!

Looking for a place thats like home then Mary Puppins is the home away from home. No cement cells and 1 hour walks. Dogs are made to feel at home. Set on Table Mountain with the most natural walks amongst forest and trails. My pomsky comes home every exhausted and fulfilled which is a wonder as even my long walks dont get her tired. Fantastic staff who are the perfect combination of strict and caring.

Elsabe is lovely and so attentive to our very shy cats. She updated us at least twice a day with pictures and even took care of our plant babies. Before finding What a Treat, I had to come home early a few times due to petsitter issues, but I now have complete peace of mind. Mandy looked after our 3 fur children for just over a week while we were away. She was so loving, caring and affectionate to them. She constantly kept us updated with the cutest photos and videos and we could genuinely see our babies were happy and relaxed - having the peace of mind that they were happy and being so well cared for allowed us to really relax and enjoy our time away. Valmay looked after them for the last night, after I got our dates mixed up and was also amazing. I highly recommended What A Treat pet sitting. Both Mandy and Valmay have looked after our fur children a few times. They are amazing sitters, everything one could ask for and more!

Thank you Bowhaus for taking special care of my Shiba Inu puppy, Yoshiko. You've put all my fears to rest of leaving her with anybody else. She loved playing with Shanti and came home absolutely knackered. I found the facilities clean, spacious and secure with lots of gates to keep my pooch inside and I had no problem finding parking when collecting her- big plus in my book. I noticed that they do use the proper cleaning products (F10) what your vet would use to clean the daycare. LOVED THIS! I have a Shiba Inu puppy and they are not for the feint hearted. She is currently in her screaming phase and Claire could give me solid advice about training. Thank you to Claire and Kenny for their caring nature and allowing my special fur-kid to just be herself. I will definitely bring her for a bath/ grooming before show as well.

We have been with Bow-Wow Doggy Daycare for almost a year now, and we honestly have nothing bad to report or comment. The genuine love the staff has for all the dogs coming through their door, is not just amazing but encouraging. The staff really treat your dog as their own. The staff are also ready to give tips and advice when asked. Oh and let me not forget about the Adventure walks being offered, oh my goodness, I honestly believe that Frankie has explored and knows the Cape Town better than I do.. Katja and her team at Bow Wow are the best in the business and we could not be happier that we finally found a doggy day care that we trust. We have a very anxious dog around people but the team were very patient in gaining her trust and respecting that she is not a dog that will jump on their laps, but giving her love and care from a far. They are also more focused on the dogs, enrichment activities and professional carers than trying to be a “hip” doggy day care. The facilities are also clean and in good condition. Could not recommend them enough!

Willow absolutely LOVES Proud Hounds. He gets walked around the neighbourhood daily, plays, gets one on one attention and naps- all under the watchful eyes of the gentle, calm and thoroughly trained staff.
Baby has been coming here for over 2 months now, the staff are so caring and loving towards her. Kerry is very understanding and accommodating. Made going to work a lot easier knowing that Baby is in good hands.

Kerry's always friendly presence and picking up well cared for and tired dogs at the end of the day are really what make this place amazing. The handlers coming out to greet the dogs by name in the morning puts you at ease when leaving your precious pooches in their care.
Tried other doggy daycare and our mini schnauzer definitely likes Proud Hounds the most. They have a school day just like human kids - with walkies, playtime and even nap time.

I've been taking my dog to atFrits Dog Hotel and Daycare Centre for the past three years, since he was a puppy. I can confidently say that this place is truly exceptional! The facilities are top-notch and immaculately maintained. The staff are friendly, caring, and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for the dogs. The daycare service is outstanding, with the staff keeping me updated on my dog's daily activities and well-being. The hotel's live cameras provide an added layer of reassurance, although I've never had to worry about my dog's care while he's been here. The grooming parlor is also fantastic, leaving my dog looking and smelling amazing every time. But what really sets atFrits apart is the wide range of services they offer, from 1-on-1 play and walks to vet visits, photography, and more. My dog absolutely loves going to atFrits and always returns home exhausted but happy after a fun-filled day of play and exercise. I highly recommend atFrits to anyone seeking top-quality daycare or overnight care for their furry friend. Trust me, your furbaby will thank you!
atFrits is like a second home for our bull terrier, Kobe, who has been with the atFrits team for 4 years. They were quick to welcome him into the school, and have been incredibly accommodating to his and our needs throughout our time with them. From daycare, to overnight stays, and even the one-on-one mountain walks that Kobe absolutely loves. Previously, when both my partner and I needed to travel for work, while Kobe was quite ill and had to stay at the vet for a few days, the atFrits team collected him from the vet after his stay and then cared for him as per the vet's instructions until we were home and could collect him. Their attention to detail has always been top notch, and they have often alerted us to flare ups of his sensitive skin so we could catch it early and treat it. Yannic and her team are passionate and professional and know each of the dogs in their care well. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a group of people who will love your pup as much as you do!

I had an absolutely appalling experience at atFrits Dog Hotel and Daycare Centre last week, which has left me incredibly disappointed and heartbroken. On Wednesday, 16 October 2024, I took my beloved chow chow, Bear, in for a grooming session at 11AM. I’ve brought Bear here before and trusted their services, but on this occasion, not only was the service dreadful, but their customer service in response to my complaint was equally poor. Before leaving Bear, I explicitly explained that he had a few knots on his stomach but nothing that couldn’t be brushed out professionally. I also stressed—multiple times—that I did not want him shaved under any circumstances. Chow chows should not be shaved as their coats are essential for regulating body temperature in both summer and winter. At 11:39AM, I received a call from two employees, one being the groomer, asking what type of cut Bear should have done. As usual, I asked for a summer cut but reiterated very clearly that Bear should not be shaved or have his hair cut too short. When I went to pick Bear up at 2:55PM, I was devastated to see that he had been completely shaved, all over his body. My poor baby looked nothing like himself. When I expressed my shock, the groomer just shrugged, acting like it was no big deal—even when I pointed out that it was quite literally the opposite of what I had requested. What made matters worse was the complete lack of concern after the fact. I contacted atFrits immediately after leaving and was told that my complaint would be passed to the owner, and I would hear back that day or the next (Thursday, 17 October). Nothing. I followed up again on Friday afternoon and was told to give them the weekend because the owner was extremely busy. Again, no response after the weekend, and now it’s been nearly a week with no resolution. I simply wanted a refund and to move on, but this process is dragging on, causing me more frustration and dismay. To add insult to injury, Bear—who is already a nervous dog—has been acting completely different since the ordeal. He’s vulnerable, sad, not eating, and just laying around. This experience has deeply affected both of us, and I am beyond devastated. I trusted atFrits with my dog, and they not only disregarded my explicit instructions but also handled the situation so poorly afterward. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. They’ve completely lost my trust, and it’s clear they don’t care about making things right. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have attached before and after photos below.
I can't say enough good things about Yanic and the AtFrits team! My two mini schnauzers, Billie and Harry, have been attending the daycare for the past 5 months, and they absolutely love it. From the very first visit, it was clear that AtFrits provides a safe, fun, and caring environment for dogs of all kinds. The facilities are top-notch – spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for dogs to play, socialize, and relax. There are plenty of areas for them to run around, and I can tell they’re always well taken care of. It’s also reassuring to know that the staff is so attentive and genuinely loves the animals. Billie and Harry come home happy and tired every day, and it’s clear that they enjoy the time they spend here. I couldn’t ask for a better daycare for my fur babies. Highly recommend AtFrits to any dog parent looking for a place where their dogs will feel loved and looked after!
Cassie, my kangaroo dog, has been with At Frits for 18 months now. Within that time, the At Frits team have become extended family. The really love our dogs and look after them with so much love and care. The whole team is always friendly and helpful and it is always a pleasure walking into reception and receiving a warm and welcoming greeting. I had unexpected health issues recently and At Frits took Cassie in, after 8pm, while I was on my way to hospital. That is unconditional help. While recouperating from my knee operation I could make use of there Fruber service to fetch Cassie and bring her home, so she didnt miss out on any fun with her friends. It is wonderful knowing I can leave Cassie in their care if I gonout in the evening and don't want her to be alone at home. Amazing. And best of all when I miss my kangaroo during the day I can check in on her on their camera system. Their shop is always well-stocked and so convenient to pick up stuff when I fetch her. Graduation week is a big deal. Yanik and her team go all out. They gifted us with amazing gift packs this year. Handwritten reports and a beautiful photo. I cannot thank this team of special and dedicated people enough. You guys are amazing, thank you x
My little dashing Zuma was only 6 months old when he first started daycare atFrits, he had severe separation anxiety and was super reactive towards other dogs. Yanic and her team constantly gave me guidance which has ultimately resulted in Zuma being more independent and interactive. He is cared for and loved, which warms my heart. We still have a long road ahead of us but I know he is in the absolute best hands! He absolutely adores the staff and all his new friends ♥️
Great service, amazing staff. My dog Maya was a guest at Frits for 10 days and she was treated like a princess. She had her own room, time to play outside and socialize . The 24h camera service in all the inside and outside spaces of the hotel is fantastic, I could check on her at any time. I highly recommend it and will use again!
We have a new puppy and although we can keep him during the day we opted to improve his socialising by using daycare. I contacted numerous places and AtFrits were the only ones to engage immediately. Allowed us to visit without any issue on a Sunday and we felt welcome. First day … I received a call, messages and video. I am really impressed with the way the staff know what puppy parents need …. I also find the daycare impeccable clean. VERY IMPRESSED with this excellent service.

Over the past nine years I have entrusted my dog children in the care of Jackie from Waggy Tail Doggy Daycare at regular intervals - first for a few years consecutively while setting up a new business and again two weeks ago when I had to go on a trip. One of my dogs is a little three-legged, deaf jack russel and is a very needy little lass due to her challenges. Jackie sent updates and pictures and I could see that both my little girls were calm and happy. I have known Jackie for a long time and have never come across a person with such insight into animals. My dog has been at Waggy Tail for many years. It's home away from home for him. He's an anxious dog but I have peace of mind knowing he is safe and well taken care of. I often recommend Waggy Tail to others especially if their dog is not adjusting at bigger day cares. The understanding and flexibility it offers means I don't have to worry.
I left my 2 small dogs with Jackie for 5 weeks while I relocated to Portugal, It was the most stressful thing I have had to do but Jackie was amazing, I have never met a more caring, loving, knowledgeable pet sitter in my life and over the years I have left my dogs in different situations when I have gone overseas, I just regret not having come across Jackie before. We had major problems with PETPORT the relocation company I used but Jackie was amazing helping me deal with their unbelievable incompetence. She took care of my dogs as if they were here own and sent me daily video’s of what fun they were having. I cannot recommend WAGGYTAILS highly enough, I just dont know how I am going to find someone here in Portugal to live up to her standards.
I have yet to meet somebody more passionate about dogs and their care. Our dogs go 5 days a week and are extremely happy. This has become their second home. Can’t recommend Jackie high enough.

Jackie's gentle way with animals is truly inspiring. Maxi loves spending time at daycare as Jackie makes sure the dogs get along first before accepting new animals to the pack.

My Chloé has been going here ever since 6 months old and she absolutely loves it... I've never seen a child so happy to attend "school" All The staff is pleasant but Knowledge by far is her favourite. Amazing walks and great photography.
I had a very poor experience with Superwoof. They were very fast and effective to accept my booking however that booking never actually took place due to disorganisation and miscommunication on their part. In addition, when I got to the Sea Point branch the facilities didn’t seem very comfortable- it wasn’t giving comfortable, safe, intimate space for your pup. There was a dog in distress and even my dog was so scared and distressed to go in hearing and seeing the other dogs. I ended up taking my pup to absolute pets and he had a much better, much more bespoke and more comfortable experience.
Sending my dog to this daycare has been one of the best decisions. He absolutely loves his time there and has developed so much confidence. The Sea Point Super Woof team are all really amazing and you can tell they truly care about the dogs under their care. Just such a positive experience overall.

Absolutely love this doggy day care. They go above and beyond. Sending updates of Ellie throughout the day. Taking her to the mountain or the beach for walks which is great as they change up the location. Always such a warm welcome when I collect Ellie. Highly recommend them.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR SMALL BREED DOGS HERE!!! From what I was aware I thought this was a high quality groomer, when I collected my toy Pomeranian from the sea point branch I was shocked to see that he was bleeding at the back if his neck where they had just ripped hair out, I could have done a better brush job at home, I will never return to this place and I highly recommend anyone else take this advice.
