Beth and Lewis were the best! From our first FaceTime call to the time we met before the sit, to the day we got home, we could not be more pleased! They sent us daily photos/updates about Bodhi, they watered our plants and picked up our mail, and when we came home the house was spotless. We are hoping they are available for more sits in the future.

They did a wonderful job watching our house, garden and little free pantry while we were away! We arrived to a wonderfully clean and tidy home and with all of the major needs of the garden and pantry met perfectly! They communicated everything extremely promptly and completely and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Carolyn and zeewoi. There was zero evidence that her and Douglas had even been here, except of course, our calm, happy pets. Our house was spotless and everything was exactly as we left it 5 days earlier. Although we weren’t able to meet in person, communication before and during the sit was perfect. She sent us cute pics of our babies, which helped us relax knowing they were well cared for. One of our dogs was in heat and they even handled her diaper situation without complaint. We would happily let Carolyn and Douglas sit for us again!

Diana was a delight. She was in residence with my husband, my 9 month old GMD, Finnegan, and a cat. She was fully present with Finn, and consciously engaged him as a bit of a difficult personality. She used her middle school teacher skills to reinforce and distract him, and to try to engage him as best she could. She and hubby did great together, and was an easy and relaxed houseguest. Highly recommend.

What to even say about Rebecca and James and their kids! These guys were AWESOME. I had a few applications for this sit and debated briefly whether to have just a single person come sit, versus the family, given it's a bit more work to get things ready for the whole house to be used -- but I definitely made the right decision. My sons and husband all commented how great they were - easy, practical, communicative. Our dog was super lucky to have so many doting fans. She got to go hiking and to the coast, in cars and on ferries. I'm pretty sure she has been bored since we got back. Rebecca's family made our departure and return super smooth. They put clean sheets on all the beds, left us delicious poppy seed muffins and a very clean house! Wonderful guests to have- we are so grateful and happy they drove across the country to make our place their home base for a week! We'd absolutely welcome them back!

Glynis is a wonderful housesitter who was recommended to us by one of our lovely previous sitters. We usually take our dogs with us when we go away but it was my sister's wedding so needed someone who could care for our two dogs as well as my sister's dog (all rescues with different needs) along with the rest of our menagerie; four cats, four chickens and two sheep!

Glynis kindly came to visit us a few weeks before the sit in order to meet the dogs and go through everything that was needed. I felt instantly at ease with her, as did the dogs! I was worried about leaving my staffy who is nearly 15 and is very attached to me, sleeps in our room and can need to go out in the night. Rogue needs lots of exercise and Rupert was recovering from an operation so was on restricted exercise, but none of this was too much trouble!

Glynis was very flexible as I moved one of our outside cats into the house shortly before the sit started and she was totally happy to deal with the additional requirements of keeping the cats separate in the house. She also fed our farm cat daily, who lives down the road in an abandoned house.

Communication before and during the sit was great. I received lovely daily updates and photos letting me know everyone was ok (especially Angel). We came home to a beautifully clean and tidy house which was very welcome after our busy weekend.

The pets were happy to see us but had obviously been very well cared for. I have no hesitation in recommending Glynis. You are of course welcome back anytime. Thank you again!
