I did a short stay with Penny, a lovely young ball of fluff! She's a puppy with lots of energy and likes toys and attention. Awful weather meant lots of towelling which she seemed to love! The home was warm and the bed was very comfortable. Can recommend.
Jazzy is one of the sweetest dogs I’ve watched. She was quite shy for the first two days, but after that, she was super loving. She’ll follow you around and sleep on the bed with you. There is a pretty nice park a few mins away from the house to take her and it has a water area to cool her off. Brittanie is responsive and left ample notes to help with the stay
We loved being here! We loved the city, the house, the pets and the owners! Communication was great and we had so much fun playing fetch with Chance. The house location was amazing as we could walk two blocks to the downtown river park and all the associated activities. We would do this again for sure! Thank you!!!
This was such a lovely pet/house sit. Sarah and Nick were such wonderful hosts. Boomer is a delightful hiking companion. I was looking forward to this sit for the peacefulness that is the area and it did not disappoint. They have a lovely home, and an even more delightful pet. They were very easy to work with and communicated clearly. I am very appreciative of my time in their home. Hopefully we can do it again sometime.
I loved house and pet sitting for Betsy! Ollie is truly the best dog and so easy to care for - he is cuddly and sweet and just wants to hang with you all day. We enjoyed going for walks in their beautiful neighborhood and relaxing in the backyard sunshine together. The location is awesome for exploring the west side of Los Angeles - I loved checking out Santa Monica, Malibu and Topanga Canyon all within short driving distance from the house. I got to meet Betsy and her husband Dave beforehand and they are truly wonderful people who want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible! I’d love to house sit for them again!
I had a wonderful time at Hester and Simon's with their beautiful cats Herbie and Tigris. Hester and Simon are very friendly and gave clear instructions on how to care for their cats and have a great guidebook. We met prior to the sit so I could collect keys, and meet the cats and I was shown around their lovely home. They responded to messages promptly when I was on the sit and had a couple of queries . The house is super clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished and the guest room looks like a boutique hotel and has a fabulous en suite bathroom. I slept so well in the amazingly comfortable bed. I already knew the area well and it has many public transport options and lovely cafes etc nearby alongside plenty of shopping opportunities. I enjoyed walking to Chiswick House Gardens which is a lovely relaxing spot in nature. The stars of the show were Tigris and Herbie who are completely adorable and very easy to bond with. They both like to nuzzle, especially when they are wanting food. Herbie loves to play with the laser pen which was very entertaining. Tigris comes to lie on the bed in the morning and loves a good nuzzle which is cute. This is a quality sit, highly recommended and I would happily sit again. Thank you Hester and Simon for the opportunity.
