Susie and Gary looked after our home and 2 adult cats over the Easter long-weekend in 2021 and we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their home and pets looked after. They are incredibly kind, organised, neat and reliable and they are great communicators. Our home is situated in a semi-rural area that is not connected to town gas, town water or town plumbing, which can be intimidating for some sitters, but Susie and Gary are not your average sitters. Only a couple of days into the sit they were faced with a plumbing emergency, which left significant mess and most amenities not working. Susie and Gary went above and beyond in responding to this issue. We would have completely understood if they chose to end the sit early and we are so grateful for the way in which they handled things. Susie and Gary organised for a plumber to come out-of-hours, spoke with our emergency contact because we were out of mobile range at the time, cleaned our home and continued to look after our cats in difficult circumstances. Please do not hesitate in inviting Susie and Gary to sit for you!
Lisa did an outstanding job of taking care of our two chihuahuas and our home. Before the stay we communicated well and when she arrived we were able to go over more details about our dogs' care. We felt extremely comfortable having her. She is confident and knows what she is doing. Plus she is a great person!
