Oh my goodness! My Zain went there for the first time and he had so much fun. First, to get him acclimated, the amazing staff allowed him to sniff butts with another pup. It was like a match made in puppy heaven. My pup loved it and I decided to let him stay. Like any neurotic pup mom, I called to check on him. They said he was great. I was shocked! My energetic pup had found his community. Then to make matters best, he enjoyed a Pup-a-ciño since it was pupacino Fridays. Zain ended the day with an exit bath and he had a blast. I highly recommend Houndstown!!!

Wonderful experience! We have 2 puppies and we were going away for the holiday weekend. I called a week before and asked if they were available for boarding. Luckily they fit me in and our puppies had an amazing time. Staff is super friendly and answer any questions or worries you may have. From the photos you could tell they were having fun. Put our mind at easy leaving them there. So happy we found a place where our dogs can stay and be happy. Thank you again 😃

Hounds Town Commack Rd is the BEST home away from home for my exuberant , large, goofy, playful dog! Ludwig LOVES going to HoundsTown and seeing and playing with all of his canine and human friends. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff especially. They are so sweet, helpful, friendly, conscientious, and know how to let dogs be dogs! The dogs are genuinely SO HAPPY there!! I don’t know what I would do without them. HoundsTown is truly a saving grace for Ludwig’s mental and physical health. And… I’m a veterinarian, and I would only let my dogs stay somewhere that I 110% trust. HoundsTown Commack and all the gals and guys who work there, are that place.

The evaluation process went well. Meeting the excellent staff gave me a good vibe. I, felt that I was bringing my dog to a safe environment. Viewing the other customers bringing in their dogs, just reinforced that good vibe.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Hounds Town! They took such great care of my dog and made sure all my questions were answered when I dropped him off the first time. Everyone who works there is so friendly and they love every single dog! I can’t wait to bring my dog back here!

I absolutely love Hounds Town! Teri and Thomas are so nice and explain everything you need to know. My two goldens got picked up by the pet taxi for their first day of daycare. I can't tell you how convenient it is to have someone pick them up before i go to work and drop them off after I return home for the day. I really feel like I'm putting my kids on the bus for school and they just adore Thomas the owner who picks them up. I am a bit of a "helicopter mom" when it comes to my girls so knowing that their is a vet tech managing this location gave me such peace of mind. I also love that my girls always have someone to play with since the dogs being boarded play with the daycare dogs making this a fully interactive daycare. And, Teri the owner told me all about their 24 hour surveillance so if I ever chose to board my girls there I know they'd be safe. I cannot wait to get them groomed by their grooming department. The convenience of having them picked up from from my house for daycare, play all day, get a grooming then get dropped off exhausted and clean at the end of the day is a dream!

My year and half dog Atlas loves going here. He has the best time and he comes home tired. He is out for the rest of the night and most of the next day too. My favorite part is seeing pictures of Atlas on their Facebook page. He always has a goofy smile with his black tongue sticking out and my heart melts. Also love when they have events going on. Atlas loves going to daycare.

First time boarding our 7 month old pity & Hounds Town put any nerves I had to rest, they answered all questions I had on process + food + routine. They updated constantly with pictures and our pup looked beyond thrilled with her experience and love she was receiving. Would highly recommend!

Henry had an amazing first day - friendly and welcoming staff! He got to meet the grinch and pick out a stuffed animal. Now he’s pooped! Super convenient services also - going to be great when I commute into the city consistently in the new year!

We can’t say enough good things about The Willow Pet Hotel in Deer Park, NY! They’ve taken care of our four Australian Budgerigars on multiple occasions, even during some of our more extensive trips, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we drop off our little feathered friends, we know they’re in the best hands. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring our budgies are well-fed, comfortable, and happy throughout their stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they look after, and that gives us immense peace of mind when we’re away. The facilities are top-notch, and the team’s dedication to providing a clean and safe environment is evident. Our budgies always come back to us healthy and chirping away, which speaks volumes about the care they receive. We’re beyond happy with the service and will definitely keep coming back to The Willow Pet Hotel. Thank you for treating our budgies like family!

There is a huge trump merch stand with a massive trunk flag flying on the flagpole set up in front of this building. I guess this is what this business represents or is willing to let slide as to not have any issues with the property owner who is allowing this to slide. Eirher way don't support this place. It's 1000ft from a high school with all races of kids and they allow tht kind of stuff to slide. Pathetic

We have been taking our basset hound mix Hattie here for daycare once or twice a week for nine years. We have also boarded her there several times. They are great with the dogs and she is always excited to be there. Would highly recommend for boarding, day care and grooming.

Christina is the absolute best i go to her for grooming and I highly recommend. She’s sweet and patient and spooky loves her!

We have brought our Shiba here twice now (boarding for a week). Staff is great. Some are more knowledgeable about animals than others. But care and kindness is something that we have always seen (that is what matters most). They are also very professional. If there is a concern or request, they will assist you in a timely manner, and everything is noted. We had a few requests since our breed does not take well to other breeds, they were more than accommodating in giving him his own time away from the others, and allowing us to bring his own food (due to allergy) and bowls. One fixed issue we had the first time: our dog came back with kennel cough, we called them solely so they could inform the other pet owners...they surprised us with an email apologizing and asking for a copy of the vet bill(they paid for the whole thing!) Kennel cough is a normal thing (as per our vet), so don't get overly upset if this happens... we get colds on airplanes, yet we still fly! I do suggest bringing their own bowls (food and water) and making sure everything you bring is marked with their name.

Love the place and the people that took care of my dog! They were very kind and played with her. The only thing I don't appreciate is that my dog came home sick with kennel cough even though she was vaccinated. I understand it's hard but maybe a good scrub down with disinfectant would work.

Luv the Staff here, took great care of my lil Leo on two different hotel stays 5 days each...play w him, feed him his special food n gav his meds...very clean place..I felt safe leaving my lil guy here after a preview tour, I booked right away...our first time away from each other...he even got a bath before I picked him up...so soft n fluffy...Thank yu All@Willow Pet Hotel🐕❤🐶

My husband and I travel a lot & we were thinking we would have to stop when our 2 year old dog went blind & became afraid of other dogs. We had to take him out of his previous daycare/boarding because of this. Then we found out that Willow pet hotel offered private play away from other dogs. Despite being blind, when we pull up to WPH & he realizes where he is he goes absolutely crazy until he gets inside & greets the staff with jumps and tail wags. He doesn’t even look back when he leaves us. We are able to go away knowing our dog loves where he stays and we can’t thank the wonderful staff enough for this!

I'm not sure how to rate this. I was so super happy to have found a place to board our puppy when we go away. It seemed to have gone well. She was happy and clean when we picked her up. She smelled like vanilla..very happy with the clean up they gave her. Two days after we were home she ended up with kennel cough...I'm not sure if this is common to happen after boarding. It's upsetting she got sick there..in the future I guess we will have to find someone to watch her at home :(

We needed help with our 14 month old rescue, Obi. Basic puppy issuse - digging, jumping, excessive play biting and bolting out of the gate or door. Obi spent 3 weeks with James and his awesome trainers. Obi came home a different pooch. He is now well behaved and listens to our commands. Digging has almost disappeared, stays by the door or gate when told to stay, drops the ball when playing fetch. We were also taught proper techniques to continue his awesome progress. Thank you James and your trainers! Also a special 'Thank You' to Amanda, Jame's assistant, you answered every question and concern we had in a very understanding and timely manner, you also put up with my almost daily texts asking about Obi....Thank You!!!! I recommend Pawfect Solutions and their amazing staff.

James and his team are top notch. They spent extra time training my dog and she has come out completely changed. He focuses more on the behavior and progress of the dog rather and will take the necessary time needed to make sure they are properly behaved and trained. I will also be boarding both my dogs with him when I go out of town because I don’t trust anyone else with them.

James is great! Knows exactly what he’s doing. Before James my dog (Dottie) was all over the place while on walks and would try and walk me while I was supposed to be waking her. She also would not let you open the door when someone was trying to come in or make a delivery. By the end of prefect solution dog training my dog was walking by my side during walks and she would go and sit down in her bed when someone is at the door. Great company James is definitely a dog whisperer.

The ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! James and his team are amazing with my dog (and all the dogs there)! Brody knows when we are getting close and once we arrive he starts crying like a baby if they don’t come out quick enough to get him. James has such a passion for our babies and for that I’m super grateful! Thank you to everyone at Pawfect for keeping our babies safe, happy and showing them so much love!

James is a very kind and skilled dog trainer, but his communication and handling of appointments is poor. Between cancelled and rescheduled appointments it was very hard to keep up with a proper schedule. There was constant issues between the handling of money owed, scheduling appointments that fit his schedule and obligations, and making sure we were on top of the amount of training days agreed upon.The organization was beyond poor sadly. Another issue I had was one appointment specifically James brought an assistant, and instead of properly training our dog and taking his time to treat his specific needs, he talked to his assistant the entire time with minimal words or corrections said on a near 45 minute walk. Basically, I paid over $120.00 to walk my dog, which I do nearly everyday. Our dog made great progress under James truly, and I believe he is a great trainer, but I believe a lot of things could have been done better in both organization, and proper training to better assist our dogs specific needs.

We boarded our Bernese for the first time this spring with James and were a little nervous because our pup is a bit of a wimp when it comes to playing with other dogs. He matched him up with a perfect doggy friend and he looked so happy in the check in videos! James’ assistant was also very responsive in our scheduling needs and flexible with changes we needed to make. Grounds are also very well kept!

I first found James through a work friend of mine a few years ago. I’ve signed used James multiple times and I can rest assured that my dog is perfectly fine and happy each and every time. Anytime my dog gets dropped off or picked up he’s either sad to see James leave or happy to see him come. Any questions or concerns I may have had are always addressed and the area the dogs stay in and play in is beautiful. My big German shepherd can be a handful at times but James is always in charge with my dog and I can leave him with James and have complete peace of mind.

James helped train our now two year old when he was a puppy. Our very skittish rescue also seemed to warm up to him fast. We used Pawfect solutions during our wedding weekend. We needed someone we trusted with our two crazies. They both did great. James put a ton of work into the grounds and it’s beautiful.

James is amazing! He completely turned my dog into the perfect dog. He and his team took the time to not only train her but also teach me what I needed to know. His knowledge surpassed anything I expected. I did board and train and it was the best thing I could have done for both her and I. I sent Gracie there thinking she was “aggressive” as I was worried she and my daughter were not getting along. She was nipping at my daughter. Gracie came home the most loving dog I have ever known. Everyone in my neighborhood loves her and come running to say hello when they see her. She is just as excited to see them! Gracie loved being there so much I even boarded her there when I went on vacation. I plan to use him every time I go away. Thank you James for taking the stress out of my life when it came to Gracie. I honestly have the perfect dog now. James and his staff are truly the best!

After careful research in trying to find training for my new fur baby, I am so grateful to have found Pawfect Solutions Dog Training. After meeting James at the facility, I felt so at ease leaving Nino with him. Nino has been transformed into a loving and obedient dog. I can never thank James for what he has done. I Am grateful that Nino has found a place where he can continue to learn as he grows. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you!!!

I would stay away from this trainer at all costs! I had my three German Shepherd’s trained by Jason and his employees the first day he brought them back you could see they were all both physically and mentally abused between the bite marks on all the dogs as if they were fighting and that you could see the dogs were not eating and you can see their ribs I have veterinary paperwork to prove this. also they had always gotten along together and when returned to me they were fighting with each other to literally a bloodbath, they are our family pets I should have taken legal action against best paw forward but we were taken back by the condition of our animals and try just to move forward and forget about this nightmare, when they came home that it had taken us over a year to get them close to back to normal, so I say once again by no means DONT USE best paw forward! I have proof with pictures of the damage that have been done to my animals both physically and emotionally, so save yourself the nightmare and stay away from them.

Me and my husband have been boarding our two Border Collies with Jason at Best Paw Forward for years now and the dogs are always so excited when they get there, they can barely contain themselves. His place is always very clean and Jason and his staff are always there to answer any questions we have. I wouldn’t board my 2 children anywhere else. I am confident they are treated with the best possible care they can receive. Before I met Jason from Best Paw forward I couldn’t even walk my Great Dane, Louie, without getting dragged around the block. After just 5 minutes into our first lesson Louie was walking right at my side. I did 5 lessons at my home with Jason and I can say it was the best money I ever spent. Thank you Best Paw Forward.

I had my 2 pit bulls board and train with Jason at his facility. I was at my wits end with them when I brought them to Jason. Although they were cutest things they were destroying my home and causing me so much frustration. After 2 weeks of staying with Jason they came back such well-mannered, obedient pups. I would recommend Best Paw forward to anyone that needs help with their dogs.

I met JASON at Best Paw Porward 8 years ago. I had gotten a Dalmation puppy & he was very hard to handle. He was also very aggressive & had nipped someone. JASON took him for 2 weeks & when Spike came home we continued lessons at home with JASON . The first time JASON walked into our home our dog was like a different pup! JASON had way about him & was completely in control in less than 5 minutes!! Spike is doing great & I still use Jason's approach with him. He loves JASON & is now a different dog!! It was the best money we've ever spent. I recommend JASON & Best Paw Forward to anyone who needs any kind of help with their dogs. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if we needed them!!

We board our 2 little Yorkies with Jason anytime we go away. It’s their little home away from home. They love it there and we love having them stay there. The videos we get from Jason are the best and they love being around Jason’s packs. I would highly recommend Best Paw Forward to anyone who needs their dogs trained.

We found Jason through our veterinarian . We have a 4 year old Boston terrier that had severe separation anxiety. After staying with Jason he no longer suffered from that disorder and is also off the drug therapy that he was on for 2 years. I truly believe that is because of Jason's expertise in this area . I've known Jason and the team at Best Paw Forward for almost 4 years. They did a wonderful job in helping me to train my two dogs. I've also used the boarding services on multiple occassions. My dogs are always excited when they get there and I know that they are being care for by an owner and staff who love dogs. I wouldn't bring my dogs anywhere else.

Jason really helped our both our dogs, but one in particular (our worse case). We had a bulldog with fear aggression, and a child on the way. We were fearful that we were going to have to give away our "first born" once we had a child if there was aggression towards the baby. Jason not only helped us with the dog around children, but with the fear aggression overall. He was so confident he would be able to help, and that helped us with our confidence, which is so important when working with your dog. Our daughter now lays around and plays with our dog, and both our daughter and our dog are in love with each other. It was the best possible outcome we could have ever hoped for!

Jason helped me train my 2 dogs Jax and Molly. I've been to 3 different trainers that couldn't help me train them. I found best paw forward through my Veterinarian. I'm so glad that i did because now my dogs are trained and well behaved.

He suggested to train my 2 dogs at his place. I paid him $2312.00 when he picked up the 1. dog, he never showed up for the other one. I was told that he had an accident & was in the hospital. My dog was at the Brookhaven Shelter. When my husband picked him up, he was told that Jason was arrested & had a drug problem. In the meantime his family cleaned out the place he was living at which was not the address at the Website. Needless to say, my money is gone.

Beds, Bones & Biscuits were referred to me by a friend and we couldn’t be more happy with our decision! We had a lot of trouble trying to find the right fit for our precious girl and at our meet and greet we knew we found the right place for our girl “ Vegas.” Tena & Adam have the perfect set up right in their own home. The care, attention to detail, follow up texts, messages, photos, professionalism and the love they have for their job and their furry clients are just a few shining examples of their superior work ethic. We were gone for almost 2 weeks and we could enjoy our trip knowing they were there taking care of our dog. There is a thorough meet & greet before they take the job and everything is covered to insure the best quality care will be given to your pets and I assure you it is given ! The owners here really care for and take care of your pets as if they were their own. They listen to the individual way you care for your pet and will do their best to simulate that experience in their home. My 2 dogs loved their stay here and are always eager to go back. I can leave them here with no worries at all and know they are having a great time in a secure environment. This is a perfect place to provide socialization for your dog and is like a second home for them when you need to board them. Highly recommend! So happy to have found them!

If you need a reliable place to watch your dogs while on vacation, this is the place. Beds, bones and biscuits took great care of my super anxious dog. We were given updates daily along with pics and videos. After a day my dog who is usually scared when not around us, looked like she was having a blast! Adam and Tena are super reliable, kind and down to earth. We will only use them from now on.

We recently brought our two dogs to Beds Bones and Biscuits for the first time. It was also an extended stay. We could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. Tena set us at ease when we dropped them off as we were a bit nervous leaving our pups behind. She was very reassuring and explained how everything would work. While we were away she sent us updates and photos. Our dogs always looked so happy and looked to be engaged with the other dogs. They came home just as we had dropped the off. Adam, his staff, and family are some of the most incredible people we've ever met. We used to go to Petsmart and our dogs were never the same when they left. So when we had an up and coming trip we really did our research before deciding where to send the boys next. Thankfully Adam came to the rescue and got back to us just in time! The dogs had an amazing time, Adam even sent us daily photos of them playing. I really love that the dogs are always out playing or out at bed time and only crated if they're training or its requested. He took a lot of time to ask about their medications and eating habits, you could just tell he really cares for the pups and its not "just a job." Its very reassuring when you're away for a long time to know they're in great hands. We will absolutely be sending Chance and Jax back for a long weekend or just his day camp!! Thanks again!

There’s being a dog sitter as a job and there is being a dog sitter as a passion and Noelle is the latter. Noelle’s reasons in why she started this business is heartfelt and relatable to every pet owner and she treated our shih-tzu and yorkie like her own. In the five days in being away, Noelle kept constant communication and documented their time with so many great photographs and videos. Noelle is simply the best. She is the only dog sitter we use for our dog and he get so excited when he sees her. She sends videos and pictures through the day and he always looks so so happy. She’ll even bring dogs over to our house to play with Luka and it makes his day. We love Noelle!

Oliver stayed with Noelle for about a week while I was in Belize. She did an excellent job and Oliver came back even happier than when he left. He is a high energy breed and i worried about leaving him because of his energy, but noelle sent photos throughout his stay that made me feel at ease. Truly an incredible experience for him and for me as well.

Noelle was so kind and so accommodating!! I reached out to her a week before my trip! She took in my new golden doodle baby without any hesitation; assuring me he would be in great hands. This is our first puppy so the kids were a little nervous for a stranger to have it and take care of it but from the moment we all met her all of our doubts disappeared!!! We knew this was who we wanted maverick to be with when we left on our vacation ! We will definitely be returning customers! To take our pup’s experience over the top - Noelle throw a birthday party for our pup as it was her 1st birthday during her stay. Best pet sitters you can get for your fur babies! We went away for over 10 days and decided to do “Premium-overnight” and had her stay at our home since one of our dogs gets anxious in new places. We could not have been happier with our choice and could not have asked for better care for our 3 dogs. Kelly gave us updates and sent us pictures of them 3 times a day. Our babies absolutely loved her and we were able to enjoy our vacation without any worries!

My cat Lezlie and I had a great experience with Long Island Pet Nanny! They set up a meet and greet so we could get to know the team lead and our pet sitter, Christopher. Christopher visited Lezlie morning and night for a weekend while I was away and it was such a peace of mind. He sent me a message and picture of Lezlie when he arrived and then sent a full report after his visit with details of feeding and her activities and many more cute pictures! Whether its to feed Zoey twice a day or to just stop by and play, its a great feeling to know both sitter Jen and little Zoey look forward to these meetings. I have booked them on numerous occasions and will continue to do so!

My experience with Kelly was incredible, I travel often and have a hard time finding a pet nanny to care for my dogs as they need walks and medicine. My two dogs are not comfortable with strangers and by the end of a 2 week schedule with Kelly they seems more excited to see her than me! (When I returned home) Kelly kept me fully informed on how they were with pictures attached throughout my travel and made it 100% stress free. Thank you again!

Long Island Pet Nanny is the most amazing pet service! My dog (Alfred) is a rescue who was rescued at 1.5 years. Since Kelly at Long Island Pet Nanny has started walking him daily (for a little over a year), he is so much happier and friendly with everyone around him (rather than cowering away). I think she loves my dog as much as I do. She goes above and beyond every single day. She sends the most wonderful updates with pictures every single day. Kelly and Alfred have their special routine and bond. She gives him all the good treats and he looks forward to his walks every day. She has socialized him wonderfully with local neighbors and their dogs. Alfred is always safe, happy, and well taken care of when he is with Kelly (or Kat!). I cant recommend them enough. I am always happy to be a reference for them and I recommend them to all of my neighbors. Also - Tara once watched my sisters difficult dog who was so happy and well taken care of for a week. The dog was safe and the daily check ins gave my sister peace of mind.

When I lost my previous dog nanny to relocation I've had for many years I was very nervous about finding a replacement. To say I have found that is an understatement. LI pet nanny from the start helped me to feel comfortable, at ease and beyond happy to find a pet nanny to love and care for my fur babies as I would. We had an extremely positive experience with LI Pet Nanny. This was the first time we left our beagle with someone other than family. Kat was absolutely fantastic. She kept us posted with photos as she shared her lovely loving home with our precious beagle. We would definitely use them again and feel more comfortable that we can travel and our beagle will be loved and well taken care of.

Couldn't recommend this club enough! The staff was great with my very shy and timid Golden. Kept me updated on his time spent there and made sure he felt safe and at home. My dog isnt the best with other dogs and they were able to give him 1 on 1 playtime with the staff to make him feel included and also was able to introduce him to other dogs and to my surprise got him to play with new dog friends! extremely thankful for K9 Clubhouse!

I can’t say enough great things about K9 Clubhouse. They are truly the best of the best!! I do not trust anyone else with my precious Ripley (little corgi). I’ve been coming to K9 clubhouse since 2019 and they have been consistently wonderful. I am so blessed to have found them. Giovanni is my Ripley favorite human, he is an angel. I believe Gio is the reason why K9 clubhouse is as great as it is. Gio has been there since Ripley attended and we are so thankful of his kindness, attentiveness and professionalism. We will continue to bring our little girl to K9 clubhouse because they truly care about our furbaby and they treat her like their own. Thank you K9 clubhouse and Gio for being so great, we are very appreciative fur parents. If you need an amazing day care and boarding, look no further, K9 clubhouse is it!!

I am beyond grateful for this team of amazing people. I have a 2 year old Cockapoo who has separation anxiety. Due to an unexpected death in the family, I needed a quick doggie hotel. The staff gave me a tour, answered all my questions, gave great suggestions, and calmed all my fears. I even got to speak with another pet parent that had a similar situation to mine and offered her experience that helped my picking K9 Clubhouse even more. As per their suggestion which was spot on, we did a few day care visits so that he can get use to the staff. They customized his experience based off of him and gave him 1 on 1 time since he wasn't ready yet to play with other dogs. By the time he had to stay overnight a few nights he was playing with the staff, happy and comfortable. They didn't mind me calling twice a day to check on his progress 😊 and they gave me detailed updates that just eased my mind. In such a short time my little baby has grown so much and C.J. , Kaitlyn, and Gio have such a huge part to play in that. Thank you so much!!!! He will continue to come for daycare. If anyone has any doubts please take the tour, ask all the questions and be prepared to be blown away by their big hearts.

My dog Koda has been going here for almost 3 years!! She loves it! I work full time so my mind is at ease knowing she’s playing and having a great time while I’m not home! She always comes home super sleepy from having the best day playing! I know she love going for daycare because as soon as she walks in shes busting open the front doors ready to run inside! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur baby! I also love how affordable daycare is especially with half days and full days, the staff is also extremely friendly and always excited to see koda and they even have a nick name for her “koda bear”. If you’re thinking of bringing your dog here you definitely should!

We used to take our lab here once a week and he would get excited to come, but his behavior started to change after a few visits. We trained our dog very well, and while he still had puppy-like tendencies, he did get overly excited, which is understandable. After a few days here he started picking up bad behavior from other untrained dogs here. That’s not necessarily the businesses fault, but we preferred a more structured daycare that had less dogs and more people to pay attention to what’s going on to stop (not reward) bad behavior. The reason we stopped coming here was one day we went to pick our dog up and the person working told us they had SEVENTY dogs there….in one day. And of course shortly after that our dog became very ill with kennel cough that he had for weeks. IMO, amount of dogs should be regulated more especially when you don’t have many people working and able to keep a proper eye on everyone. That’s how accidents and mistakes happen, and dogs get sick.

K9 Clubhouse is the only place I would trust with fur baby Lexie. I work long hours and I feel comfortable that she is safe and well taken care of. The owner, Stephen is a hands on owner. He holds his employees to high standards and you know they love what they do.

My dog has stayed here a few times. Over the last 3 years when we couldn’t get my daughter to watch her and the place is very clean and the people here are great with the dogs. She gets a bath before we pick up and smells great. I highly recommend leaving your dog here. Very professional!!!

If you're doing an overnight if you cannot afford the park ave rooms then do not let your dog stay over. The dogs are howling barking and crying due to close proximity and confusion on where their owners are. Otherwise my dog was okay. The room was clean in the park ave suite. They offer baths as well and did a great job! They encourage checking up on your pup and overall the place is suitable for a overnight. If I would advise anything I'd be instructive to how many treats amount of water and specifics your dog may need. My dog had to use the bathroom a lot the following day and I picked him up early. I'm sure the daycare is quite different. Also their is a kennel cough warning even in the park ave rooms where the dogs are separated by glass. If signed it's a 3 dollar insurance to cover 100 dollars at most if your pet gets a cough. The staff was friendly

We are so pleased with our dog Kono’s experience boarding at K9 Clubhouse. Giovanni has been super attentive to our Doberman’s needs and we appreciate his detailed phone calls for updates tremendously. Kono loves his time at K9 Clubhouse and Giovanni ensures Kono gets out for his independent play time and feels less anxious than usual when leaving us. 5 stars for Giovanni and the staff :)

We had previous bad experience on Rover where my dog was attacked on a meet and greet. We decided to visit K9 Clubhouse and toured the facility and it is darling! Person rooms with a bed, tv and fireplace! 👑🐾 I was sent pictures and The staff there are Great! You can tell they just care. They have overnight staff so the animals are not alone. There is 4 hours of playtime, 6 walks/ bathroom breaks, you can bring their bed, toys and favorite blanket!!! We felt more comfortable with the owner Stephen and his staff taking care of our dog than family!!! The rates were more than reasonable, they gave my dog a bath on his last day and we can tell that he was having a blast when we picked him up. We have a very friendly Pit Bull named Nashville and he made many friends and played well with his new friends. Thank you again to Stephen and his staff, and since we travel frequently, we feel wonderful that we feel safe leaving our Puppy/ child in K9 Clubhouse’s care. I highly recommend this place instead of Rover dog sitting and any Vet boarding facility where the dogs are left alone and very expensive. We noticed a van in the lot so K9 also offers drop off and pick up services as well as very reasonable grooming services. Thank you K9 Clubhouse and staff!!!! 😊🐾

Not enough stars for Rebbeca. Suburban Paws is the only place I would leave my best friend. Rebecca is always accommodating to our needs even at the last minute. You never have to worry about your pet in her care. This is not like other places that go home and leave the animals unattended, she’s always with them and sends you updates via text. She gives them plenty of play time with matched temperaments. Most of all Hobi loves her!

I first used Suburban Paws around 2011 to check on my cats while on vacation. I most recently used Suburban Paws two weeks ago because my stinky terrier mix needed to be groomed and there’s no one else I would trust during this time. Through the last 8+ years, I’ve boarded my dog at Suburban Paws multiple times and she’s enjoyed every visit. Owner Rebecca takes care of all visiting dogs as if they were her own. She sends text updates and pictures of how my pets are doing while I’m away and is quick to respond to any concerns. I would recommend Suburban Paws to anyone looking for a safe, living, relatable caretaker or groomer for their furry family members.

Rebecca took care of our dog all throughout her 11 years of life. She would visit and walk her during the day while she was a puppy and we were at work, and hosted her for “camp” anytime we were out of town. She truly loves and takes care of all pets as if they were her own. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing!!!! And my pup is wild!!! She loves going to Rebecca’s and we have peace of mind when we leave her there. Rebecca sends pic and videos and has a page where she posts all of the fun pics of the pups! She always has other pups to play with and has the best time ever!! I’d never leave my girls anywhere else. The absolute best!! We love it here!!!!!

Rebecca is the BEST. I trust her wholeheartedly with my dog. Winston totally loves her, loves going there and would probably decide to live with her if I'd let him....lol.. She goes out of her way to support her customers and their pets and I consider myself super lucky to have found her.

Left my three dogs for a week with Suburban Paws. She’s amazing with dogs and a great person in general. Picked up my dogs and they looked great. She constantly sent me text messages of my pooches to show me how they’re doing. She’s the only person that I’ll leave my dogs with. She’s also a great dog trainer too.

Rebecca come to our home to train our new puppy. She was amazing and Josh responded so well to her. We already booked her to go on vacation. Rebecca is so informative and caring.

You won’t find anyone more caring, knowledgeable, and responsible to watch your pet while you’re on vacation. When you are on vacation - they will be too! Huge fenced in yard with wood chips, every dog has a blast that stays at Suburban Paws!

I travel all the way from the north shore just so I can take my dog here. They excel at everything they do, and always is done with a smile and hug. I feel safe leaving my dog here when we go away, knowing that they treat him like family.

Best place for your pet to let off steam and socialize. Our dog never goes crazy around other animals since taking her there. Great for boarding. The staff is very friendly and you can see how much they love the animals. It's the only place we trust our dog to go for boarding.

We absolutely love Hounds Town in Farmingdale. They take such good care of our pup Chewy and know him by name when he comes in- which means so much to us. It makes us feel like he isn’t just another dog to watch, but that they actually care about the dogs that come in! We love the different “parties” they have, the pictures they take and the different activities they do for our dog. We love that he has so much fun there and we feel super confident to be boarding him there for almost 3 weeks coming up. Thanks for everything Hounds Town but especially for keeping our pup safe and having a blast!!!

The staff at Houndstown is amazing. Our dogs are always in great hands. They get so excited to walk in and see the other dogs and friendly staff. Houndstown hosts the best parties for the dogs and sends pictures all the time. We wouldn’t send our dogs anywhere else!

If you are looking to board your dog or even keep them entertained for a few hours or a day, this is your place… the staff is very caring knowledgeable and will do everything in their power to ensure you and your doggies are comfortable. Most of these places smell; this place is super clean smells good and so many options to accommodate you in any way they can. I would give 10/5 stars if I could. Thanks again!! We are so impressed with Hounds Town USA in Farmingdale. We sent our three dogs for a day of daycare, a bath and nail trimming and have planned for them to get daycare again next week. This was a suggestion from the staff to lessen the stress and anxiety pets can get when being boarded. The staff are always willing to go “ the extra mile” for all animals in their care. This is the second time we are going to be boarding our pets here. My only regret is that I had discovered this place later then sooner. My wife and I really like the staff there and our dogs love them as they are allowed to roam freely in their establishment. As opposed to most other boarding facilities that leave the animals in cages and even charge extra for staff to play with them. It’s my honest opinion that other boarding “ hotels” could learn a lot from Hounds Town USA.

Absolutely LOVE Houndstown! The staff really cares for your pups like their own. My 2 dogs love going there and letting out their energy! I would never bring them anywhere else or trust anyone else with my dogs! I attached pictures of their recent spirit week “jersey day” ☺️

We are going on our 6th year soon with HoundsTown Farmingdale and all I can say is Thank God for them. My Aussie Boy ran out his puppy crazed days with them and now gets to hang out a couple of days a week as one the Veterans in Town. I never have to worry about him being cared for whether it's a vacation, an emergency or any number of curve balls that life throws at you. We love all the staff and honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else for both our DayCare, Grooming and Boarding needs !

Hounds Town Farmingdale has been wonderful for my Blue! She was immediately welcomed and loved by the staff who have made not only her, but me, feel so comfortable and confident knowing she is in the best hands. She can never hop out of the car fast enough when she gets dropped off for daycare!

We brought our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Hudson to Hounds Town for his first day yesterday and he absolutely loved it!! The staff is so friendly and all the dogs look so happy. They send you home with a report card on how your pup did and I even got to call to see how his first day was going. Hudson was so sleepy after leaving that he fell asleep immediately in the car lol! We are so excited to continue to bring Hudson there so he can let out his crazy energy and make tons of friends! Thank you so much, Hounds Town!
