I had a great time at Kasia’s with Chester - he’s so sweet and was happy to just follow me round, sit in the park whilst I read my book and sleep by my side whilst I worked. Kasia’s apartment has everything you’d need and is in a great part of West London. She was so accommodating and left me a bottle of wine which went down a treat. I’d definitely recommend!
It was a pleasure meeting Marie and her son over a video call prior to the sit, communication was so easy it felt like talking to a friend from the outset. Marie’s home is immaculate (I have kitchen cupboard organisation envy) and very comfortable with all details provided and everything you need on the doorstep. I loved looking after Tabby and Oreo, both such affectionate cats with quite different personalities. Tabby, a stunningly beautiful, shy little female who isn’t keen on the super relaxed and confident boy Oreo who hasn’t quite got the message, bless him and keeps up his friendly approaches. Though there was a lovely moment when they touched noses which was heart warming to see. Oreo was my shadow during my stay, following me wherever I was and sleeping with me every night whilst Tabby was very affectionate when Oreo wasn’t around and often stayed beside me when I was working. I miss them both and highly recommend this sit to all cat lovers!
Our house sit experience was amazing. Farley has such a quiet demeanour and is so well behaved, we enjoyed every minute we had with him. The home had everything we needed and is in close proximity to so many things. Lots of thorough instructions about home, pet and area was much appreciated. We would gladly house sit again.
Absolutely fantastic housesit. Tilly was kind enough to allow us to petsit white she was away. We are a family of 5 with 3 young boys aged 3, 4 and 7. Beautiful house, area and hospitality. Everything we needed and requested was at out disposal. Really grateful for our stay and would recommend Tilly's house to absolutely every. One. The history of the place is also fantastic - a completely unique experience for us all. Tilly has 2 Golden Labradors who were absolutely incredible with all of our children; there were zero issues at all and we adored taking them for walks. The area is also equally stunning with a little pond on site and a copious amount of trees. Thanks again for letting us stay! All our love and best wishes for the future xx
Sally & Molly = SUPER sisters Sally and Molly are simply adorable, beautiful, friendly, kind, happy, a pleasure to look after and very easy to fall in love with. They are well behaved, yet loving and affectionate with very unique personalities which makes every day special and fun. We spent plenty of time walking the land and exercising in the mornings and afternoons as the days are quite short during the winter months. Nigel and Jane are the most perfect hosts who clearly adore Sally and Molly and deeply care for their beautiful home. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment we met. A scrumptious meal, very comfortable and clean bedroom/bathroom were provided for us, plus full verbal and written instructions on how the household runs. Their house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay and the countryside view from the terrace is absolutely spectacular. We were very sad leaving super sister girls Sally and Molly – thank you so much Nigel and Jane for choosing us.
I enjoyed my time with Pepper! A very sweet and energetic dog with an aggressive side when he sees other dogs—he was pulling me extra hard to get to them, so arm strength was a must lol! Gladys has a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood and she was kind enough to drop me off at the train upon my departure. Thanks for a good experience!

I am so glad I found Cheshire paws, 10/10 for communication and flexibility. My 2 labs LOVE their sessions and I always get photo updates which really make my day when I’m working in the office. Our dog loves going on walks with Cheshire paws - always eager to go when they come to collect him. They came to the house for a meet and greet before the first walk and were very patient with our dog as he was nervous the first few times few months down the line and he loves it! Gayle is fantastic with our aging collie, who loves being there. She has the freedom of the large outdoors and she loves to potter. It's great to know that there's somewhere local for your dog, and that you know she'll enjoy herself and be looked after so well.
Gayle groomed our very nervous long haired chihuahua last weekend and did a wonderful job. She helped put her at ease and the cut was perfect…exactly what I asked for. Great service - would highly recommend.
My 11 month old Lab x Collie has been going to daycare for a few months now and overnights. He loves it there and always comes back really tired! It’s quite clear Gayle loves animals and I feel very reassured when my pup is there! Highly recommend.
Really happy and relieved to have found Gayle as our Cairn terrier, Amba, can be quite nervous in new situations. We have used Gayle on a day and boarding basis for the last 18 months. Amba goes in through the door with her tail wagging and we are able to go away in the knowledge that she will be happy and well cared for. Gayle sends us regular updates and photos which we really appreciate.

The love they have for our daisy and all other dogs is lovely to see and it’s so reassuring knowing Daisy is in safe hands when we’re away. Simply the best. My dog is always very anxious to leave me, but he really enjoys going to doggy daycare at Petcare Academy. He has really settled in there and loves his cuddles from Elvan, Bora and their sons. I know I can rely on them if I ever need someone to look after Kodi. Their advice has been really appreciated too, from dietary needs to health advice, they are always happy to help. I would highly recommend Petcare Academy for all of your dog care needs.
Our working cocker spaniel Bruno has been going to ‘Pet Care Academy’ for over 2 year now. It is the only place we feel happy leaving him. His wagging tail as we arrive to drop him off there shows us how much he enjoys it. It really is a ‘home from home’ and we know Bruno is treated like one of their family. A wonderful family offering a first class service.
Rocket has just returned from his hollibobs and has had the bestest time. He’s been treated by Elvan and Bora as part of their family. Their daily updates whilst we were away gave us the reassurance we needed and we could see he was happy and having great fun. Rocket has loved playing with Leia and is looking forward to his next holiday with Pet Care Academy.
We had a meet and greet with Pet Care Academy, we were made to feel so welcome and at ease and the other dogs there were so calm and so well behaved, so we decided to book a weekend for our cockapoo Rosie to stay over. I was sent updates each day to let me know how Rosie was getting on and she was kept busy all day, she loved playing with the other dogs it was so nice to see them getting along together. We are booked in again for a week next month 😁
Wonderful dog care family. My dog Rocco had socialising issues with other dogs which meant we were struggling to find somewhere to look after him whilst we were away. Pet Care Academy did a meet and and greet session where Rocco spent nearly the entire time barking and growling, but they were so patient with him and eventually he came round. They then did a trial night which went really well and then when the time came for him to stay for a week with them, there was very little concern and everything went really well and we could enjoy our holiday without worrying. They even set up a WhatsApp group and sent us regular updates of his adventures with them. Can't recommend Pet Care Academy enough. Their passion for dogs comes through so strongly and Rocco had a great week with them.

Came across a post online which said they had availability for “Large Kennels” Looking through their social media pages they had pics of many similar size dogs - (St Bernards, Labs, Shepards etc.) However when we enquired, we received this message from the kennel: “I suggest you contact another kennels that may be willing to accept Rottweiler’s” It’s horrible to stereotype. When actually Rocco is the most softest, gentle loving dog you could meet - Fully trained and very obedient.
My 2 Yr old Jack Russell Alfie loves it here. Friendly people with lots of doggy friends. Plenty of walks/plays through the day and a lovely clean heated 2 room kennel to relax and sleep in. I was nervous leaving him for the first time so arranged a two day overnight try out first ready for a four day stay while attending an extended family gathering in London. Alfie made a fuss of the staff and of me when I collected him. Obviously happy and content with his hosts. Highly recommend 👌 🌟
Canine Clubhouse are a well run, secure, professional kennels where we know our little one is very well cared for. Such a great place for her to stay
We viewed several kennels looking for somewhere to board our little Kokoni/cross rescue dog before settling for Canine Clubhouse. After all your dogs are part of the family. The facilities are excellent and very clean. Rob and Emma take good care of the dogs and I would not hesitate to recommend them. There were kennels nearer we could have picked but it was worth the drive to know she was in safe and caring hands. Lia thoroughly enjoyed herself and I am sure sulked for a while when we brought her home as she had no one to play with!
My dogs have stayed here a few times now and CC are the BEST kennels around. I drive 45 minutes to drop my dogs off here but it’s worth the trip. I spent hours researching for somewhere to leave my dogs and in most kennels closer to me the dogs only get 10/15 minutes out of the kennels for the day and are put to bed at 7pm and not checked on until morning. It is so different here. Emma and Rob are always so excited to see my dogs and I love their social media posts. The dogs have a large, private, comfortable indoor space and they don’t look back when I drop them off. They have a whole routine here, plenty of time out the kennels to run round with their friends and I would recommend them to anyone!
Excellent facilities with wonderful personal dog care. Each dog or household of dogs have their own clean warm pen with a day and night bed. Exercised several times daily in an enclosed pen or field. Good quality and trustworthy. Happy dog on collection. What more recommendation do you need?
I have had dogs all of my life and it is always a bit of a worry knowing the best accommodation for their care whenever having to leave them. Canine Clubhouse is by far the best place we have ever used and I would not want my 2 Golden Retrievers to stay anywhere else. Emma and Rob look after the dogs as if they are their own and the facilities are fantastic for them. They always come home unstressed and happy. Thank you again for taking such good care of them both. See you again soon.
We took our cockerpoo here last year as we were at a family wedding! We can not recommend you guys enough, I was very anxious leaving my dog as this was also the first time however I was made to feel at ease and comfortable straight away which was a relief especially getting an email update to see how happy he was at canine clubhouse the next day! Our dog stayed here for the first time last weekend. She had a great time playing in the fields with the other dogs. Even though she was only staying for two days, it was great to receive an update via email to see how she was settling in. After doing extensive research to find the right kennels for our dog, I am so glad we found Canine Clubhouse and won't be taking her anywhere else if we can avoid it. As much as we missed her, we knew she was in great hands! Thank you Canine Clubhouse.
Beyond 5 stars really. Aleshia provides fantastic professional yet loving dog care. She has a fantastic understanding of dog behaviour and really really cares for them. Our 1yr fury son stayed while we were on holiday. It was his first time away from home and he is a somewhat sensitive soul.. he was soo looked after and was incredibly happy with Aleshia. She clearly identifies each dogs needs and makes sure she more than meets them. Aleishia's social media updates are brilliant too. Overall........Simply fantastic !
Aleshia looked after our dog whilst we were away on holiday. We were really impressed at how well our dog bonded with her, which was very reassuring for us. Whilst away we were kept updated with lovely videos and pictures. I have no hesitation in recommending Aleshia, and will definitely be asking her again.

Cannot recommend highly enough. From start to finish Monty was treated like one of Aleshia’s own pups. With him only being a youngster he is potentially a handful and so we were keen on finding an attentive sitter we could trust. Aleshia was professional and caring with a great understanding of canine behaviour. The location is ideal, in the middle of the Cheshire countryside, and the dogs get the benefits of long walks over the fields or in the woods or playing together in the ponds. All the dogs Monty met were of a very kind and gentle nature so the socialisation aspect was amazing too. Aleshia even went the extra mile sending a birthday video to Monty’s mum as a special surprise. The updates on socials are ideal as you can literally see your dog having the time of its life. If you are away from your dog but you want the same love and affection shown towards them then this is the place to go!

My dog has been going to Stellar Dog Care for day care and holiday care, for almost three years now, since he was about 5months old. I can't rate Graham highly enough - he has never let us down and is an all-round dog lover (which is obviously quite important in this line of work!). He has offered me much advice about certain issues over this time and clearly cares for my dog. Right from the off, he was keen to get to know my pet and to meet his needs - he even met with us before we started using the services. He ensures the dogs get enough exercise and attention and is a cut above the people I tried when my dog was a puppy, who quickly lost interest when he was not so tiny anymore. My dog loves going to his "home from home", and we will continue to always use Stellar Dog Care.

I’ve left a review for Early Paws before on an older email address, but I felt I had to write another after this recent stay, as I continue to be so impressed. My two ex-racers couldn’t be happier here – no weight loss, no sulking when they get home, which had been an issue with other kennels. They come back content, and that puts my mind completely at ease. What really sets Early Paws apart is how well the staff understand sighthound breeds. They truly know the specific needs and temperament of my dogs, and that’s such a comfort to me, especially as I tend to worry terribly when we're away. But here, I have zero reservations about leaving them. Knowing they’re in such capable and caring hands makes all the difference. Belle (still) absolutely loves Jamie – she was still wagging her tail and sticking by his side when we collected them, which speaks volumes about the connection he builds with the dogs, especially as Belle still struggles with males. Jamie’s love and care for animals shines through, and I’m incredibly thankful for the way he looks after ours. A big thank you to his parents too – you’ve raised a wonderful, caring and compassionate person. To Naomi, Meg, Jamie, and the whole team – thank you ❤️ You treat our dogs as if they were your own, and we couldn’t ask for more. I can’t recommend Early Paws enough; they’re simply fantastic! The boys were very eager when we took them and by the sounds of it they had lots of fun, exercise and fusses from the lovely staff. They had an appointment with the onsite Groomer the day before we collected them and looked amazing. Very happy doggos and even more happier parents. Would highly reccomend and use again.
I would not send our Teddy to any other kennels, the outdoor runs are great for the dogs and the staff go above and beyond, if I could I would give more than 5 stars haha xx
Only one place we will use for our boarding, and it’s excellent! So professionally run, clean, with wide open spaces for the dogs to run and have their own space. Small shop on site incase you’ve forgotten anything too! Dog groomer on site so we booked in for the last day, possibly the best groom he’s ever had. Can’t rate this place any higher and well deserved of their awards!
I’ve been really happy using Early Paws for my rescue Lurcher. He goes in very happily and it is clear when he comes out that he’s been fine. Lovely staff who really care about the dogs. I will definitely use Early Paws as my kennels of choice for future occasions and would definitely recommend them.

I have had the best experience with Early Paws so far. My pup is anxious and attached to me so doesn’t like to leave my side - I was really hesitant to put him in boarding kennels. The first time he stayed they communicated so well with me and let me know the ins and outs of how he was throughout the night, even giving me some tips on how to make him more comfortable next time from my end - you can tell the staff take care of the dogs amazingly for their stay. He was there again this weekend and came out the happiest boy, don’t think he wanted to come home. I can’t explain how nice the staff there are and how grateful I am for them. I won’t go anywhere else with Salem now. Hopefully they like him too because they’ll have to see his face more often! Truly can’t recommend them enough.
I was worried about leaving my dog, Teddy, as he is a rescue dog and does have separation issues. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Early Paws it seems like it was a very happy stay with no issues, he was very well looked after and when we picked him up he has just fallen back into his routine with no signs of stress. I have no hesitation in recommending these boarding kennels and will be very happy to use them again.
I can't recommend Happy Feet enough!! I have an old boy Wilson, who is 13 years old now and I wanted somewhere that I knew he would be treated well and made to feel at home. Diane is lovely and you can tell she genuinely cares about all her visitors. When I went to pick him up after his stay he wouldn't get in the car! That's how well he was treated. If I could give 6 stars I would. Big area for them to wander around, absolutely fantastic. Thank you Diane and family :)
Luna has attended daycare and boarded here previously but this was the longest time she had stayed over (11nights). We were kept informed with pictures and videos showing us what a fun time she was having! The team at happy feet give Luna all the cuddles and attention she loves! She has had a great time and has come back home relaxed and ready for a good snooze. Highly recommend happy feet!
If you're looking for a place that will take care of your beloved little one, look no further. The team here have an amazing set up and really really care for the wellbeing of each and ever dog that they look after. During a heatwave they had the pool out and fans going in cool places. They keep you informed, sending you pictures and video updates so that you feel relaxed and at ease. Highly recommend, thank you so much to Diane and the team.
Ive used happy feet quite a few times over the years. They’re great, friendly and great at what they do. The dogs get excited whenever we pull up to drop them off so that’s always a good sign. Couldn’t fault them at all, amazing.
All I can say is - amazing!! We’ve struggled to find a place where our dogs would receive the appropriate care and attention whilst we’re away. We were apprehensive about trying somewhere new but Diane, Steve & co exceeded all of our expectations and gave our two small (anxious!) Spanish rescue dogs individual care and attention. We were given updates, photos and videos to put our minds at ease. My parents-in-law said that both dogs seemed so much more relaxed upon collection than at other places they’ve stayed in the past…. I won’t hesitate to book our dogs in for a visit next time we are away - if we’re lucky enough to get a space! Thank you for taking care of our guys!!
After taking our rather sensitive rescue dog to another more traditional ‘barky prison’ style boarding kennel and having him come home absolutely frantic, we decided to try this place, and so glad we did. He loves the company of other dogs and has such a great time at Happy Feet charging about in the paddock with them all day. He’s cream crackered when he gets home and much happier than after the other kennel. I can’t recommend this place enough. They send you pics too, which is ace (see attached 1 x happy mali).
Diane and Steve are such lovely lovely people who take such great care of your dogs. I was a little apprehensive about the boys going for the 1st time. I needn't have worried, they had an absolutely fab time with all their doggy friends and came back absolutely tired out. They have been back again for a 2nd visit ready for when they stay next week for 3 weeks. Couldn't ask for any better care for our pups.
DONT BOOK!!!! Honestly if i could have given zero stars i would of!!!!! Me and my family are in so much distress right now am extremely upset and can't believe what im writing about. my dog has been treated while at your kennel and in you care where our pets are ment to be safe and well looked after!!! WRONG!!!! we have picked our beautiful dog back up to find her not being herself she was absolutely filthy despite the there claims they had just bathed her! She had definitely not been bathed but instead she has been left out side in this horrible weather for the duration of her stay. You have cut all her fur as iv guessing it was all matted with mud?! Like her belly was!! I bathed her when she got home an that water was black she hadn't been washed nor has she been looked after, my poor dog is petrified of barking or making a nose since being in this kennel!!! We also noticed her not walking properly and not putting weight on her back paws turns out that her paws are all ripped an swollen an puss coming from them she's been taken to the vets who have said it's like she's been dragged against her will!!! She's lost weight also even though all her food was packed how they asked an we put extra in. ( I have attached photos of my poor dogs paws) Please don't write back an try an patronise me an tell me my dog was barking an the same rubbish you put to all your other bad reviews where you never take accountability!! My poor dog is now on antibiotics and is constantly crying because of her paws... Oh and believe me why tried contacting multiple time but was met with such bluntness messages was all ignored. First red flag should have been how they don't invite you in to the grounds to have a look around. DONT BOOK THIS KENNEL for them it's another day another dog!!! But for us our dogs are our baby's!!!!!
We first came across the lovely people at Happy Feet when our two Beagles were placed with another day care facility. Myself and my husband work full time, and having two Beagle puppies was quite the challenge. We want them to be happy, stimulated and to make friends outside of each other. Unfortunately, owning two Beagles does not come without their challenges (as much as we love them) and their previous daycare facility was unable to care for them. We were referred to Diane and Steve as their environment appeared to suit the boys much better. I called Diane in an absolute state, worried that I had somehow let my dogs down and felt ashamed they had been ‘booted out’ of daycare. Diane was amazingly kind with me on the phone, and that is a conversation I’ll never forget. We were invited to view their property, and for a meet and greet with the boys and given full information of how they would care for our boys as well as viewing the grounds. As I mentioned, my boys do not come without their challenges, and when they first started to attend daycare with Happy Feet I will admit there were a few teething problems with their behaviour. This did not put Diane, Steve and the wider team off. They worked with us, and the boys and now over a year later our boys are definitely a permanent fixture at Happy Feet. I can’t thank Diane and Steve enough for the care they provide to our (naughty at times) boys. They have took the time to understand them, their relationship and even us. An example of the care they have shown to us is that my husband was in a car accident on the M56 to daycare with our dogs in the car and Steve drove out to get them for us. Absolutely top quality people who our boys love.
We have two rescue dogs who cannot be left at a traditional kennels. Happy feet are so lovely and patient with them and treat them as if they are at home. They are also great for giving regular updates on how your furbabies are getting on.
Highly recommend Cheshire Dog Lady🤩👏🏼 Emma looked after our French Bulldog Bruce for our wedding in May. We had a familiarisation visit where we got to meet Emma and see where Bruce was staying. From the moment we met, we felt completely at ease that Bruce was going to be well looked after. Emma gave us regular updates before and after the wedding so we didn’t have any worries. She was incredible on our wedding day, interacting with guests and helping us to get some brilliant photos. Everyone commented on how fantastic she was & how she was in complete control of Bruce (anyone who has a Frenchie can understand😳😂) Bruce came back home absolutely exhausted and it was clear that he just had the best time! We will 100% be using Emma for any dog care in the future. Bruce’s photo has even made it onto her wall😅 Cannot recommend or thank CDL enough🥰🐶🙌🏼
We recently got married and we were struggling to find someone to not only look after our dog Kash but to also bring him to our wedding so that he could be included in the photos, we came across Emma and we are so grateful to have found her, she went above and beyond anything we could have expected. She completely put us at ease knowing that Kash would be well looked after. She brought him to the venue and not only helped us with Kash whilst we had pictures with him but she also took him to see all of the other guests and got some amazing pictures of him with our children, it’s one of my favourite pictures of the day :). She then had him overnight and we picked him up on our way home the next day. If you are looking for a wedding chaperone for your pets then we would highly recommend Emma she was incredible throughout the whole process and we can’t thank her enough ☺️ xx

Her eyes light up when we arrive and Emma keeps me updated with pics/videos throughout the day which are so nice to see 😊 perfect setting and environment for doggies, clean and vibrant with great vibes all round, I'm glad I chose Cheshire Dog Lady - would highly recommend!
Emma was a wedding chaperone for our dog Marley just before Christmas and she was incredible. Marley just loved her instantly and everyone commented on how brilliant Emma was with him, attending to his every need and keeping him calm throughout the day. He’s in our pictures and it’s just everything we’re wanted. We are so glad we came across Emma on Instagram and decided to have Marley at the wedding. Prior to the wedding Marley stayed at Emma’s and gave us updates about how he was settling in and what he had eaten. Emma was brilliant and I know Marley can’t wait to stay with her again! Emma and her team are simply the best there is! We are so fortunate we found Cheshire dog lady upon getting our puppy last November. With my ever changing football schedule Emma has gone above and beyond to make sure she is there when we need her. We booked our dog in with Cheshire Dog Lady for the wedding chaperone service with two nights stay over. Emma was absolutely amazing! My dog has never stayed away from us before and I knew he would be incredibly nervous, however, the care and compassion shown to make sure he was as comfortable as possible including giving him the space he needed away from other dogs when he was worried was so reassuring. Emma kept me updated throughout and was upfront and honest about how he was coping which I would much prefer than to just be told he was fine but to know yes he was anxious but here’s what we have done to reassure him was exactly the update I needed. Our dog was calm when at the wedding which is a credit to Emma as he obviously trusted her and felt safe with her as he would have made it clear to us if he wasn’t. Emma was also amazing with helping with photos and could not have been more accommodating. I 100% recommend Cheshire Dog Lady thank you so so much for allowing us to have our boy at our wedding!
Emma was our wedding chaperone for our Golden Lab Woody. She was absolutely amazing, worked so well with the venue and our photographer Adam Roberts to make sure everything ran smoothly. I can honestly say Woody had a fantastic time boarding with Emma for 2 days and also on the wedding day as we wanted him to be a part of our ceremony. Emma really was so good with Woody, making sure he was always comfortable and behaving. I had alot of comments from guests saying how smoothly she handled Woody throughout the day.
We booked the Cheshire Dog Lady wedding chaperone service to look after our two dogs during our wedding. Emma was brilliant on the day and took great care of our pups, especially as one was very scared of the new surroundings and she looked after him perfectly. The pictures she captured of them were fantastic too and it was lovely seeing what they were up to. Emma also looked after them overnight so we could enjoy our wedding without worrying and they had a brilliant time. The dogs loved being there, they played with the other dogs and were spoilt rotten. Highly recommend!
Claire (in Emma’s team) is so lovely with our dog, who is a little fearful of new people. Claire is confident and ensures she has a great walk/ play. Emma offers an excellent service, always clear comms and easy to book. Thoroughly recommend.
I could not recommend Cheshire Dog Lady’s home boarding, day care AND walking services any higher. I trust Emma and the team wholeheartedly to look after my boy and he always comes home smiling after making tons of new friends. Emma and the team treat Murphy as their own - CDL really is his home from home.
Absolutely no issues with dog care my puppy loved it here. unfortunately it is the owners that are the problem. we found them blunt and rude and our friends who use the service state the same but wasn’t a problem as there is little interaction with them until we wanted to board our Dog for one night. message was sent requesting this but no reply, we then asked staff on a pick up to be told they do not do boarding less than 3 nights. Fair enough. we used a member of their staff who we knew outside of the business to look after our dog for one night and booked an additional day in day care. fixed all problems, dog was with a familiar face, i could attend work commitments and day care gained another day pay . when picking up our dog we were blindsided with confrontation by both owner Ian and manager Rebecca stating we had caused issues with their insurance and our Dog could no longer attend.We couldn’t get a word in , i found the experience so stressful and i left crying and shaking. we were left absolutely baffled by this as no one called use to advise it would be a problem if so we would have resolved and secondly the manger was aware prior. after a heated discussion in the car park in front of other clients we left things to calm down feeling very sad for our Puppy and sent a message to try to understand why we were being removed from the services and resolve the situation, once again it was ignored . we were unaware placing our dog in responsible care which was best for his wellbeing would cause such an extreme reaction! all they have done is punish our dog who will miss the routine of going !
Wonderful day care facility, our dog absolute loves going! The portal is easy to update and request new dates and the repeating function is a great time saver. Payment can made online which is also much easier!
My shihtzu loves spending time here! Always happy to go in and you can tell the staff absolutely adore the dogs which they care for each day! Staff are always upbeat and have a smile for you even on the gloomiest of days! Parking available but can be busy at peak times.
"I am writing to express my deep discontent with the kennel service. In May, I left my French Bulldog in the kennel while going on vacation. I specifically informed them that my dog was not very sociable with other dogs and to be cautious with her reactions, despite her having stayed in other kennels before without any issues, where I showed her videos in another kennel. I also informed them that I would be traveling outside of England, where my dog was accepted, and I made a reservation for August by paying the deposit in advance. However, on the day I arrived at my destination, I received an urgent call stating that I needed to immediately retrieve my dog because she had allegedly bitten a staff member's finger. No evidence of this incident was presented to me, and I am unsure if something provoked such a reaction from her as it had never happened before. As a result, I had to purchase a return ticket to England, cutting short my vacation. I had to spend additional money on a new ticket, losing the investment I had already made. Furthermore, I was asked to provide the new return ticket via email and was charged for the entire week of boarding, even though my dog had only stayed for three days. They refused to refund the money. Regarding the deposit for the August reservation, I had to wait over two months and send multiple emails requesting its return. I had to visit the kennel in person to demand it. This was an extremely unpleasant situation caused by the kennel's lack of understanding and empathy. I do not recommend this kennel.
Amazing daycare and boarding Eric has been visiting since a pup he absolutely loves it, he is so excited to see the staff when we arrive. I never worry about him as I know he is well looked after. Well done Woodlands xxx
Conflicting information on the booking site. When I rang to check availability before booking via their website (which showed spaces available) they said they do not allow visits as they dont need custom and after mentioning the breeds of my dogs (Jack Russel, Patterdale and a crossbreed) they said no. Very rude over the phone. We were unsure reading previous reviews and a lack of reviews over the last 12 months. Wouldn't recommend since this has changed hands. Last owners back in early 2019 were lovely. Such a shame...
This is an update and a desire to show an updated tine spent review which in my opinion is a reflection of the highest standards of customer service and doggy day care that we could wish for as a family. Sandra, Ian and the team are so driven to ensure that the dogs they care for are happy it’s a joy to behold. Our dog has been attending since Sandra and Ian took over and also attended under the previous owners. The changes that Sandra and Ian have made for the benefit of the dogs, the daily pictures, the engagement they provide and the handpicked team of staff are all second to none, thank you. We know when we drop our dog off that he is as happy with you as he is with all of us at home and that’s what counts .
I can highly recommend woodland view as I have recently left my 2 dogs with them for 29 days and they were absolutely fine and well looked after.I received pictures of them playing and they looked really happy.
The staff are so polite and show real care for the dogs they look after. Best kennels we have ever used and our dogs love it there!
I cannot recommend Sandra and Ian highly enough. My dog has several issues with behaviour and health and has been with them for a week - she has returned to me happy and healthy and I have been able to relax on my holiday,knowing that she is in good hands. 👍 …
