I enjoyed my stay at the Goldie with Pippy - she is the sweetest little girl, we enjoyed going to the beach for a walk and playing with her toys. Pippy's parents are the most welcoming hosts and really make you feel at ease - their home is immaculate and homely. I feel honoured to have been selected to spend time with Pippy and I am looking forward to Easter to see her again. Thankyou so much for selecting me
We had a lovely time with Beatrice and Bizzy in the Garden District of NOLA. The dogs are very friendly and warmed up to us immediately. Beatrice is a huge poodle mix who just wants to be loved and petted; while Bizzy is a small Corgi and really loves a belly rub! We enjoyed watering the plants and spending time sitting on the front porch watching the sites of this lively neighborhood. We also had made a reservation for Commander's Palace and was delighted to see it was only 2 blocks away on the same street! The historic house is very charming and also has an Air B&B in the back part, which did have two sets of guests during the 3 night stay. We only had to put the linens out and make sure housekeeping was able to access the rental unit on Friday. Overall, everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Via! Jodie & Les
Katrina and Chloe are incredible people, they welcomed us with great affection and kept the house very clean for us. It is a very cozy house with everything you need. The best of all are Spud and Ace, they are really very good dogs, Spud is very calm and well behaved and Ace is very playful and cute! The chickens are also very friendly. We definitely recommend this house, it was a great experience!
Betsy and Dave were so welcoming when we arrived at their beautiful home in Pacific Palisades! They are a wonderful couple! They invited us to arrive a night earlier to introduce our own dog Ruby with Ollie and show us the house. We really loved our time here, exploring the local area, lovely coastal walks and the wonderful hot tub in the garden. Betsy is very organised and had excellent notes to explain how everything works. Ollie is such a gorgeous dog. His affectionate and sweet nature paired perfectly with Ruby and they got on so well together. Ollie is perfectly behaved, walks well on the leesh and travelled well in the car too. Dave’s ‘animal pancakes’ were also a highlight of our stay here too :D
We loved to take care of Forrest for 10 days! He’s gigantic but still has a puppy soul, super smart, gentle and doesn’t care at all if you hug or squeeze him, just awesome. He’ll always search for you around the house, and will stand by your side most of the time, a big companion. In his walks you just need to be aware when crossing the streets, because he has a goal (arrive at park as soon as possible), so maybe he’ll try to pull on the lead, but when he gets there, all the energy settles down and he behaves very nicely. The park is beautiful, big and 5 minutes walk away from the house, so won’t be hard to walk with him. At home, he will show you much love (wet kisses) and occasionally will seek for attention, mostly to play tug of war or go “wewe” on the garden. Helen will tell you everything you need to know on how to understand and care for him (in details), which was really handy. The house is big and beautiful, you will find everything you ever need on a short or longer stay. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, safe and near to the supermarkets. Also, it’s near (by foot) to the train station and reach Manchester’s city center very easily. You can even reach by foot the famous Trafford Center and go crazy shopping! Helen is an amazing host! Very kind, lovely, and we loved talking to her before and after our stay. She will make sure that all information you need is delivered and if something comes up, you can easily reach out to her, always great communication. Thank you so much Helen for welcoming us! It was a pleasure to stay at you home and take care of Forrest, we already miss our gentle giant 💚
