I very much enjoyed sitting for Judi’s kitties (Leo and Lexi) in her lovely home! It is in a mountain community where a dear friend of mine lives, so it was a double win to get to spend time with my friend some while there! Care of kitties was straightforward and uncomplicated. Kitties would find you when they wanted a little petting-then purring ensued! Otherwise, except for breakfast and treats time, because they could be a little shy sometimes, they would be out of sight sleeping somewhere! They would also play chase with each other running through the house! Guest bed was downstairs and very comfortable. Judi was very communicative throughout the process from beginning to end. There are black bears on the mountain but I never saw one near her property during the week I was there. Good to be aware and alert, but they seem to peacefully coexist with the humans! Groceries need to be acquired off the mountain, but it isn’t that far to an Ingle’s in Landrum-about 20-25 minutes. Some fun restaurants in nearby Landrum, as well as Tryon, NC across the state line. Fun shops to wander and browse! Fun sit! Highly recommend!!
